Angry Is Alexis Assadi a scam artist or a savvy investor?

I bought Alexis Assadi's book, and it was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I feel totally scammed. It is very poorly written, the sentences do not follow a logical structure, and all it does is give generic and simple advice that anyone with half a brain could figure out on their own.

There is nothing at all in the book that is enlightening. This guy is supposed to be a mastermind at investing and everything in this book is basic. It’s literally ALL BUZZWORDS. Maybe this book is helpful for a person who doesn’t know anything about investing, but even myself as a relatively new investor, knows more than this guy about investing. This book was touted to be new and revolutionary – PFSH! SCAM!

All of the “information” and “advice” in this book can be found rather quickly in a simple Google search. The only reason I even read the whole thing is because I kept hoping that the next page would contain some valuable nugget of information… No dice. After I read the book, I did some of my own research on Alexis Assadi. I thought to myself, there is no possible way that this guy is legitimate. There is absolutely no way that the way he portrays himself in the book is an accurate depiction of himself. To no surprise, while doing research, I found reason to believe that he is a scam artist. You don’t even have to take my word for it. Just search for “alexis assadi scam” and find out for yourself. Trust me, it is not hard to find the truth about this guy if you look. He claims to be rich, he claims to be a genius investor, but none of these claims are true. You can clearly tell he’s a scam artist just by reading his book. He just acts like he’s rich in order to sell his book. I can honestly say that anybody who has ever executed any investment, knows more than this guy about investing. He should have titled the book, “The definition of investing”, that’s how basic the book is.

DO NOT waste your time buying this book. Google “how to invest” and you will learn more than you would by reading this book, plus it’s free.

I've always wanted to use "shit just got real" in a post.

    shenanigans.jpg

"Bad Reviews About Alexis Assadi: How I’m Being Attacked for Telling the Truth In early 2017, I wrote a couple of articles about companies called Davenport Containers and Pacific Tycoon https://www.alexisassadi.net/2017/04/18/reviews/"

Ironically a thread exists here Pacific Tycoon / Davenport Laroche shipping containers.

"You might have noticed that there are several websites that express negative reviews about me – all of which came online after May of 2017. You may also have recognized that they contain little to no content about any other subject. They seem suspiciously dedicated to me. "

    Some of them include:

Alexis Assadi - Rich at 26 - Scam artist?

Are Alexis Assadi and Sunil Patel brothers separated at birth? Or did they just attend the same school of How To Be A Bullsh*t Artist and Con Your Way To The Top?

Re: Is Alexis Assadi a scam artist or a savvy investor?

Every once-in-a-while we get snookered here at RS and anonymousfig snookered us.

I had a most interesting phone call today from the REAL Alexis Assadi and we had a very interesting conversation. Seems that Mr. Assadi's terrible sin was to expose the Pacific Tycoon / Davenport Laroche shipping containers scam. So the major promoters of this set up Alexis Asssadi's fake website Alexis-Assadi.com. His real website is AlexisAssadi.net. They have also set up fake blogs in his name and I'm sure a ton of other fake stories to discredit him.

As for anonymousfig saying he "bought" his book and it was worthless, rather interesting since it is available for free on his REAL website. In short, nice fake job anonymousfig. Also interesting that you haven't been back since your initial post, but hopefully you will now come and entertain us on how I got all of this wrong. I mean you can PROVE everything you have said is true with FACTS, right?

My sincere apologies to the REAL Alexis Assadi for not checking this story out before responding and tarnishing his good name. I told Alexis if he took legal action against these crooks for their lies, defamation of character and libel, he could count on our help at Eagle if needed.

To answer the question of this thread: Is Alexis Assadi a scam artist or a savvy investor?, The answer is a SAVVY INVESTOR.

Re: Is Alexis Assadi a scam artist or a savvy investor?

I want to compare and contrast the fake website to the real website of Alexis Assadi. In the fake website, which parts are printed above, this claim is made, and I quote: "Forget Warren Buffett - This Millennial Could Be The Next Great Investor -James Watkins."

The quote on the real website says, and again I quote: "Forget Warren Buffett - This Millennial Could Be the Next Great Investor" - Ozy Media"

What one also needs to know is that these are the businesses that Alexis Assadi runs:

I run a few different businesses, but I’ll discuss the three primary ones here.

First, I operate a couple of private corporations, like Assadi Capital Corporation, which invest debt and/or equity in various small businesses and real estate-based ventures. To date, we have funded over 50 deals with small businesses and entrepreneurs, ranging from real estate, wealth management, health care, advertising, landscaping and cryptocurrency ventures. Simultaneously, I manage my portfolio of stocks, most of which are also income-producing.

Second, I’m a director and the CEO of Pacific Income Capital Corporation, which manages a company called Pacific Income LP. That firm provides up to $250,000 to finance small businesses and real estate transactions in Canada and the US.

Third, I run this website. Here, I try to create useful content through a combination of blog posts and podcasts. I touch on anything to do with investing and entrepreneurship, but I naturally lean towards methods that build passive income. I also comment on private placement/exempt market offerings and explore financial news and legal/regulatory considerations.

All which provide him "Passive Income." Of course the fake website gives the illusion that his "passive income" comes from questionable investments. The real crux of the matter from the fake website is this statement and I quote: While Assadi is more engaged in trashing alternative investment opportunities that he knows nothing about and passing down his narrow professional 'wisdom' to those that wish to follow along......"

Just so you know, the "trashing alternative investment opportunities" the person who set up the fake website was talking about was the article he wrote about Pacific Tycoon / Davenport Laroche shipping containers scam.

Almost everything in the fake website is total fiction. By visiting the real website you can see what Alexis Assadi and his team and companies are really involved in and the services they provide.

Why do I get the feeling that anonymousfig will not be coming back to visit us or grace us with another post proving me all wrong. But anonymousfig please do come back and explain with fact and proof how I got all this wrong. After all you wanted all of us to know the truth about Alexis Assadi, right?
