Following weeks of evading Police on Sunday 4th September 2016 NEIL KENNETH WRIGHT was charged and bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday 5th September. WRIGHT appeared at the Magistrates Court and was remanded on bail to appear again on 7th November 2016 at the same Court. Since the last update Mr Wright has successfully persuaded many that he has been seriously - if not terminally - ill with Cancer related issues. Unfortunately for him it has recently been established that this has been a fabrication. Since our last update Neil Wright has promised settlement of monies owed on virtually every business / banking day. On each and every occasion he has reneged on the promises made. ALWAYS there is an excuse - his bankers, his lawyers, his doctors, his children. If he had a cat that would doubtless be to blame as well. It is never ever his fault ! UPDATE 10TH JULY 2015 : NEIL KENNETH WRIGHT : AUSTRALIA Another month has passed and we have had virtually a new excuse every day from Mr Wright as to why he has failed to settle. What he has been unable to explain are the downright lies that he has told regarding money being put in various accounts by firstly his bank, then himself and then by a Lawyer appointed by him. Reference our posting in March we have been patiently waiting - along with the very substantial number of Mr Wrights financial supporters - for his never ending promises of settlement to materialise. Sadly as the myriad of excuses continue the prospect of actual settlement becomes more remote. As reported in our last posting an approach was made to the High Court in Canberra.
