SBM,

First my apologies for thinking you were the enemy while I was under the influence - - of Tim Darnell/Jack W! I used to think you were a bad person just trying to cause a good guy and his company a lot of headaches because it is a Christian MLM - - do you recognize Tim/Jack's twist here? Now, I realize you are actually providing a vital public service which I wish I would have found before I joined or at least have been willing to listen a whole lot earlier and I appreciate your boldness. Anyway, I have seen the light and have left AC.

My frustration now is two fold. First I am aware of so many AC reps that have either officially left, got kicked out, or unofficially left (still on the rolls as a rep technically but not active), that are unwilling to do or say anything to stop the madness but rather have moved on quietly. While I understand and have the same concerns about dealing with the wrath of Tim, I just don't feel like my conscious will allow me to walk away quietly. Too much damage is being done to too many people by manipulating them with the scriptures under VERY false pretenses. It's sickening!!!

Secondly, I have called the BBB and FTC trying to get specific questions answered about filing complaints but basically get the go round. I would also like to file a complaint with the AG and the state level of the FTC (their customer service person told me there is such a thing).

I'll tell you straight out - - I WANT TO SEE THE WHOLE MESS SHUT DOWN AND TIM DARNELL PUT IN JAIL!!!

I have factual data that I believe proves misrepresentation and other legal issues and could possibly put a huge dent in AC and possibly be the very thing the authorities (who you say are watching AC/Tim) to turn out the lights for good.

BUT, I also have concerns. . .

• I have literally lost everything and need to put my main focus and the majority of my time into rebuilding my life and a new livelihood. Therefore, I do not want to get caught up in something that is going to become all time consuming and emotionally draining, i.e, Tim's threats, legal notices or even his awareness of what I'm doing. I want to go about this in a way that will cause the most damage without Tim ever knowing who put the final nail in the coffin. I am not in a financial position to hire an attorney for anything. Therefore, I MUST remain anonymous yet have ultimate impact. In other words, I want to file my complaints/comments/data with the authorities who actually have the authority to shut the business down and then go on about my life while they do their thing to make it happen.
• I do not want my name etc., all over scam dot com or anywhere else negative. Internet image has a huge impact these days so that would be stupid on my part as I try to move forward. Currently I have no internet image so I have a clean slate to start my non AC future with. My entire life I have been an upstanding citizen with nothing more than an occasional traffic ticket. This is why I was trying to go through the authorities rather than the internet. Also, because they can actually take action to get it shut down where scam dot com can only alert people and make Tim crazy but he marches on deceiving and destroying.

I believe this is the dilemma of most former/inactive reps. They are left so destitute that they feel powerless to fight back and are fearful of Tim ruining their reputation just because he is such a good con artist. Therefore, given the choice to fight or move on quietly they do the later. Thus, Tim prevails I, on the other hand would like to have the best of both worlds. And, this is where I need your help if you are willing.

Since you seem to understand the inner working of these authoritative entities (BBB, FTC, AG, etc.) I'm hoping you can shorten the time involved to help me understand "IF" it is possible to remain anonymous and if so "HOW" to go about getting this done ASAP! I know that they each have online complaint forms, but I have been unable to establish if it remains confidential. Also, I would love the opportunity to speak directly with an agent (if you have any personal contacts) of any of these entities who would listen (confidentially of course). They would be shocked at some of the things I know and hopefully could take action quicker - - assuming their process is normally slow like most government agencies.

Anyway, I could go on and on but hopefully you get the picture. Well, I know that you too have been very careful to remain anonymous, but perhaps one day when the authorities shut AC down we can meet for a high five and massive celebration!!! So, do you think you're willing to help someone who didn't like you very much for a long time?

SBM, I am trusting you not to post this email or even excerpts on scam dot com. If that occurs, I lose my ability to do the damage I fully believe I can do. Having Tim and Jack as mentors has definitely shaken my trust in people, so I am taking a huge risk coming to you for help. I trust you will have the discretion to handle this properly. If I see even bits of this email or references to it on scam dot com I will be done because of the timing and nature of my comments, Tim, Jack and possibly others may put the pieces together and recognize who I am. Right now I have the upper hand because I left relatively peacefully and he thinks I have moved on quietly like the others. If you start talking about me on your forum then he is alerted and goes into full defensive mode. Yes, he actually has a staff member reading scam dot com on a regular basis to keep him appraised.

If you are willing to work with me I will insist on the FULL benefit of a surprise attack and anonymity. In return I will give you the same. I am not and will not ask for your identity, only your guidance on how to best drop the bomb. I also would ask that you do not share this email verbally or by forwarding with ANYONE, especially your thread buddies. There's a very true saying that every person you tell, tells at least one other person and loose lips sink ships. Although it is fun and very satisfying for you to add fuel to the fire on your thread, it still cannot have a legal impact. So let's hold out for the ultimate victory!!! Just to clarify . . . are you saying that anything I share with you will not be posted on scam unless I tell you I am comfortable with it being posted? Also, are you saying you would not reveal my name to anyone?


I keep everything I do above board. If you truly desire to see others are not harmed by these scammers then you will have to file a complaint just as I have done on numerous occasions. The Texas AGs office, your home state’s AG’s office, the FTC, the FBI and the BBB are some of the avenues you can pursue. If the Texas AG’s office gets enough legitimate complaints they will be able to take action against AC. When you file you will work with an investigator assigned to this particular case. I can tell you that one investigator I worked with on a scam based in Texas knew exactly who Soapboxmom was and assured me the authorities do read these threads, so I am careful what I say. The amount of attention something gets online also helps authorities decide which cases to actively pursue.


Knowing what I know now, I can't thank you enough for what you are doing. As you may have figured out they (Tim, Jack and the handful) are working via 2 of their techincally inclined, internet saavee reps to drive scam dot com off the front page of the AC google searches. DO NOT let this happen! I was on the training call a few months ago where they deliniated this technique and can give you more details if you are interested.

There will be no surprise attack on Timmy boy. I have to follow the same protocol as any citizen wishing to make a complaint. Now, that Timmy’s 1.2 million bankruptcy with All-Star and all that has gone on at AC is well publicized, I don’t think any rep should worry if Timmy has anything negative to say about them. Tim has no credibility with anyone other than his few remaining reps. Well educated, successful people in mainstream society certainly see him for the deceitful con he is and are aware religion for him is only a tool he can use to defraud the trusting, good Christian folks out there. ABSOLUTY! He uses the scripture to manipulate and control people. Myself and some other former reps refer to him as "Jim Jones" and we talk about "drinking the kool-aide.

Many reps seem very afraid of Timmy bad mouthing them or worse suing them. Timmy lost his suit against the BBB because it was groundless. He opened up virtually all his company records to discovery and gave us folks trying to bust this scam a tremendous amount of ammo. I suspect Timmy will remain all bark and no bite. I should also point out that Timmy can’t sue you predicated on the fact that you reported him and his company to the proper authorities anymore than an attorney can sue you for reporting them to the state bar.



By the time reps realize what the real deal is, they are so far down emotionally and finacially they just don't want to deal with the hassle of Tim's harrassment. They are typically putting so much effort into surviving that they just want to quietly fade away. (OK, I can't spell either)

Yes I know about this. Tim read it to me as I was actually in his office when he was composing it.

I think the only place Timmy could truly appreciate me is under a bus. He won’t sue me because he doesn’t want hundreds of pages from a new lawsuit summarized or posted in their entirety on the web. Right again. Tim told me that you are trying to get him to sue you so that you can get his bank records published so he won't be suing you anytime soon as he is broke and would not want that revealed to the ones still drinking the Kool-aid.



I figured Tim was carefully monitoring the threads. Jack himself posted like a madman under at least 5 different identities. I note our scammers won’t come on quatloos.com where numerous lawyers, doctors, CPAs and other professionals donate their time to alert the public to scams like AC. You are welcome to drop in there and ask some questions. Actually, Tim has his office staff, specifically Rosalyn, read scam dot com on a regular basis and report a summary to him. I'm not familiar with quatloos, but will take a look.


Whatever you decide to do I will be here to offer support and encouragement. I would very much like to correspond with you. I send you my best wishes as you determine what action you are comfortable taking.



I am going out of town tomorrow for a week so will have to put this on hold. But I truly believe I have detailed facts that can put Timmy out of business. In fact one detail in particular may just do the trick. It will probably send the FTC to his front door in short order. I do desire to file complaints and I do feel an obligation to tell the truth. Some of it is shocking.



So if my interaction with you is totally in my control as to what gets published and what does not, I would really prefer to speak on the phone at some point to share what I know and get your advise about the best strategy to use the info I have to most quickly have an impact. I would like to see AC shut down by the authorities by the end of 2007!


Do you happen to know how many official complaints the authorities have gotten? And how many more they need to take action. If they are truly doing an investigation, they should be talking to the people who have left.

Just heard of two more top reps resignation today from AC. One of them shared the email exchange with Tim and it wasn't pretty. Tim has recently stopped paying people their matrix checks if they are not on the team calls. I think it is probably illigal for him to change the criteria to be paid in mid-stream. I don't think Tim can stop the bleeding much longer. The ship is going down! By the time I return home next week they could be in a real tailspin.

Please tell me what is going on with the Scam.com website??? I am so disappointed to see it disappear. Did AC or Tim have anything to do with it? I know he had a rep named Eric Standlee (a real geek in Houston) trying to find out who you are. Tim sent me a cease and desist letter a couple of weeks ago. I didn't answer back. He can't stop me from telling the truth and I am filing complaints with the AG, etc. He has also started another new program since the Giver's Magazine and King's Conferences folded. That whole thing is such a scam. I listened in on the 7k call tonight and Jack W. made the statement that "reps spend very little money marketing their business". That is such a lie. I know many who have spent tens of thousands and Jack himself spends around $20k a month. He may have reduced that now since he is not making much money lately. I also heard today that Rosalyn is no longer working at the home office - probably couldn't pay her. I looked on the company page and her photo is gone. I TRULY hope you are not shut down for good.

There is SO MUCH I would LOVE to share with the public. The only problem is they are pretty rare inside secrets that Tim trusted me with, so it's kinda hard to cloak where they are coming from. However, I have told quite a few other reps, thus his cease and decist letter, when it started getting back to him.

You see . . . I am Judy Sterling!!! I'm surprised that you had not heard through your grapevine of reps that I had resigned.

As you know I worked on the inside and I saw first hand the lies and deception. I could fill several pages for you with emails that (trust me) I have been so tempted to post. I have been trying to figure out the best possible way to get the most LEGAL impact. Because I believe it is only legal action that will ever shut them down as they need to be.

Due to the late hour, let me give you just one tidbit that you can post from the "birdies". Tim had to sell his car prior to the last (June) conference to pay for the conference. Since he had paid cash for the car during the good times, when AC (or shall I say Jack) was actually making some money, he was able to pull $20k out. He then went without a car (his wife and daughter each have one so he could still get around) until after the conference when he financed another one. I don't know if he leased or bought but I do know he was planning to use his wife's credit as it was better than his. But actually that part is no real big secret since he talks about his loss and repossessions in his book Slay Your Giant.

The big deal to me is the fact that he parades as a millionaire (although he never says directly that he is one) yet has no money and base on what I've seen I don't think he's ever been worth a million. Not to mention parading as a successful businessman/mentor. The FIRST rule of mentoring is NEVER, NEVER, NEVER be mentored by someone who has not been where you are trying to go or done what you are trying to do. He's such a fraud!!!

Believe me this is just the tip of the iceburg of my inside knowledge. I was truly snowed by him and just finished completing my 2006 tax return (under the automatic extention) and it was sickening how much money I spent directly to or on promoting AC. I never made one sale with AC and actually now I'm glad I don't have to feel badly about conning someone else unknowingly. BTW, Barbara Kordokus told me just a couple of months ago that she has only made a handful of checks. That is NOT a viable business, especially since she has been around for 3-4 years. She has been cash poor since I've known her and continues to work to make a living. In fact, she did not have enough money to pay to attend the June conference ($995.00 for returning reps). She drove down from OK to attend the FREE meetings that were held on Thursday, then drove back to OK because she couldn't afford the hotel. I like Barbara as a person, but she is blinded by her closeness to Jack and the hope of an occassional check without spending any additional money or spending much time on the business.

They need to be stopped and if I can do it I will! I just need more time to work on it. But I will get it done! Not out of negative emotions such as revenge, anger, hate or bitterness, but rather out of justice for what's right and truthful and to stop him/Jack from using the Bible in their so twisted manner to con good God fearing Christians. He still has two pastors that are very active (one of which I have shared what I know with). I find it hard to believe the wide range of normally intellegent people he has conned. He does have gifts, but I don't think they are from God. I really feel for his Dad who seems to be a genuine man of God as well as his wife and family who I think (based on what I saw) are in the dark about much of what he says/does.

I was having a good laugh the other day with a former AC rep and was saying that after AC is shut down SBM should host an "AC Reunion Conference" for scammed reps and that it would be the highest attendance of any conference they EVER had. You Go Girl! Keep up the good work!

Well, have fun with what the "Birdies" brought you today! Just don't post it all together where "they" could begin to put 2 and 2 together. I think someone should attempt to contact Rosalyn via phone and see if she will talk. Man - - I can't even imagine the things she knows. Her last name is Felty and I believe she lives in McKinney.

By the way I am collecting the names of the speakers for the upcoming MMC. I was forwarded an email where Tim went on and on about one of them (without mentioning a name) but I know who it is and how to contact him. (email and phone). Unfortunatly, I was the one to put Tim in contact with this guy when I was working on the GM, but he gave and gives the credit to Mike Napoli - yet another lie! Anyway, Tim's email said he will be revealing the other speakers over the next few days so once I have them all, perhaps you can contact them via email as you did the GM advertisers. I don't want you to contact this guy just yet because it will get back to Tim and he will stop with the information. This speaker is a real draw and it is amazing how these guys can be fooled by Tim as well as reps. I really do think there will be even less reps at this MMC than the last one. In fact, even though we had Arch Bonnema at the one before last the attendance at the last one still dropped significantly. BTW I have spent several visit to Arch's home getting to know him and his family. They are the real deal and unfortunatley do no see through Tim. I have kind of disconnected from my frinedship with Arch's family since leaving AC because I don't feel comfortable being in the middle or that they would believe me. But I really look forward to when Tim is busted and they see it.

More Tidbits . . . Jim Wald and Jack Butler had both officially resigened (following my lead) via written notice to Tim about 6 weeks ago. Jack Butler was the one that recruited Jack Weinzierl and therefore was paid via the old Matrix on Jack's sells. Jim was also entitled to Matrix checks but Tim changed the policy and stopped paying them - get this - because they were not attending the calls. Is that even legal? They both finally saw Tim for what he is and resigned. Another lady who had gotten about 10-12 reps on board also resigned and I know of two more that are not going to renew next year. He's down to just a handful of die hards and unfortunatly a few new ones have been conned.

I SO hope you can get the garnishing record - that would be an awesome post!

First I got way side tracked today with some business matters that cropped up and I'll still be working through tomorrow so I didn't get a chance to contact anyone.

Secondly, I'm confused. I got an email from an ACer (who's not renewing next year) that said you had been revealed but I didn't have any other details so I didn't understand if Tim sent and email the reps or if she'd read this on scam. Then I looked on scam and I didn't see anything about it. Furthermore, the way I got your address is because Tim found out your name during the time I was working on GM. See Attachment.

So if Elizabeth Templin is your real name (I've never been sure and didn't ask), what's the big deal, he has known that for months now. In fact that's how I got your email address. You had contacted one of the GM advertisers (the Soccer Guy, page 12) who had actually signed up as a rep but was never active due to the fact that he was busy and profitable with his soccer business. He was signed up by and apparently good friends with a guy named Ken Curry (the 80 rep that Tim and Jack always brag about). Ken had emailed the soccer guy to see if he had recieved his copies of GM. He wrote back and said he hadn't yet but had gotten an email from you which he forwarded to Ken. Ken forwarded it to Tim who fowarded it to me. BTW this soccer guy paid for a full year of advertising and to my knowledge never got a refund for the 5 other issues that were never printed.

I thought Tim continued "playing dumb" to the reps about knowing who you are so he would have a good reason why he hasn't taken legal action against you which we know is really because he does not have the money to sue or evidence to win.

Please explain to me if this affects you in some kind of negative way? Did it give Tim points with the reps or why is this a problem?

I talked to anoter ACer today (who still believes every word that Tim or Jack say) and he is planning to come to the MMC primarily to see that Nash guy speak. I didn't mention to him that Nash is not coming as I didn't want to tip him off that I have the inside scoop. But it was an indication to me that Tim has not announced it. Also, if he had announced it I'm sure I would have heard from one of the other 2 ACers (both planning not to renew) that often forward me his stupid emails.

I assume Nash is still not coming to speak? I'm not sure because I've never followed him, but I think Nash does not operate on a Christian or Christ-Centered platform, so perhaps he is more open to hear the truth. Cornuke on the other hand may be easily snowed by Tim's Christain mubo jumbo and church activity.

With business, we have wonderful times of fulfillment, fellowship, and reward. We also have times where we have to deal with unsavory situations and even ‘dark’ characters. This communication is for internal use (Advantage Conferences Reps) only. You have a non-disclosure responsibility regarding all postings from corporate to the field. Many of you are aware that we have faced opposition from loosely organized attackers, people vehemently opposed to our concept and growth – determined to do everything possible to undermine every aspect of our ministry and business. They have anonymously demonized, mischaracterized, and found fault with virtually every single announcement, initiative, and direction we’ve taken, and through a barrage of communications, have been effective in thwarting our efforts to some extent. However, that situation has taken on an interesting and significant development this week.



We are pleased to announce that the identity of one of the most vocal ‘belligerents’ to AC has been uncovered. Operating anonymously, an outspoken individual who has called herself, Soapboxmom, has organized an ongoing, destructive assault on the AC business. She has also assassinated the personas and character of myself and several AC leaders and our families for over two years now with inflammatory, disgusting, always completely negative blogs, messages, and phone calls. She has been identified as a Heather Dobrott from Garland, Texas. This, to say the least, ‘misguided’ woman has been quite vigorous in her attacks, and while I don’t mind disagreement regarding our being a Christ-centered company, how we market, or the validity of our concept, products, opportunity, and compensation structure, etc., her efforts have far exceeded the boundaries of civil discourse. Her opposition has now crossed the line, turning to legal, actionable events.



Here is where you come in. Several Representatives and Mindset Mentors (guest speakers) have been contacted by her. If you have had any contact with this person, you are obligated to provide a complete, comprehensive, and detailed report regarding any aspect of “soapboxmom” contact and/or communication in writing. You will need to send those via e-mail to office@AdvantageConferences.com. Please include dates and the nature and content of her communication(s) with you. While we regret the inconvenience, we are thankful for the opportunity to put a stop to the incessant and vitriolic poison that this woman has spewed over the last two years.



While I have, personally, for the most part, ignored most of her efforts, which have actually included her literal stalking of our homes, my attendance at recreational events, and our public conference events, the time has come to deal decisively with this self-appointed enemy to our company and cause.



Again, I apologize for having to even bring this up, but we can’t ignore these ridiculous assaults any longer. IMPORTANT: your participation is not optional. You are obligated to issue a full report regarding any past, present or future dealings with “soapboxmom” via e-mail, phone, personal meetings, or any type of communication – in detail. I am also compelled to state that withholding, or not fully complying with this request – not reporting any information of this sort could indicate complicity on your part and create further problems for you personally. Heather,

I heard today from my sources that Tim talks about you by name in this week's Footsteps of Faith. I didn't get a copy of it today, may get one tomorrow. Still busy with my other issue.

Also, Tim sent an email to all reps saying the only reps who will continue receiving AC emails are those who respond to the email I sent you yesterday or that email him to let him know they are in. Furthermore, he is stipulating that he will only send AC emails to AC email addresses only. I don't have my hands on this stuff right now, but wanted to give you a heads up so maybe you can get it from one of your other sources. Finding a copy of the Footsteps should be fairly easy.

Also, he is still sending out emails as recent as yesterday and I think today talking about being excited and looking forward to Nash speaking. A blatant deception if you are absolutely certain Nash is not coming to speak. I think Tim is doing his usual cover up while he scrambles to find someone else because he wouldn't want reps to know and cancel coming. Then on the spot he'll make some excuse why Nash couldn't make it at the last minute but what a miracle it is that God provided whoever he digs up.

In fact this communcation said that Nash's talk on Thursday evening is open to the public at the hotol for a $10 fee at the door. Gotta get someone there for sure! Too bad they know who you are now, but I'm sure you can russle up a good stand in.

The time is already here. It is a time where Believers and Non-Believers are so distinctly divergent in their views that multiple battles are taking place on many fronts all over the world. I vividly see distinct battle-lines as Founder of a boldly Christ-centered business that functions in a secular marketplace. And I believe the divide is going to become more pronounced and confrontational for both sides in the very near future.


Which side are you on?

2. Non-Believers – the world. Many in this vast population even call themselves Christian, but really don’t, won’t, and can’t stand up for anything, and they are determined to not bother anyone else. Factually, the majority of Christians fall into this category. They believe the distinction between right or wrong is a personal decision because there really are no absolutes or standards in life worth being vocal about, especially if it could lead to disagreement or conflict. These are people guided much more by the world, anything that is financially expedient, and society’s popular trends, than they are led by their belief in Jesus Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit (this very sentence is to them, ‘gobble-di-goop’). They are politically correct. They are much more led by and dependent on the company in which they are employed, and their paycheck than they are their convictions regarding Jesus. Virtually all of their decisions are made based on the almighty dollar, not Almighty God.

   Who are Non-Believers?
   
   
   1. Nominal Christians – Christian in name only, milquetoast observers of “religion”, but people who lack a genuine foundation in, and reliance on, the Bible - and in reality possess few convictions about anything. Pleasure seeking, they don’t have genuine joy regarding the redeemed life or salvation. They may not like evil, but they’re not really against abortion, the homosexual and anti-traditional marriage movement, or religions and entities that are not Christ centered. Discernment is not Biblically based for them, but rather a personal, day to day cognitive process (human reasoning is the real guide).
   2. Social Chameleons - adapt to whatever environment they are currently in regardless of beliefs and classification. “It’s all good…” When in church, they are Christians. When in a rock concert, they’re equally as committed to, and part of a God-less, hedonistic scene.
   3. New Agers – have an affinity for positive materials, but refer to God as the higher power, or the universe. They view Jesus as a very good person, the master teacher (if the subject of His Name comes up at all), although only one of many. The Bible is good for the New Ager only for the fact that it has some good “sayings” and quotes that can be used to support whatever mystical theory (“secret”) they are promoting at the time.
   4. Agnostics – it doesn’t matter whether or not there is a spiritual realm or the ‘so-called’ God of the Bible.
   5. Atheists – there is no God.
5. Believers –Christ-centered individuals who believe and live their life according to their belief in Jesus Christ, the Word of God - every day of the week. They are not perfect by any stretch, but they believe that there is such a thing as unwavering truth - solid absolutes that can be ascertained via the Bible and revelation from the Holy Spirit, and that those directives can be lived by and lived out. They believe that these absolutes are worthy of maintaining and striving for. These vibrant, Politically Incorrect people are not ruled by the world’s standards or by what the world thinks of them, but rather, rely on the Word of God on a daily basis for direction, strength, and discernment. They believe Jesus Christ (not just God, and not the church, the Pope, a political party, or a church’s constitution) is central to, and vitally important for, every aspect of their life.

If you haven’t made distinct choices about what you really believe in life, then it’s easy to migrate in and out of any business, club, church, organization, country, etc., without any problem at all. You can be a social chameleon, changing your beliefs to suit the people with whom you are currently in contact. The ‘easy’ thing about being adaptable as a social chameleon is that no one will really be threatened by you, because you are someone who really stands for nothing. You strive to be liked by whomever you are around at the time and that is exactly the kind of person most people prefer. Fitting in is the goal, rather than following Jesus.
Non-believers simply look for comfort and pleasure for themselves and their family. They sometimes will reach out to help others, but that is usually a short-lived, sporadic lifestyle when not prompted and sustained by genuine Godly strength.
The world is not threatened by Non-Believers, only by true Believers - strong individuals who know to Whom they belong, in Whom they believe, and Who they serve. To the dismay of the world, Believers are courageous enough to take a stand in their life. These are the Warriors – reminiscent of David’s mighty men. (Many of these Believer/Warriors are strong Christian women, lest you think I’m gender biased – which is not at all the case.) Warriors are individuals who go into the secular world with their message, beyond the four walls of the church, living their daily lives on the front lines. They are the ones who can be counted on to lovingly and firmly speak up for King Jesus and the Truth of the Bible regardless of environment or circumstances.

ATTACKS
And Warriors are the very ones who will consistently bear the brunt of attack and persecution. Why - because people who truly believe in Christ present a disturbing challenge to those who have not taken a stand for the Truth. The message of the Gospel is Good News to those who believe, but it is horrifying to those who don’t. True Believers attend and support the church, but they live their lives outside of the four walls of the church in the light of His love smack dab in the middle of the dog-eat-dog world. Their light is evidenced in service, courage, diligence, work, consistency, congruence, patience, and tireless ministry away from the safety of the fortress of the church. But True Believers are irritating to the world. Their light is abhorrent to those who have chosen to dwell in the shadows. And Non-Warriors/Non-Believers certainly aren’t willing to go through what Warriors are willing to face and endure.
Warriors dare to speak up for Jesus in places that have formally or informally outlawed the mention of His Mighty Name. The marketplace is with few exceptions, one such place, if not the most needed place for this to happen. Say the name of Jesus in the marketplace. Do it consistently and watch the demons of hell come out from under the bogs and out of their comfortable cesspools, spewing hideous, wretched venom. Funny thing about those demons – they always prefer to work under the cover of darkness. They’re great at espionage and covert, cowardly hit and run tactics. But, boy, do they hate the light.
We’ve encountered many of those demons on the Internet. They can hurl their lies and hate-filled accusations, saying virtually anything they want about True Believers, their number one targets, because they can denunciate and attempt to destroy with very little fear of reprisal. Virtually all choose to remain anonymous for fear of being exposed! They’ll also resort to other methods, like making phone calls to try to malign and destroy a Believer’s character, business, and reputation, the content of those messages and calls always being jaded, twisted, and oftentimes, malicious lies.

Demons of the Internet remind me of road-rage drivers who feel like they have license and power to attack others while in their cars. Those same people would never be involved in those kinds of attacks if they were person to person, not empowered by the machismo and shelter of their automobile – a strange, almost unexplainable phenomenon. People have aggressive tendencies that are dormant under certain conditions, yet are released and expressed in others. It is clear that there is more pent-up anger and hatred roaming around than we care to admit.
On the Internet, lies are the essence and substance of the attacks. In my case, one such attacker, a Heather Dobrott from Garland, Texas, has literally and physically stalked me and my top Representative, Jack Weinzierl, for over two years now. We only now know her name after she called many of our Guest Mentors, hotel management, our Pastors and Staff of our churches. This has gone on for literally years, although she finally made the mistake of leaving her real name and contact information with one of our speakers. She’s made defaming my name and character, including several of our top business associates, a career path. I’m still mystified by her hatred and obsession, but it is indeed the reality we’ve experienced.
Well, Tim, that’s certainly not politically correct to share her name in a published document. Exactly. That’s what the enemy relies on – nobody taking a stand; nobody enunciating the truth. The enemy relies on our abdication of the podium. The problem with our not speaking up is that it turns the microphone over to the enemy, front and center. If I knew a thief that was clearly robbing homes in your neighborhood, would you prefer that I not expose him and let you discover (the hard way) his real name after the fact - after you’ve been robbed? Those who stand for nothing believe you shouldn’t speak out. But Warriors understand the importance of knowing who the enemy is. When the enemy chooses you as a target, you’d better clearly understand, acknowledge and react to the fact of who they are and that you are indeed in a battle. In fact, naming your enemy is the first step to Slaying Your Giant©!

This woman has physically followed us on multiple occasions, taken pictures of our homes, taken pictures of our vehicles (why – I have no idea), our families, and most noticeably, posted negative filth about my character and every move I’ve ever made in our Christ-centered business - all on a regular basis. It brings to her an apparently needed sense of importance, and functionally raises the particular blog and website higher in the search engine rankings. Not a word has to be true, yet it still gets to the public. She presents a case based on some truth, but twists each fact to make me and my associates look like the negative opposite of what we really are.
Is that not the exact way the way the enemy, the father of lies, teaches his pupils to operate? Take the truth and twist it just enough to still appear plausible, but present it in such a way as to tear that person down. Never say anything positive. Cast aspersions. Make demeaning remarks constantly. Question their intentions continually. Deny any good they’ve ever done. Condemn their morality. Deny their Christianity. Say anything you possibly can to make them look bad. Make fun of their business acumen. Berate their ideals. Talk about their clothes, their hair, their children, their parents – whatever, just be sure to put them down. The enemy does all of these things as a way of life.


Non-Believers treat Believers in a variety of ways:

3. Avoid
4. Dialogue and Respect (thank God – there are many civil Non-Believers!)
5. Gossip (anonymously posted on the Internet)
6. Lies and character assassination (about any and/or every aspect of a person’s life)
7. Stalking (I naively thought that just occurred on television)
8. Organized Attacks (misery loves company – get others involved in the hate fest)
9. Political Agendas / Lobbying (the homosexual lobby has been and still is the most powerful, highly organized group in Congress)
10. Elect Liberal Judges (Justice? – a figment of our imagination. If you don’t believe this one, you’ll be welcomed with a wink and open arms in the courtroom.)
11. Pass Laws that Outlaw Truth and the Word of God (is it now illegal to use the terms, “husband and wife” in California – no, I’m not making this up)
12. Death Threats – oh, yeah, lot’s of bravado on the Internet!

The courts, at least in Texas, are filled with liberal judges, so the anti-Christian, anti-Capitalism, and anti-Republican movement is for all intents and purposes, sanctioned. If you fall under two or three of these classifications, then, all I can say is good luck in a court of law, you’re going to need it.

The problem with the Heather Dobrott’s of the world is that they will definitely have an influence on folks in the Non-Believer category. Since Non-Believers are the majority, then she’ll be somewhat successful, even in the midst of their obviously biased, one-sided, negative stance. The world loves negativity and destructive language. It’s what they understand and literally pay to hear.
The good thing about the Heather Dobrott’s of the world is that they help cull (that’s a farming term meaning ‘picking out the bad plants or animals’) the Non-Believers and Non-Warriors out of my business and out of my life. Why is that a good thing?
Because Non-Believers are value-less on the front lines. They hinder the cause of Christ and hinder those who have taken that stand. Confronted with the difference in my message and her message, each person has to take a stand. They have to make a decision as to which camp they’re really in. You can’t believe me and Heather at the same time. One is right and the other is wrong. Whichever one you believe indicates who you serve – the world or Jesus. So, she unwittingly serves a valuable service for my family, my business and in truth, all of God’s kingdom! You see, I really don’t want and can’t use Non-Believers in my business. Nor does God allow them into His kingdom, although He does use the enemy at times to further His kingdom. (see: Romans 8:28, Genesis 50:20)
Non-Believers fall for anything, usually flat on their face when making decisions. They simply don’t have the backbone or ‘ankle strength’ needed to accomplish what could, and should be, their God-given agenda.
Non-Believers consistently avoid anything that could harm their income or current lifestyle. So, if they see that I, for instance, am under attack while standing for Christ, they’ll not choose to support me, nor will they support anyone else in a similar situation. No, they’ll tuck tail and run in order to avoid any potential confrontation or conflict. Their guiding mechanism is to protect the mammon (worldly possessions and money) to which they dearly cling and on which they depend. They prefer to placate and empathize with the enemy rather than stand strong against the enemy.
The fact is, Jesus Christ, came to divide. He said so Himself in Luke 12:51, “Do you think I have come to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division.”Have I seen this in a very real and personal way?!? Yes, I certainly have. And if you choose to follow Him as a True Believer and a Warrior, then don’t expect everyone to treat you the affable way to which you’ve grown accustomed. Pleasing the world is easy. It’s a free ticket into any environment. But that automatic glide you’ve been on in “please the world mode” is really nothing more than a free-fall. You’re going to face and join Jesus now or you’ll be forced to make the “side” decision at impact or some point soon. The latter is not what Christ wants for you. He says the right timing for you to choose to enter the “narrow door” is now, and that door will soon be shut. (see: Luke 13:22-30)
So, which side do you choose to be on? You’ve got to take a stand against the lies and deceptions of the world and determine what “truth” really is for your life. My truth is Jesus Christ, the very best and only viable choice – the only side on which to stand. If you choose your own thinking as truth, you’ve missed the mark. You’ll be on the wrong side. If you listen to and fall for the Heather Dobrott’s, cynical, satanic attacks, you will have missed truth completely. But when you start reading God’s Word, and get on your knees humbly seeking His voice, you’ll begin to hear the very voice of God and come to know Jesus Christ personally. His voice is soft, often barely a whisper. The world’s voice is loud and brash. Yet, He is the only “Truth, Way, and Life” (see John 14:6), and you’ve got to choose which of the two voices you’re going to follow. This is a very clear distinction of no small consequence. The choice is indeed a dividing line for life and death.
Once you’ve firmly chosen the side of Truth – Jesus Christ, you’ll start recognizing other men and women of God who have taken a stand along with you. My message will ring true with you because you’ll recognize truth when it is spoken. That is in no way to elevate or glorify me at all. It is rather to God’s glory that you turn off the voices of deception and listen to people like myself, though imperfect, who lead their lives guided by His truth. You will support them and they will support you in the struggle.
I have prayed for Heather for two years now. I believe that even a person with her past has a good side and that she will soon show that side. I believe she will be convicted of the folly of her words and ways, become a True Believer, and repent of the scoffer and mocker mentality and personality she’s exhibited for so long. Her life is in God’s hands, not mine. We know that Truth - Jesus Christ, wins in the end. In the meantime, we are fully aware that Warriors and True Believers will face persecution – that is a given, and it’s OK. That’s the life of a Warrior for Christ, and we are very clear as to which side we’ve chosen.
If you are facing persecution because of your stance for Christ, then I know whose side you are on. Praise God for you and your choice. If you’re not facing persecution because of your stance regarding Christ, then that’s a very good indication you are not a threat to the world because you are really no different than those who have chosen the world’s side.
In our life, we have to choose sides. Which one is it for you?

It was great visiting with you as well. So good to talk to someone who understands I wasn't an idiot for getting involved with AC, that I was truly scammed along with other intellegent, good hearted people.

Sorry I lost you last night. My phone battery died and I didn't want to call your home in the middle of the night and wake your husband or kids. I had already turned my computer off and today has been a whirlwind. To finish my story, yes Jack W. almost did not join AC.

MORE GOOD NEWS! Just got off the phone with the guy on my team that has been hanging onto AC for the BYOB program. He (Bob) has an insurance background and has been following Nash for sometime before AC got involved with them, so he had bought an airline ticket and gotten a hotel room for the MMC, but somehow heard through the grapevine that Nash had canceled so he called to verify it with Tim, since of course Tim has not made and announcement. And when he does it will be a lie. So Bob has canceled his attendance at the MMC and told me he's going to resign from AC as well. In his words, "Not because of anything they (AC) had done, but just because I need to not be so scattered." He still doesn't see Tim for what he is but at least wants out. YEAH! High 5! That's 3 people that just I know that resigned this week!

Bob also told me that they have replaced Nash on Thursday night with this Jerrell (I think that's his name) guy out of Seattle who became an AC rep since I left and has been doing much of the BYOB training. To Bob's knowledge they have not filled the Friday slot that Nash cancelled. I can't rememer if it was you and me talking or if Arch made this comment. But, AC may be stopped by Nash from doing the program beause Nash will not want them to be using his name.

Gotta get back to work. Thanks for the IRS/AG info. Will try to get to that this weekend.

Subject: A new avenue for you

Please don't post this at this time. Investigate it yourself behind the scenes and let a little time pass so the connection is not clear. Perhaps this could shut Tim down.

Ironically today I was invited by Arch Bonnema to work with him on his orphanage ministry. I was sitting at his home and he brought up the email I had forwarded him where Tim was going on and on about the guy who said "can't". Well Arch had a very interesting suggestion that he said most people would not think of and we certainly have not.

He said Tim would be in major trouble with the Department of Labor. Why? Because he is trying to control independent contractors. You can only place that kind of control on employees. As Arch said this I realized how right he is. When I was the Director of a Wellness Center, we had our massage therapist as employees instead of independant contractors for that very reason. The doctor, who was also a very controlling person, wanted to be able to dictate their uniforms, work hours, office policies, rules, etc. He knew without making them employees he had no "legal" control them.

So, I think you could take all his controlling type emails to the D of L and do some real damage. Arch is a really smart guy! He doesn't know I'm in touch with you so that's why I want you to do a dry run on this before posting it and just to let some time lapse so it looks like it worked its way through the grapevine instead of coming directly from him, to me, to you, because Arch was just giving me this suggestion for my own protection is Tim tries to come against me.

Arch had also sent me an email the day before saying he was putting Tim and Jack behind him. And he definately doesn't want his name on scam anymore and doesn't deserve it either.

I hope this works. Let me know if you need more of the negative emails he sends out. Will you have any one left on the inside to get info after Dec?

Secondly, spoke with a rep today that was on the road driving to the conf. He said that Tim told him, "At the last minute we just couldn't get Nash". I filled my friend in that Nash canceled some time ago. Lies, Lies, that's all Tim knows.

As you are aware, many of the statements made by you individually, as well as posted on your website under the name "soapboxmom", have been false and defamatory per se, given the fact that you have caused damage and injury to the principals of Advantage Conferences, including the leveling of allegations that these individuals have been charged with various crimes.
Recently, it has come to our client's attention that you have made direct contact with representatives of our client, as well as speakers with whom our client had contracted to speak at various conferences. To that end, many of the statements made by you have been slanderous, with some of your postings also being libelous. As such, these statements, postings, and all unauthorized contacts with various individuals are actionable.
The purpose of this correspondence is to place you on notice that Advantage Conferences is formally requesting that you immediately cease and desist any and all negative and false acts against it, including any and all personal attacks and commentary against its principals.
Accordingly you are instructed to cease and desist any and all negative comments and postings, and unauthorized contact with any individuals associated with, or affiliated with Advantage Conferences.
Upon receipt of this correspondence, we would ask that you indicate your acquiescence to this request in writing by close of business (5 P.M. C.S.T.) on November 19,2007.

She called up Ciarochi, who still thinks he is Tim's lawyer, and demanded to know if he was responsible. He said no ma'am and I will be calling Tim. So, he is about to find out he has been fired I take it. That is if he doesn't fire Tim first.

Next, without referencing the letter to me, she called Mark Senter and demanded to know if he was responsible for those threats. He said he did not send that e-mail. He indicated he might not be willing to represent Tim under those circumstances. Senter was just hired days ago. She told him it was a pyramid scheme with no outside sales, that Tim had sued the BBB and lost and that she would not rest until she was refunded. He knew nothing of any of it. I think Tim's new attorney may fire him. I will watch and see.

I placed a call to David Myers, who kindly gave me a half hour of his time before and asked his office if he would represent me. I haven't heard back as I suspect he is on the phone with Mark Senter. The moral to this story is don't refuse fiesty senior ladies their refunds. She is a fireball. I do want to post that letter, but I am going to consult and attorney locally and hire a private investigator to check out AC's, Timmy's and Jack's financial situation. I hope David Myers will take me as a client as he knows Timmy very well.

Mark Senter took the $2,500.00 retainer from Tim and wrote that stupid letter without resesarching the lying goon. The minute Rep X told him about the threatening letters, losing suit against the BBB and garnaishment etc., he immediately fired Tim Darnell. Tim Darnell was forced to go back to Jason Charles Ciarochi because no reputable attorney in Dallas would take him I am guessing. Too funny!!!

You made me laugh out loud!!! What a riot. Tim has gone insane to the point that he can't tell he's been beat. He has a handful of fans left and as you said Jack has on foot out the door. The sad thing is they will have their stupid marketing materials for sale at the MMC and many reps will spend money on them. I spent $500 at my first conf for those brochures and CD with Chris Reed's voice and photo, not to mention the postage, time and effort. They were obsolete just weeks later. What a waste!

Well I opened up this mail account to give you some news and found this great news. My news is I just got off the phone with one of my folks who resigned recently who is still good friends with Josh Peak. Josh and her have had conversations and Josh is nearing at the quiting point. But better yet he is attending the MMC so we will be able to get the scoop. Did you or are you and your husband planning on visiting? You know the Sunday morning worship service, usually at 9am, is open to the public. I wonder if Tim has hired security guards. Also, I'm friends with Richard Flack, who I've told everything, but he still thinks Tim it a good man. His wife is not so certain. Anyway, we'll get plenty of reports.

I was doing Google searches on Arch to see how much Eric was associating Arch's name with billionarie, so when I mention this to Arch I'll be prepared.

Then I decided to Google my name "Judy Sterling" and my AC testimony on ProsperInFaith.com came up. I am going to ask Barbara Kordokus who owns that website to remove my photo and testimony. I pretty sure she will do that for me as last time I talked to her before I left AC, we were friends. I just haven't talked to her since for obvious reasons.

Anyway, the "AC BS Merged" thread also comes up. Would you be so kind as to ask the scam people to remove my name and phone number now. Since I never made any money and was not one of the scammers but rather one of the scammed. Since I am trying to build a reputation in the term insurance world, it will be a real henderence to me, since these are the only two sites that are me. Nothing positive, just these two - - yikes!

I called the IRS this morning and they confirmed that Treasures for the Kingdom Foundation is NOT listed as federally recognized, tax-free 501(c)3 organization either under TFK, AC or Tim's name. They told me to send my donations receipt and the print out of the AC webpage to the following office which just happens to be in Dallas, but does the investigation for all IRS fraud.
