Great job finding ancient news heather about a company that owed me alot of money and scammed all my money and my team in 2009 but like a good christian I didn't sue them because I love Jesus Christ and forgave them you should try that sometime so you can stop piling up all those lawsuits and endless amounts of complaints from your neighbors and business owners. You should consult for help online about mental problems and becoming a crusader promoter claiming everything is public for the world to see. My response: Tell me what Ponzi scam would that be? Last time I was in a business venture was a multitude of years ago and that business has been around for 60 + years and is part of the direct sellers association a old dinosaur company. And you still don't know what slander is. One would think after being told you didn't know what it meant, you would at least look it up and learn. Another long-winded load of nonsense posted on scammer Don Allen Holbrook's Soapbox-Momster Facebook page. Let's have that police report scammer Ronnie. Man up and get with Holbrook and file the suit he and his dirty cronies have been braying about for almost a decade.

I see reading comprehension is not one of your strong suits. You tried a second time to message me on FB and after I explained I do not respond to messages with anyone but friends and family, of which you are neither.

For someone who professes not to criticize and bad-mouth others you sure do an awful lot of it. It is called HYPOCRISY. Look it up because I truly don't think you know the meaning of the word. I love you how want to quote the Bible but don't live up to it. I could quote you Bible verse after Bible verse and you would still not get it. A mind is such a terrible thing to waste.

I find it interesting that for someone who claims to have been in such great MLM companies you are still living day to day from doing surveys. Now before you run off to say that I said doing surveys is not honorable or some other such rubbish, I didn't say that. I am pointing out that if your MLM's were such great opportunities, with your participating in them, you should be a multi-millionaire by now instead of doing surveys for a living. But as usual you will try to twist what I just said into your own form of reality.

Everything is truthful or hyperbole and the majority is the horrific nonsense that came out of Ronnie Branch's own mouth. Law enforcement would only get involved if there was a credible death threat type posting on here. This is all a civil matter where Ronnie Branch has no hope of succeeding in any courtroom. 1. Exclusion

3. Outing/Doxing
Outing, also known as doxing, refers to the act of openly revealing sensitive or personal information about someone without their consent for purposes of embarrassing or humiliating them. This can range from the spreading of personal photos or documents of public figures to sharing an individual’s saved personal messages in an online private group. The key is the lack of consent from the victim.

4. Trickery
Trickery is similar to outing, with an added element of deception. In these situations, the bully will befriend their target and lull them into a false sense of security. Once the bully has gained their target’s trust, they abuse that trust and share the victim’s secrets and private information to a third party or multiple third parties.

5. Cyberstalking
Cyberstalking is a particularly serious form of cyberbullying that can extend to threats of physical harm to the child being targeted. It can include monitoring, false accusations, threats, and is often accompanied by offline stalking. It is a criminal offense and can result in a restraining order, probation, and even jail time for the perpetrator.

6. Fraping
Fraping is when a bully uses your child’s social networking accounts to post inappropriate content with their name. It can be harmless when friends write funny posts on each other’s profiles, but has potential to be incredibly harmful. For example, a bully posting racial/homophobic slurs through someone else’s profile to ruin their reputation.

7. Masquerading
Masquerading happens when a bully creates a made up profile or identity online with the sole purpose of cyberbullying someone. This could involve creating a fake email account, fake social media profile, and selecting a new identity and photos to fool the victim. In these cases, the bully tends to be someone the victim knows quite well.

8. Dissing
Dissing refers to the act of a bully spreading cruel information about their target through public posts or private messages to either ruin their reputation or relationships with other people. In these situations, the bully tends to have a personal relationship with the victim, either as an acquaintance or as a friend.

9. Trolling
Trolling is when a bully will seek out to intentionally upset others by posting inflammatory comments online. Trolling may not always be a form of cyberbullying, but it can be used as a tool to cyberbully when done with malicious and harmful intent. These bullies tend to be more detached from their victims, and do not have a personal relationship.

10. Flaming
This type of online bullying constitutes of posting about or directly sending insults and profanity to their target. Flaming is similar to trolling, but will usually be a more direct attack on a victim to incite them into online fights.

I had a productive conversation with the Police that came by today. He agreed she is going down a dark path and agreed defamation of character is clearly seen and he will be calling her. In conclusion I already know the law is not caught up with various issues like trolling,cyber bullying harassment etc. , however this video serves as a first step to helping bring self awareness and brand others as Cyber bullies. Hopefully one day new laws will be passed and this video can be used as a reference for law enforcement agencies to keep tabs on this site and especially the Admin for how she behaves in general.

Just as this site likes to brand people as scammers on a consistent basics without getting to know people properly I am doing my duty to branding these people as Harassment Trolling Cyber Bullies that think its ok to post images,gloat, make fun of others and write things about another without their permission and use the law as a reference as to admit to evading the law entirely of their wrong doing and knowing they likely can get away with this stuff. While some think its ok to work around the law as Heather likes to she only will continue to brand herself as a Cyber Harasser Trolling Bully that has serious mental problems and cannot work out issues when asked nicely. That is why I made this video to help bring self awareness of branding this woman of her issues. You can google her name and see the amount of lawsuits filed against her and she thinks its fun to wrack up lawsuits holding trophy's to gloat about and harass people in many ways all the time.

If folks are looking for a reference about scams in general my advice would be to look for another resource where you can get good reliable information minus the many issues and drama spoken from above as realscam.com is not a reliable source of information in my opinion since Heather to me is an unfit admin mental health wise. Real Professionals are emotionally sound and actually will go out their way as to care and lift folks up in general with helpful advice as to avoid scams with sound advice and not gloat and bring people down, posting photos and defaming people on a regular basics.

Anybody whom is looking at this site it is my belief to not use it as a reference for clearly the Admin Heather having only 5 friends on her profile on her site since likely the birth of the site of many years is a clear indication she is not well received by the public and not doing her site or the people any good. Now I am a victim of your defamation responses and in the past from your users which u fail to moderate and only add fire to by letting the thread drag on instead of properly moderating your site.

Never was with Broker Jones Oceanside Network Forex (False Defamation Statement). I have not made one video about Forex trading in fact I never tried Forex trading and likely never will because I do not like risking money and find forex trading a bit complicated. This is why it is important to be careful about picking up on gossip hate messages only to spread more hate messages. A wise person will goto the source meaning the person in question instead of people without having a photo like yourself on your website and likely other users whom are inactive for years now. Also I find it disturbing to have a photo of yourself of Jesus with words about puking for many years as your signature avatar on your website. I do not know Don, I Heard his video about you defaming him along with me so naturally I agree with the video message . I am not affiliated with any business with Don so another defamation hate false statement. In fact your users make fun of me for doing surveys and saying I might as well watch the Dukes of Hazzard for a few dollars to bide my time more or less the message taken or being called a wife beater when I am not even married or claiming I am taking advantage of my woman with vitamins that has a serious case of muscular dystrophy and allowing my photos posted on your site along with countless of things like from Eagle telling me to grow a set meaning balls to come to your site and respond so I have had to deal with being taunted as well. Yet, you allow such hateful comments about me on your site. I am not interested in doing that as I am a positive person but will defend myself as I have that right.

Taking advantage of her another false defamation statement from a user u allow on your site? I could easily let u ask my woman yourself as a wise person would get their facts correct. I bought them for her to help her in which she was grateful for and this is another false defamation statement you allow on your site. You allow such nonsense from users to post about me and my woman that cannot even feed herself or walk you should be ashamed of yourself. I have taken care of her feed her for over 10 years and if u think a guy like that scams people you seriously got mentally problems as she would of left me ages ago. If I really wanted to rally alot of people in my defense I could, but I can handle these issues myself.

So how can a normal Joe like myself be in business with Don? It doesn't take a wise person to figure this out Heather unless one is mentally unstable as suspected. .

Shaklee I was well guided by a mentor the business is still running but not currently active is apart of the Direct Sellers Association for over 60 years. When you called me a Snake oil salesman a hate message for others to pick up the trails to add further hate messages. My messages where guided closely by my mentor along with Shaklee which keeps a sharp sword about their distributors and what they say so another false defamation statement or I would of been kicked out of the company if I was not guided and mentored. Shaklee keeps a iron grip on these manners. Of course you could of learned all these things by coming to me being the source.

Unlike you heather I will give you a way out, if you ever wish to take your content off about me I would be happy to remove mine about you entirely. As I do believe in forgiveness and letting things go if you do as well. This is how I've built strong stability in my life today in all areas of my life as I prefer to focus on the positive not negative personally and professionally. If not well then we can leave it in the hands of higher ups should they ever decide to get involved and at least they can see I have tried with you and u have not thus far.

All these comments will be documented along with any future comments from other defamation Cyber Bully Trolling comments about me from any future users if applicable with this video to build a profile about you to document so others can clearly read between the lines and a possible productive action taken from possibly your isp, hosting site or law enforcement etc. to get involved. Is ViaViente a scam? Find Out!
I ran a few search engine tests the other day, and I noticed two words that immediately grabbed my attention: ViaViente scam. The word “scam” just so happens to be the most popular search word following “ViaViente” in popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, altavista…you name it.

This makes perfect sense. In fact, you’ll probably find that the same is true for nearly every other company with a MLM aspect. Many people hear about a supposed “good opportunity” and immediately want to see if there are any negative reports or reviews about the company or products. And since there are so many scams circulating throughout the internet today, “scam” is an ideal search word.
However, the majority of people around the country do NOT understand the difference between a legitimate MLM business opportunity and it’s popular, evil brother, the “pyramid scheme.” Most people look at a compensation plan, notice the resemblance of a potential pyramid shape, and immediately run away crying- “Augh! Pyramid, pyramid!” Chances are that High-school or college didn’t (or won’t) teach you the differences either. Therefore, I figured it would be quite beneficial to write an article explanating how to identify the pyramid schemes and illegal stacking scams, versus legitimate business opportunities.
In this report, I’ll even show you how the company ViaViente and it’s business model contradict the illegal pyramid nature.

Don’t freak out ViaViente customers!

So, picture this:
You’re searching for a quality health product to help reduce inflammation, and you come across the ViaViente company while conducting research online. You like the sound of the product and its benefits, and you find the contact information of a ViaViente distributor…oh, let’s call him Joe.
So, you give good ol’ Joe a call. He seems like a nice, knowledgeable guy. You like what you hear about the ViaViente juice product, and say- “Great! Can you set me up as a customer?” However, Joe replies with, “You know…you should seriously consider looking at the business opportunity. You can earn some good money.” You’re caught off guard a bit, but simply answer, “No thanks, Joe. I’m just interested in the juice for now.”
However, to your surprise, Joe comes back with- “You don’t want to earn some extra money? ViaViente has a great payplan!” And, at this point, you’re thinking- “HUH?! I just want to use the product! What is wrong with this guy?!”
Seem like an awkward situation? Well, it is! And I’ve watched many affiliates and distributors for various companies act just like Joe; i.e. they are so caught up in recruiting other distributors, they forget to show appreciation for the product(s) they represent and the prospects that are drawn to them.
It’s imporatant to understand that although a company such as ViaViente provides a wonderful MLM opportunity, not everyone is going to be interested in building a business. And it’s an absolute shame if we turn away excited customers just because we’re too obsessed with immediately plugging every prospect we meet into the business.
Loyal customers can do wonders for any MLM business, especially through the ViaViente opportunity. Did you know that if you can sponsor just 5 customers on the typical 3-bottle autoship, your business is essentially paid for every month! That’s right- 5 customers earns you $125.00 monthly commission. A 3-bottle order costs around $125-135, depending on the shipping location.
Another reason you should never take your customers for granted is that many people who fall in love with the ViaViente product begin to consider and inquire about the business opportunity. They figure- “I’m using the product each month anyway. I also know others who would benefit from ViaViente. I might as well join the opportunity and earn some extra money!” Remember: Your customers can always upgrade. Sometimes they just need to be re-assured that the ViaViente product is worth recommending.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, everyone should always remember that a quality product/service is the true meat and potatoes of any business opportunity. Without a unique, effective product, you’d have nothing but a masked pyramid scheme. The product you represent should not go unappreciated. It is the very aspect that seperates our company from the bad guys and scam artists.
So, with a final plea, I will simply say: Please don’t freak out your ViaViente customers!!!

MLM – Is it a “Business”?

I hear a lot of people criticize MLM opportunities, saying- “How can you possibly consider MLM a ‘business?’ You don’t control the company, you don’t control the product, and you don’t control the prices!”
In my opinion- whatever that may be worth to the critics- different people are going to fit in with different MLM companines and models. Just because one person or group enjoys the opportunity doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone else will. And, if you disagree with the quality of an MLM’s product/service or the price set by the company, then you shouldn’t be promoting it; plain and simple.
However, should we refrain from calling the relationship with our company a “business” simply because we don’t have absolute control over every aspect of our endorsed company?

Well, let’s evaluate that. In terms of the word “business,” I think of an organized system that allows you to sell and distribute product/services to other individuals for profit. You can do that by attempting to set-up the next Microsoft. You can do that by setting up a retail store in a nearby mall. And you can also do that by effectively working an MLM system.
And, no. Not everyone succeeds in MLM. This is true for ViaViente or any MLM company. There will always be people who join a MLM opportunity for the wrong reasons, or discover that it’s just not their cup of tea. Sometimes, they simply choose to promote the wrong type of opportunity. But, just as there is an inevitable failure rate among MLM builders, few people in the world today could develop their own traditional “brick and mortar” business and expect to receive significant passive income within 2-3 years.
So, is MLM a business? It really does depend how you define “business.” And even if you believe the answer is “no,” perhaps you should ask a more important question- Does it work?
And the answer to that is, “Yes.” If you’re able and willing to work it.

Hello everyone!
(How cliche is that for an introductory statement?)
I’m Ryan, Co-Founder of the All-Star Alliance Team for ViaViente. This is quite likely the first blog I’ve ever started that I will take seriously. In the past, I admit that I viewed blogs as never-ending rants about random people’s lives. But, I suppose I shouldn’t have initially been so stereotypical, as I’ve recently discovered that blogs have become a powerful tool in the New Age world of marketing.
The purpose of this blog is provide information and updates concerning our new team development, All Star Alliance Team of ViaViente.
For those that don’t know, ViaViente is a company founded by Craig Keeland. The product is a health juice rich in Anti-Oxidants. Keeland was actually so particular about getting the juice formula right, he spent 12 years developing this high-class product: From 1991-2003.

Treat your MLM like a Business, NOT a Hobby

Trying to build your berry tree business and interested in increasing your conversion rates and team growth effect?
Here’s a very simple statement I originally picked up from another experienced MLM-er at Richdad.com a few years ago that can help you achieve better results: “Treat your MLM like a business, NOT a hobby.”

So, what exactly does that mean? Let’s take a closer look at the underlined statements. In the initial stages of building a business, your end rewards will depend on how much time, effort, and creativity you put into developing the business. In other words, if you give a half-hearted or lazy effort to get your business off the ground, the end results will be very disappointing. “You reap what you sow,” or so to speak.
However, a hobby is usually defined as something of specific interest that you do in your spare time; i.e. “something you do for fun or recreation.”
Today, many people in MLM- especially the novices- immediately begin to treat their MLM position as a hobby. They come home from work, and say: “Hmm, well I could work on my marketing website and contact my leads, or I could watch TV for the next 2 hours.” And if they feel like watching TV, they watch TV- plain and simple. Sometimes, they even use common justifications such as: “After all, I worked for 8 hours today; I deserve to watch TV (or whatever alterative may be substituted)!”
Now, before I go on, yes I realize that many people would not consider “watching TV” a hobby; however, that’s not the point. The real keyword is one you may not have picked out or immediately noticed: “FEEL.” A hobby is something you usually participate in only when you FEEL like it. And when you begin to build your MLM business and work on your promotions only when feel like it, you sholdn’t expect to accomplish anything special.
After all, can you imagine how a traditional, brick-and-mortar business would operate if the CEO and Executives only came to work and managed the company when they “felt” like getting out of bed in the morning or “felt” like reading through reports and making key decisions? That company would be in major trouble! The same is true for MLM distributors who treat their business as a hobby.

This is not only true for the Nutronix MLM, with Automatic Builder or the berry tree, but also for nearly every other MLM program out there. So, no matter what MLM you may be building, if you don’t feel like your team is growing fast enough, take a good look at how you are currently operating your business. Is it more like a hobby? If so, consider changing your habits.

The Berry Tree Bonus Pools for March 08

Here are the berry tree bonus pool values paid out in March for the February period:
Bronze Bonus Pool — $47.65
Silver Bonus Pool — $38.25
Gold Bonus Pool — $180.16
Regional Bonus Pool — $130.48
National Bonus Pool — $126.93
International Bonus Pool — $199.46
And here’s just a basic summary of the change in this month’s payouts compared to last month:
The Bronze, Silver, and Gold pools each decreased by a small amount. However, the Regional and National Pools increased. No sharp changes on either side of the fence.
Some members have expressed their concerns about the bonus pools decreasing in value. As I’ve stated before in previous articles, this is a temporary process since the corporate advertising benefits have just started to kick in this past month.
