From what I can see, they seems to be a cash cow for careerbuilder.com and careerbuilder.com have a disclaimer at the bottom of each page.

I thought Herbalife had stopped using those crappy fake job opportunities years ago.

They remind me of the Herbalife "I lost 97lbs in a week. Ask me how" badges Herbalifers used to wear to forewarn people not to approach the wearers.
