    Claims employment on Linkedin at "Medure, Bonner Law" which, given his shilling for them at

    It appears, from his posts in various Facebook groups, that his stolen money is kept in Huntington National Bank.
    His "Cash Cow" flyer, in addition to being an illegal chain letter and work at home scheme, contains a claim that no true law student
    would ever have included. A claim of being legal based on Title 18, Sec. 1302. Of the "US Postal Code." A real law student would
    have known that Title 18 is the US Criminal Code.

    18 U.S. Code § 1302 - Mailing lottery tickets or related matter

    Whoever knowingly deposits in the mail, or sends or delivers by mail:
    Any letter, package, postal card, or circular concerning any lottery, gift enterprise, or similar scheme offering prizes dependent in whole or in part upon lot or chance;
    Any lottery ticket or part thereof, or paper, certificate, or instrument purporting to be or to represent a ticket, chance, share, or interest in or dependent upon the event of a lottery, gift enterprise, or similar scheme offering prizes dependent in whole or in part upon lot or chance;
    Any check, draft, bill, money, postal note, or money order, for the purchase of any ticket or part thereof, or of any share or chance in any such lottery, gift enterprise, or scheme;
    Any newspaper, circular, pamphlet, or publication of any kind containing any advertisement of any lottery, gift enterprise, or scheme of any kind offering prizes dependent in whole or in part upon lot or chance, or containing any list of the prizes drawn or awarded by means of any such lottery, gift enterprise, or scheme, whether said list contains any part or all of such prizes;
    Any article described in section 1953 of this title—
    Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both; and for any subsequent offense shall be imprisoned not more than five years.
    (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 762; Oct. 31, 1951, ch. 655, § 29, 65 Stat. 721; Pub. L. 87–218, § 2, Sept. 13, 1961, 75 Stat. 492; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(H), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)
    Tell me, Michael, how that law could possibly make something "legal?"

    Re: Mike Angiolelli - How to get expelled from law school before you are even accepted

    Seeing this ad from Michael (posted in November) makes me suspect that he's gotten himself involved with the Cash In The Bank scheme from ALV Marketing.
    What if I told you that there was a mailing company that can let you make $100, $200 and $500 cash commissions every week?
    When you get going they will send you peel and stick labels, stamps, envelopes, and flyers with your name on it AND a $200 brochure for hotels around the world!
    Message me for details!!!!
    Seeing as Andrea Lynn Vasquez, the head of that particular postal scam, is located in Ohio like Michael's mother is, perhaps citing Ohio's law might
    make a dent in that dense head of his. Or perhaps not.

    1333.91 Pyramid sales plan or program definitions.

    As used in sections 1333.91 to 1333.94 of the Revised Code:
    (A) "Pyramid sales plan or program" means any scheme, whether or not for the disposal or distribution of property, whereby a person pays a consideration for the chance or opportunity to receive compensation, regardless of whether he also receives other rights or property, under either of the following circumstances:
    (1) For introducing one or more persons into participation in the plan or program;
    (2) When another participant has introduced a person into participation in the plan or program.

    (B) "Compensation" means money, financial benefit, or anything of value. Compensation does not include payment based upon sales made to persons who are not participants in a pyramid sales plan or program, and who are not purchasing in order to participate in the plan or program.
    (C) "Consideration" does not include:
    (1) Payment for sales demonstration equipment and materials furnished at cost, whereby no profit, commission, fee, rebate or other benefit is realized by any person in the sales plan, for use in making sales and not for resale;
    (2) Payment for promotional and administrative fees not to exceed twenty-five dollars when computed on an annual basis.

    (D) "Participant" means a person who purchases, proposes, plans, prepares, or offers the opportunity to take part in, or advance into, a pyramid sales plan or program.

    Any contract made in violation of section 1333.92 of the Revised Code is void. Any person who has paid consideration for the chance or opportunity to participate in a pyramid sales plan or program may recover, in a civil action, the amount of the consideration paid, together with reasonable attorney fees, from any participant who has received compensation under either of the following circumstances:
    (A) For introducing the person into participation in a pyramid sales plan or program;

    Amended by 129th General AssemblyFile No.29, HB 86, §1, eff. 9/30/2011.
    Effective Date: 09-26-2003; 2008 SB171 09-11-2008
    Related Legislative Provision: See 129th General AssemblyFile No.29, HB 86, §4 .
    Likewise, since Michael resides and works in Pennsylvania, perhaps a citation of “Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.” is also in order.
    https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/uplo...ection_Law.pdf

    Rather than quote the full letter of this very long law, I'll point out a damning clause in it.
    (xiii) Promoting or engaging in any plan by which goods or services are sold to a person for a consideration and upon the further consideration that the purchaser secure or attempt to secure one or more persons likewise to join the said plan; each purchaser to be given the right to secure money, goods or services depending upon the number of persons joining the plan. In addition, promoting or engaging in any plan, commonly known as or similar to the so-called “Chain-Letter Plan” or “Pyramid Club.” The terms “Chain-Letter Plan” or “Pyramid Club” mean any scheme for the disposal or distribution of property, services or anything of value whereby a participant pays valuable consideration, in whole or in part, for an opportunity to receive compensation for introducing or attempting to introduce one or more additional persons to participate in the scheme or for the opportunity to receive compensation when a person introduced by the participant introduces a new participant.
    As used in this subclause the term “consideration” means an investment of cash or the purchase of goods, other property, training or services, but does not include payments made for sales demonstration equipment and materials for use in making sales and not for resale furnished at no profit to any person in the program or to the company or corporation, nor does the term apply to a minimal initial payment of twenty-five dollars ($25) or less
    While his own Cash Cow mailer may not ding Pennsylvania's law, American Bill Money and the Living The Good Life Flyer most certainly do.
    As does the Millionaire Mailer his mother is so deeply entangled in. And as the Cash In The Box flyer does.

    -----------------------------

    Looking at Michael's list of "friends" on Facebook, a number of names and faces pop out from past cybercrime schemes.
    He's certainly doomed any chances he had of being an attorney, I would say.
