Believed to be residing in the Melbourne area have you had dealings with these individuals in connection with
an "Investment Opportunity" offered by Mr Wright. Some funds allegedly being channelled to him through
Messrs Fitzherbert and Lambert over the past five plus years.

This "Investment Opportunity" was stated to involve the assets of Trusts allegedly in Australia and also
Switzerland. Mr Wright has claimed close and ongoing involvement of the Australian High Court and
has asserted that this Court has supervised the completion of arrangements for settlement together
with himself.

We believe there to be in excess of one gundred and fifty financial supporters who have provided
funds. Most being located within Australia but some overseas as well. These supporters have failed
to receive the promised financial returns. In addition they appear to have been knowingly and
constantly misinformed by the persons named as to status. No credible evidence has ever been
provided by Mr Wright who has provided a litany of excuses for delay in settlement. The almost
daily promises have never been kept with certain patterns emerging. It has recently been reported
that the Authorities in Victoria now regard one or more of those named as " a person of interest".

We have been informed that many of the financial supporters have suffered severe hardship as a
direct result of this situation. We are aware of at least one death attributed by the family directly
to this matter as a result of the extreme stress caused.

We have been instructed to investigate the background and locate as many of the financial
supporters as possible. The objective is for those concerned to act as a Group and engage in
action through the authorities both in Australia and Switzerland should it be established that
any criminality has taken place by those named or others involved. This will include media
involvement at the appropriate time.

It is becoming ever clearer that the majority of the financial supporters that we have contact
with so far have failed to take action as a result of the fear of losing their money. We are
aware of at least one instance where a financial supporter has been threatened with
this action if he reported matters to the Authorities. Such a response is NOT what we would
expect if there is or has been a genuine High Court involvement. An approach to the High
Court is being formulated in an effort to establish the veracity of certain claims made.
