The Hoaxer Offices of Dr Bill H. Weld & Fraud
    0 0

Recently a person going by the name of Bill H Weld has stepped up on the youtube soapbox. He has six public videos that have surpassed 50k views in the past month. The videos are just audio of him speaking, he speaks in such a smooth fashion that it can be determined he is reading from a script. His material is fear based, claiming to have a source in the DoD feeding him classified information about future events.

In this thread I will present information that will show what the character known as Bill H Weld has been busted on. I will not be discussing the material he speaks about at this time.

Here are the links to the person I am referring to.

These simply cannot be just a slip of the finger mistakes.

His current facebook about page states the following about his education and employment.
Quote:Bill Weld was accepted into Duke University in 1960. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, magna cum laude, and began medical school at Duke University School of Medicine in 1964. He entered the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program in 1967 and went onto practice as a orthopedic surgeon of high distinction at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

After a decade as a surgeon, Dr. Weld returned to Duke University to pursue a law degree. He describes his interest in law as having "awoken" during the Vietnam War era, "I wanted to practice law, because I saw a great need for social justice. I wanted to help in ways I could not as a doctor." After practicing law in Charlotte, North Carolina and in Clemson, South Carolina, Dr. Weld moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, to open his own practice, and later opened another office in Los Angeles, California, with a focus on corporate fraud. "You never know where you'll end up in life. The corporate angle wasn't what I planned for, but I used it to help a lot of people who were being scammed."
    https://www.facebook.com/billhweld/info

So after a decade of being a doctor from 1967-1977, he entered Law School some time around 1977 or 1978. But wait, his Linkedin page says he went to law school 1978 – 1983 or 1970 – 1974. He must be a genius to be a surgeon and going to Law School at the same time, and opening a Law Office in 1977, which was then changed to 1985. The guy can't even get his years right and seems to change his Linkedin page more than anyone I know.

In one of his videos, he states that he doesn't have a website for his law office (but his youtube page links to 6 websites exposing tv shows) and he only advertises through the yellowpages in Las Vegas and L.A. (phone book), and through Signs/Billboards. He says since releasing classified info "they" have removed his yellowpages listing online. So that should mean the printed yellowpages phone book in Las Vegas should have his law firm and name listed. That too seems to have just disappeared.

I'm still in Vegas, and the CenturyLink Yellow Book, Las Vegas has NO such listing for " The Law Offices of Bill H. Weld & Associates." And the Legal Services section is very small, about half of a page and no such name as Bill Weld is in there.
    http://www.realistnews.net/Thread-need-h...it-is-true

His current linked page says he is now a retired lawyer.

Background checks in Las Vegas, NV, L.A. CA, Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Clemson, SC, and GA, five cities and the six states he listed, reveal zero records for Dr. Bill H. Weld. No addresses, phone numbers, court records, marriage records, school records, degrees, certificates, medical license, admission to practice law, business records, news paper records, no registered charity records. All of which is very unusual for someone with the caliber Dr./Lawyer Weld claims to be.

Bill uses the same slightly blurred photo on his facebook, youtube, linkedin and google+ account. In the google+ account photos section page, he had another photo along side his other photo. After I pointed out this photo, it has since been removed. Here is how the photo section appeared a few days ago.

The photo section has since been changed. Before the change I found a file name for the photo that was removed. It came back to a lawyer named Wade Coye in Florida.

Here is the same photo in Mr. Coye's google+ account.

Re: Roy Tribble of Scam Watchdog

    Video of Mr. Coye.

The voice from Mr. Coye does not match the voice used in the Bill H Weld videos.

In the video Bill H Weld released yesterday, he claims his family is being targeted. His son and daughter have broke out with some kind of skin rashes and sores. Bill, being a doctor says he has never seen anything like this before. He claims doctors are baffled and don't know what it is, or what caused it. Bill says his son is now in the hospital and is not responding to medical treatment.

Here is a screen shot of his son's arm.

The only problem, doctors do know what this is. Bill stole another photo, this time from wikipedia. All he did was flip the image.

As you can clearly see, Dr. Bill H. Weld, keeps changing things in his accounts, stealing pictures from other people. So how creditable is the info he is releasing in his youtubes? My guess is the info he is releasing is just made up to scare people. Perhaps, he is doing this to prove a point, that the online community of "truthers" "alternative media" "conspiracy theorists" "prepper" "fringe" "awake", put whatever name you associate yourself with in "________", are not as smart, aware, awake, than they think they are or claim to be, and are one in the same as the "sheep" they speak so loudly against. They don't fully investigate or research things, and can easily be herded like sheep.

According to Youtube channel MajorFawcett, Dr Bill H. Weld was supposed to be on a radio show at the end of September, but had to cancel at the last moment due to being in the hospital. Another guest that night on the radio show was Youtube user RevMichelleHopkins. Another fear mongering channel. She recently got caught over that whole FEMA Region 3 martial law BS. Monty called her out, after interviewing the person she claimed she received the info from. He exposed her, she said he was lying, in the end she issued an apology for what she did. If Bill H Weld is buddy's with another person who likes to pump out the fear based lie videos, then we can see where this is going. She is now pumping out the Bill H Weld info, after her FEMA Region 3 martial law claims earlier this month didn't happen. Be aware of the people who are feeding you the disinfo.

So who is Bill H. Weld anyway?

Well, I cannot say for sure. I have a pretty good idea. Since he never actually shows his face in any video, we can't match the face in his online accounts to the voice speaking. This is suspicious to me, but apparently not suspicious to his many followers.

In my findings I posted in the other thread, I went through all the websites Bill listed on his youtube about/info page. I showed who registered each page. It seems Bill has been very busy the past few days changing registrations and taking down a page. You can read the findings in full on this thread.

One of the names that jumped out to me was Justin Tribble. This person tried pulling a prank/hoax once before.

    Part of the transcript.
Quote:" Reporter: Turns out, there was a twitter account linked to a facebook page and a website. An elaborate internet hoax. To be crystal clear, it's not true.

Re: Roy Tribble of Scam Watchdog

Not to pile on here, but he lists a "Masters Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism, Michigan State University" which I thought kind of strange, if you think about it for a minute, those are 3 different things not very likely to be all in one degree at a graduate level....or so it seemed to me....

So I went to https://www.reg.msu.edu/academicprog...s.asp?PType=GR and I'm not gonna copy the whole list, the link is here if you wanna check yourself, but
    Academic Programs - Graduate Degrees

Listed below are the Graduate Degrees offered by Michigan State University. Students must consult their advisors to learn which specific requirements apply to their degree programs.

To view more information about a program, including the related Academic Program catalog text, click on the name of the program.
Need I say that, Masters Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism isn't on the list?

Re: Roy Tribble of Scam Watchdog

I was almost taken in by this scammer. Thank goodness, I did not the money to get all those bots he recommends in his newsletter. After reading about him, Jason Tribble and Dr. Weld, I know for a fact he is up to no good. You see, at one time I was married to a con artist. He tried to convince me he was a doctor, a lawyer, a CIA agent all rolled into one. So when I read about Jason Tribble that rattled a few memories.

I just read Roy's latest newsletter in which he claims that there are a number of brokers who will reverse a bots winnings and losses and that is exactly what I thought with brokers and auto bots I tried. The funny thing is that the two brokers I used came highly recommended by him and he claims he just added one of them as his personal broker. What a crock!

    Welcome to the site 21-4-evr.

IF I was going to trade binary options I would look at NADEX assuming you are in the US. There may be a few other brokers that are properly licensed to do business in the US, but most are simply bucket shops counting on traders losing or cheating them when they don't. A nonstarter for me if they can't be bothered to do some paperwork.

I don't believe there are any BOTS for sale that will beat the market, so there's that. More than my trading system bias, the binaries I have looked at seem priced too high for the risk/reward. The ones that are dirt cheap not really binary bets, more 100-1 long shots.

There is plenty of action in weekly options on the regulated exchanges, and on the high volume contracts the prices generally fair. Not saying there aren't some wooden nickel peddlers, or it's a path to easy wealth but beats dealing with outright crooks any day.

    Binary Options Legal US

Can offshore "brokers" trade with US residents?

In the case of off-shore platforms offering binary options to retail customers in the United States, the answer to this question is a resounding "No".

As the Director of Enforcement for the CFTC stated in connection with a recently filed lawsuit:

"It is against the law to solicit U.S. persons to buy and sell commodity options, even if they are called ‘prediction’ contracts, unless they are listed for trading and traded on a CFTC-registered exchange or unless legally exempt."
"It's virtually impossible to violate rules ... but it's impossible for a violation to go undetected, certainly not for a considerable period of time." Bernie Madoff

Roy Tribble appears to be amping up his attempts at endearing himself to a fresh wave of suckers.

Roy has moved from Richmond, VA to "Roanoake", VA but is currently "in europe to set up nofeeoptions.com".

Roy apparently registered nofeeoptions.com on April 21, 2015.

"NoFeeOptions.com – soon to be the world’s first non-profit binary options brokerage, with 1:1 payouts and no fees - For too long, bad brokers have stolen money from innocent victims simply trying to trade binary options fairly. Our new brokerage will finally give the 'little guy' a chance to trade with confidence and trust"

Even though they're not open for business yet, Roy has received 310 "comments" beginning May 11, 2015. Here's a sampling of these enthusiastic supporters:

    Paul R Ernst
    Vlademir C. Figuracion
    Kobi Samuel
    Bilikisu Oriyomi AAdelakun
    Romulo Gulosino
    Yzel Singayao

You'd think that they're from the most extreme corners of the developed world based on their names, but fortunately when it comes to pouring on the encouragement for our old friend Roy Tribble, they all have the exact same god-fearing, fellow-man loving, positive prose that Roy himself uses.

The bible says in 1 chronicle 16:22 and psalm 105:15,,, touch not my Anointed and do my prophet no harm, since you are Gods Anointed Roy you need to fearless coz God is on your side…. keep up the good work we are all here with you in faith….. cant wait to join the family…..

Roy wants to give you maximum possible exposure to him of course, and has set up Facebook and Twitter accounts for your convenience:

    https://www.facebook.com/RoyDTribble
    https://twitter.com/RoyScamWatchdog

And don't forget his YouTube account featuring the famous southern drawl.

Also, with anything "binary" being the rage recently, Roy appears to have registered these domain names on April 10, 2015:

    binaryscamwatchdog.com
    binaryscamwatchdog.org
    binaryscamwatchdog.net

The only one he's done any work on so far is binaryscamwatchdog.com, where he has invented a new god-fearing, common-man-loving character named Christopher Donovan.

    About Me

My name is Christopher Donovan, I am 63 years old and was born and raised in Carson Nevada. I am a devoted husband that has been married for over 40 years to his beautiful wife Sharon.

I am also the proud father of 4 beautiful kids and I have been trading for most of my life.

Because I am blessed with the chance of making substantial amount of money from home and my kids are now grown up and ventured in the outside world, I spend a lot of time giving back to the community.

I volunteer every weekend at my local church, donate to the less fortunate I come across on a daily basis (please check out “My Mission” page here on my blog to find out how you can help too) and decided to help people online who fall victims for scams.

Being an experienced trader I can spot scams from miles away, so I investigate them and report them here on my blog so that I can save honest people a lot of money.

I ask for nothing in return, I do this because I am a very experienced trader and I devoted Christian who was blessed with money and a beautiful family and I just want to pay it forward.

There is way too many people in this country and around the world that are in need of help and as I work only few hours per day, I feel obligated to help them in anyway I can.

The ones I cannot help face to face because they don’t live in my town, Carson in Nevada I try to help via this blog.

If you are in the Nevada state or happen to be travelling around this area, please contact me as I will be happy to mentor you face to face and introduce you to the local community.

What I ask in return is nothing but paying it forward. As I said the lord blessed me with a job, trading, which brings me enough money so I don’t need anything more for myself.

But there is a lot of people out there that do need help, so please if I help you by saving you from being scammed or making you money through my mentorship or a system I show then in return pay it forward and help other people.

There is many ways you can help fellow human being, donate some of your trading profits, volunteer, or even just recommend this blog to people you care so they can avoid being scammed.

And please get in touch if you have any questions, I ma here to help and as I said trading from home for a living allows me to have a lot of spare time to cultivate other interests including teaching people.

Don’t get me wrong, making a lot of money is great as it allows you to enjoy life to fullest and take care of your friends and family, but giving back is even more fullfulling.

    God bless,

    Christopher.

P.S.: Whilst I am devoted Christian and go to church and volunteer weekly, my blog and my help is not just aimed to fellow Christians.

So even if you hear me speak about the lord, please understand that it doesn’t matter what your believes are, I am here to help everybody no matter what.

    Love is unconditional

    Step right up, folks.
