Abdul ghafar bin ramli has cheated plenty of unsuspecting victims like me in hundreds of thousand dollars and till now he is uncontactable. Please beware of this guy as he will be bringing a sorry a** face to you to borrow money from. He will be bringing letters from the government on his property development project and requesting money to be paid to him personally and not to the company's account.

It appears a scammer is playing off the name of this person, but one never knows.
