I want to know if below email really true or not?

You are to contact the SCOTTISH CHAMBERS here in UK for guidance and directives for the procurement of the EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE CERTIFICATE. On submission of the employment insurance certificate, the company will immediately proceed with your VISA/Flight and accommodation arrangements.

    There is no Scottish Chambers in London, to the best of my knowledge. This reeks of Nigerian Lads - a 419 scam - to me.

    I see.., thanks for ur information guys! It's very helpful to convinced me as I wondered since i applied through Mygulliver.com and they sent me the contract without interviewing me first and there is not much information about the above Hotel also from the website, and the contact number is to obvious not the line line number as most of the company put. Thanks alot... :)
