Since our 20:02:15 update we have written to Mr Wright politely inviting him to
to respond, with some evidence, reference the explanations for delay offered
on a daily basis to his very many financial supporters waiting for settlement.
No response whatsoever has been forthcoming despite Mr Wright being
made aware of the serious financial and emotional hardship affecting
many of his financial supporters.

Information is received daily from a number of Mr Wrights increasingly
disillusioned financial supporters who have instructed us. In recent
weeks the explanations offered re the continued delay have become
ever more bizarre. Not only is there a serious lack of transparency
but an arrogance which is breathtaking. This from a man who has
accepted a very significant amount of money from these supporters
(both direct and through associates including Philip Fitzherbert and
Geoffrey Lambert both of Melbourne) and who now feels it perfectly
acceptable to treat them with a lack of respect bordering on utter
contempt.

With excuses becoming less credible by the day the point has now
been reached where his claimed involvement of the High Court of
Australia is, through his failure to settle, effectively bringing the
Court into disrepute. As a consequence we have today written to
the Court to make them aware of the situation. We shall be
providing further detailed information within the next few days.

Comment has also been invited from Geffrey Lambert and Phil
Fitzherbert but again both have failed to respond.

We shall further update as soon as possible.
