Bizeek Automated Income Warning

I've recently put up a warning about the Bizeek Automated Income Warning. The first thing that caught my eye was that the Bizeek.com was registered to David Mersky, who was the president of BankCard Empire - a company who's offices were raided by Postal inspectors, assisted by the Tempe Police Department and the Arizona Attorney General's Office in 2010.
The owner of BankCard Empire - Leslie Spencer Mersky - was indicted on multiple fraud charges in June of 2010, but the charges were subsequently dropped in the early part of 2011. However, as I've noted in my full warning about the Bizeek Automated Income Program the charges were dismissed with prejudice and appear to have been dropped because of a technical legal glitch. That means the charges CAN - and hopefully will - be refiled eventually.
There's a lot of crazy stuff going on with the current Bizeek Automated Income Program sales pages and emails - including fake security seals, fake BBB seals. And th first email they send has THREE virtual offices - all located in different States - associated with it!
The emails from Bizeek also uses very odd subdomains that appear to be designed to get past antispam-filters. The first email from Bizeek includes this subdomain:
http://www.fsu.edu.vcinfusion-com/ (I've replaced the last "." with a dash to make it non-clickable. www.fsu.edu is of course Florida State University. Hmm.
The second email from Bizeek uses the following three "references" at the bottom of it's email:
Again, I've changed the last "." to a dash to make these links non-clickable. crl.edu is the Center For Research Libraries. I'm sure they'd be thrilled to have their name associated with the Mersky's.
