The Karen James Home Income Kit is put out by the same people who put out the notorious Paid To Place program. It's also gone by other names, but this seems to be the most recent one.

Not much new here. It seems to be the typical lead gen site to get people to talk to high-pressure, hard-sell sales people who will try to squeeze as much money as possible out of people. I have my recent warning about Karen James here:
