Of course this guy is a charlatan.

I find it very difficult to believe that more than a handful of people are trading bitcoin "successfully" relative to the return this year from a simple buy and hold strategy. With few exceptions anytime bitcoin was sold it would have almost certainly have to have been bought back higher. Factoring out luck of selling the peaks and buying troughs it becomes increasing less likely skill can be accurately measured much less projected into the future. Finding that alpha generating trader on the web oh so generously willing to share just because, impossible.
