I grabbed spots 4, 5, 6, and 9. That should make some very factual and informative reading for Weinzierl's SEO clients he claims to have.

His recommendations are especially interesting. Having scammer Tim Darnell as his first testimonial was incredibly ignorant on his part. Just what kind of reputation does he think Tim Darnell has in the real world. Suing me and the BBB and losing in Summary judgment makes him look particularly brilliant. Being an avowed tax protester with a 97 grand tax lien and having a trail of angry victims from his many scams with it all thoroughly documented online also adds to the weight folks are sure to put on that testimonial.

Phil Orr's testimonial is also still up. He was swindled out of $30,000.00 by Advantage Conferences (which is Darnell and Weinzierl) and it was written off in the Advantage Conferences bankruptcy in December 2009. And, we mustn't forget many other testimonials are from other victims of Advantage Conferences that lost thousands of dollars. If folks challenge Jack to provide them the contact information for those references, they will be shocked by what they learn.

    My Focus: SEO Clients

Posted on 19 October 2010 by Jack Weinzierl

It is with some sadness that we will no longer be building a network marketing business. This was an extremely difficult, but important decision to make for my family. I have decided to focus on using the gifts and talents that God has given me to consult for clients in the search engine optimization and social media space full-time. Most people don’t lose because of lack of ability, but because they lack focus. I simply need to focus on our consulting services for the next several years. My clients deserve my full-time commitment.

I have been the president of a network marketing company and I have been impressed with the integrity, commitment and excellence than I have seen with Trey White and Brent Hicks at Evolv Health. The corporate team and these two visionaries have invested so much into a wonderful product and what is fast becoming a global opportunity. Garrett and Sylvia McGrath are committed servant leaders and I am honored to call them friends. The Weinzierl family will continue to drink the Evolv product, as we have experienced the benefits and we understand the science behind this product.

Network marketing is a tremendous model and opportunity bringing some of the best products and technology to the market. It is a key reason why Warren Buffett, Donald Trump and Richard Branson own network marketing companies. It is one of the few opportunities available to the masses to truly create a life of their dreams, so I will continue to be an advocate for this industry. If you are looking for a network marketing company, Evolv is a great choice if you are ready to build a business and commit long-term to doing so.

Again, this was a difficult decision, but one that I had to make for our family and for my clients. Stephanie and I am so thankful for the many friends that we have developed at Evolv and throughout the industry over the past 10 years. Thank you for believing in and standing with us.

    In Service,
    Jack Weinzierl, MBA

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:11-13)
    __________________________________________________ __________
Weinzierl, where is a professional looking website advertising these consulting services you say you offer with recommendations from real clients and a pricing structure for these services offered? You can't advertise online for online services with your reputation, can you? So, just who are these clients? Joe and Schmoe from you church, perhaps?

You can stop singing the praises of Trey White. I don't think you have a snowball's chance in hell of smoozing him into letting you in on any venture capital deals with accredited investors.

After that multi-million dollar earner farce, which I bet you put together, (that had me and probably many others sending in complaints to the Texas Attorney General's Office and the FTC) I bet Evolv pushed you out. Your penchant for lying and gross exaggeration could be a huge liability seeing the number of court cases you have been involved in some capacity with your threats and involvement with the now bankrupt pyramid scheme, Advantage Conferences.

If Evolv could truly create the life of one's dreams, you would still be there, scammer. We all know what turns you on -- $$$$. You kept soliciting for Advantage Conferences long after the losing suit with the Better Business Bureau confirmed that it was a pyramid scheme and that the loss rate was at least 98% for the Christians involved. We can read all you ads and e-mails here. You never let the fact you were on a veritable Titanic slow you down. You only quit when the gravy train was completely over.

Really lovely the way your wife has always been right by your scamming side. She is teaching at Coram Deo Academy as you folks desperately need the money and free tuition after your chapter 7 bankruptcy fiasco.

Today Weinzierl has so few reads that Compete can't even measure the traffic for his sad little self-promotion site. But, even more hilarious is Weinzierl 4 years later is still bragging of his Reputation Management skills. The first page of Google is littered with an RS thread, a Quatloos thread and a quite lovely Ripoff Report.

    Online Reputation Management

Manage your online reputation… before someone else does. You will face online attacks, as you build any business. Playing defense and catch up (after a person posts hundreds of times about you) is much more challenging than playing offense and building your online assets… NOW.

Over the past five years, I have consulted for some of the top marketing companies and leaders in the world. These companies and leaders do business in excess of $1 billion a year. The more online reputation management that I completed for clients, the more I realized that fixing the problem really needed to focus on creating a reviews-based culture of excellence. It goes way beyond the company’s compliance department. It has to start with the leadership and the question should never be, “what can we get away with doing?” It needs to be focused on reinforcing the right brand standards, the right message, where integrity and excellence is championed, reinforced and celebrated.
The second part is a focus on creating and optimizing the assets that any individual or company should have in place to communicate their brand and share their voice more effectively. Why is this important? Google calls it ZMOT (Zero Moment of Truth). A person does a search for a company, product, or for a specific leader’s name. What they see in that moment of truth in Google search results will determine, in large part, if they decide to become a distributor, employee, or customer.

Regardless of your commitment to excellence and integrity, you will come under attack, whenever you have any level of success. This is true in ministry, as well as in business. Simply do a search on any prominent company or leader and you will see the online vigilantes sharing their disdain on various forums.

So, what can you do to manage your online reputation if you have been targeted?
First, take a good, long, hard look at your marketing, as well as the business that you are involved in. Are you doing anything that you should not be doing? Is there a real value proposition for your customers?
OK, I digress. Let me get back to what you can do to actively manage your online reputation and help control what people see when they search for you on Google.
    1. Search yourself
Do a Google search for your name and also a search for your name in Google images. Set up a Google alert on your name, product name, brand and company. You can have notifications mailed to you once a day, once a week, etc. More robust tools like Trackur.com can monitor online mentions for you, your brand, and your company.
    2. Buy your personal domain name
For example, I own jackweinzierl.com, jackweinzierl.info, jackweinzierl.org, and jackweinzierl.net. You are welcome to click on any of these links, but it is the case of the shoemaker has not had time to work on his own shoes. Please do not benchmark my example, but learn from it.
    3. Put all your content in one place
There are a number of sites that let you do this now, including Tumblr, WordPress, and About.me. You can also “apply” your domain name to these sites, which means that anyone who goes to “yourname.com” will be routed to your Tumblr or WordPress blog. That’s convenient because Tumblr and WordPress offer nicely designed templates that will give you a professional appearance.
    4. Join and leverage your social profiles
Even if you don’t feel like you have time to be active on these sites, do join them and take the time to optimize your profiles. As most of us know, some of the major sites are Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest, and YouTube, but there are dozens more. Add new content regularly.
    5. Optimize your presence on these sites
Fill these profiles out with your bio, customizing the URL with your name whenever possible. For instance, on LinkedIn you can scroll down to where it says “public profile” on your profile page, and you can set the URL to read your name http://www.linkedin.com/in/jackweinzierl vs. the default non-search friendly URL. Again, this allows you to rank in the search results and LinkedIn is currently my #2 search result.
    6. Secret Option: Get Google to delist the report from its index
If you are familiar with Ripoff Report, you know that you cannot get content removed from the site. You can however, get it removed from the search results with a Court Order. This is not for the faint of heart and it will come at a significant expense. But if something posted on that site is damaging your reputation and business, and is not true, the following article may be of interest to you.

How To Remove Ripoff Reports From Google – Not Just Bury Them
    Bottom Line?
Create your own content and optimize your profiles. The goal is to own as much search real estate as possible, pushing the negative content down below the fold, or off page one in Google’s search results for your name, brand, product, or company.
Market responsibly. You are a brand. Take control of your online brand. By taking these steps, you are leveraging the domain authority for sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and those profiles will rank quickly in the search results.
Manage your online reputation… before someone else does.
Although I am not taking on any new clients, you are welcome to email me your specific challenge and I will share my recommendation with you....
    From the article Weinzierl recommends:
First, file a lawsuit against the original author of the report for defamation, business disparagement, false light, or any other claim that is legally appropriate. The big point here is that you have to prove your case in a court of law — you have the burden to prove the report made about you is false.

Be honest with yourself here (otherwise, you’re just wasting time and money). If the report about you is true (or if you can’t prove your case), you do not have a valid claim for defamation, and this option will not work for you. Again, the key here is being able to prove your case in a court of law. If you can’t do that, game over.
That is why the Ripoff Report I filed is never going to go anywhere!!! LOL!!!!!

"Regardless of your commitment to excellence and integrity, you will come under attack, whenever you have any level of success," boasts the totally psychologically unaware liar and fraud. He was "attacked" as he put is because his victims, who have lost thousands they couldn't afford to lose, saw what a lying fraud he is. Savvy people see right through the posts of this phony baloney.

Online vigilantes? Really!!!! The fact 75% of companies are said to Google applicants explains his years of desperate scrounging for a real job. Freudian slips galore. Game is definitely over for Weinzierl. He wins the "turkey" award hands down.
