Current page:Mr. Leder has sanitized Jevin from his LinkedIn page. I assume he has bailed from that Titanic. With all of Jevin's accounts frozen, Leder was very smart to make his exit. If the accounts are frozen for months or permanently then Jevin will not be able to accept and process any credit card payments. Since Dan Ptak is telling the media that all of Jevin's accounts are frozen, I contacted every Jevin customer again in the last few days to make sure they were apprised of this dramatic development.

Another group has reported that Jevin owes them money. That would be #17 for 2016. I encouraged them to contact the Allen, TX police and to initiate chargebacks as that seems the most effective means to get the money that is owed from Jevin.

    SVYF Update 10/17

    To the Parents of SVYF:
We are aware that some of you, maybe all of you, have received a threatening letter from the attorney of Jevin. This is the mess we have been dealing with all season. We have representing legal counsel from Olsen & Hoggan Attorneys at Law in Logan to help us with this case. This threatening letter is designed to scare and panic parents into paying. Please do not respond, or pay a dime to Jevin. You as parents have done nothing wrong or committed any fraud as stated in the letter from Jevin. Nor has Sky View Youth Football. Remember we did nothing wrong, we were the victims in this. If Jevin would have paid us our money when they were supposed to we would not have had any of this mess.

We are currently working with Olsen & Hoggan to respond as needed both to Jevin and to you as parents. We are trying to get a letter by tomorrow. We have talked to 4 other groups who say they are missing money. A reporter working with one of those groups told us he has uncovered 15 groups just this year who have had money issues with Jevin. We stood up to Jevin and it seems they did not like that at all. We will be strong and we will not back down. Please understand that we as a Sky View Youth Football board are aware of the concern and hassle this is to you as parents. We have tried to ensure that your kids have had a good and enjoyable season while dealing with this headache that was not brought on by anything we did. We have over 100 pages of supporting documentation we have submitted to our attorney regarding this mess. Again you as parents are not legally liable for this and that will not change no matter how many demanding letters Jevin sends out.

Why does Jevin feel they are owed money? When Jevin failed to pay the amount of money that was owed to SVYF we had no other choice but to take the legal and law enforcement route. We were counseled to send out the case number to parents and have them do all they could to get their money back. Some parents were able to get money back and then paid us. Some banks and credit cards took the entire 8 weeks or longer that they had to figure out the fraudulent claim. Then Jevin turned around and paid us the full original amount of money owed to us knowing full well there were people who got their money back. Jevin then claimed to the banks, when they did their investigating, that they paid us the money. Some banks pulled the money back out and gave it to back to Jevin. This has become an accounting nightmare for all involved. The board has spent hundreds of hours to trying to sort this out.

During the summer when Jevin first approached us about getting money back we told them that we would work through the accounting nightmare they caused which would require contacting all of the parents involved. After doing all of this, we thought that we were close to having it complete and giving Jevin the money that was collected by us, minus all extra fees that SVYF incurred because of not having our funds when needed which was over $6,000. Jevin turned around and added thousands of dollars in fees and other charge backs that we were unaware of and were unaccounted for. Jevin is claiming that we owe over $20,000 back to them. That is outrageous. Because of Jevin’s unwillingness to pay us when they were supposed to, the fees that where accrued and the extra time and resources that have been required on the part of the board and parents exceeds any amount owed to Jevin. But because we want to make sure everything is done legally and honestly we have turned everything over to legal counsel to determine the amount if any is owed.
    We will keep you informed.
    Thanks,
    SVYF Board

I have a counted a total of 17 leagues that had late or missing payments. The total is around $400,000.00. As Jevin's accounts are now frozen due to chargebacks from across the country, Jevin cannot conduct business at all (including accepting credit card payments.) Jevin has been collapsing for years and now it has finally hit critical mass. Group #17, that I learned of just this week, has not been able to get a single dime of its registration money for fall ball and has joined the numerous others in filing with the police.

Jevin's Dan Ptak is one of the dirtiest businessmen I have come across. Those fees he is trying to trick the charity into paying were likely due to the tens of thousands in chargebacks that had to be initiated by the parents (credit card holders). Jevin / Dan Ptak are wholly responsible for all of that as they did not pay this league the money that was owed in a timely manner. Jevin was 2 months late in paying money that should have been paid in 3 days. Now, he wants to totally screw over these fine folks yet again! Skyview did all the right things by sharing their horror story with the media, filing police reports and doing chargebacks as they are a charity that must look out for the children and families that they serve. I hope the authorities can take action against Ptak and end this nightmare! No one will use this dirty and dishonest company seeing the way he has repeatedly abused his customers (charities serving children.)

Subject: Jevin New Feature Announcement - September 6, 2016

    Jevin Feature Update

    September 6, 2016

Jevin continues to solidify its reputation as the technology innovator and rapid solution provider in the sports management software market. We are pleased to inform you of the following new features that are part of the Jevin system.
    Guarding Designation on Manage Roster

Ever get to the team formation portion of your season and suddenly realize that you don’t know which player’s parents are already assigned as coaches? You don’t want to be embarrassed by assigning a player to a different team…so you laboriously look up the child(ren) associated with each coach. Well…..those days are over! Jevin now identifies for you all players who have a family member coaching in that league by placing a “C” next to the player. When you hover over the C, you can see the name of the associated guardian. Those that utilized this function for fall team assignment indicated that the feature saved them significant time.
    Donation Page - Redesigned

The Jevin donation pages – both the stand alone web page as well as the donation page of registration – have been redesigned. The new layout, which includes graphics, is much easier for your patrons to read and much more pleasant for everyone to look at. Take a look for yourself!
    Resolving Coach Game Conflicts

Jevin has added an option to the Coach Conflict report that will allow you to automatically resolve those conflicts. All you have to do is click a button and let the Jevin system do the rest.
Web Widget – Venue Status Chart

Jevin now has a Venue Status Chart for your Jevin hosted web pages. The content of the chart is generated automatically from the system data and is automatically updated by the Jevin system. No worries about ‘forgetting’ to change the field status!
    Web Templates

You wanted more options – we are providing them. Jevin is in the process of adding several new web templates. Keep checking the Web Template Maker page as we continue to roll out updated template designs.
    The Truth…..

It appears that one of our competitors has joined our cyber stalking in circulating false and misleading information regarding Jevin and its employees. Thank you to the dozens of you who sent us notes stating your disbelief at the statements and your disappointment that a competitor would invite themselves to the party. One of you said it better than we could ever have….”it is clear that they realize they cannot compete with Jevin on a feature, product, or support basis…..so their only hope is to discredit the company”
Below is a list of false and misleading statements made by others that you have forwarded to us with the actual truth about each. Please let us know if you have questions or would like to discuss any of these items.
    · False Statement #1 “Jevin is going out of business” - Jevin is financially stable. In fact, Jevin has grown quite rapidly and is currently in the middle of hiring several additional people.

    · False Statement #2 “Jevin owes a Utah organization $40K…I saw it on TV” - The “Utah issue” started as a clerical error that was blown out of proportion by the Utah organization. The claims of stolen funds are baseless. Jevin has approached the media outlets about correcting the facts but they have shown no interest. Jevin’s attorney is dealing directly with the Utah organization to recover the funds owed to Jevin as the result of a coordinated fraudulent activity.

    · False Statement #3 “Dan Ptak has started another non-sports related business and spends no time running Jevin” - Because of all the growth Jevin has experienced, I don’t know when I would have time to start another company…that statement is factually not true in any way, shape or form.

    · Misleading Statement #1 “Jevin has one person in the role of accountant/treasurer” - As with most companies under $50M in revenue - yes, there is only one accountant. Our accountant happens to be a third party CPA firm who is not an employee. As such, we do not have a person with the title of CFO. But, we do have the resources of an entire agency at our disposal to perform accounting related functions.

    · Misleading Statement #2 “Jevin utilizes only one merchant bank” - Yes, it is true that we utilize a single merchant bank….I would be surprised if other companies in our industry (or any other industry) do things any differently.

I also want to assure you that anyone representing Jevin will always continue to act in professional manner when dealing with customers and competitors alike – regardless of the tactics chosen by others.
Thank you again for not believing everything you read and allowing us to respond to these deceitful statements.

    Jevin Hosted Web Sites

Looking for an affordable web site hosting solution that is easy to use and integrated with your management software? Jevin hosted websites are available for $144 per year which includes 10 email addresses. Please contact us at sales@jevin.net so that you can fully integrate your web presence.
Jevin 2016 Referral Program - $500 for you or your organization

Because the 2015 Referral Plan was so popular, Jevin has decided to extend the program for 2016. Jevin will pay $500 to any individual or organization for each referral that becomes a new Jevin client and starts registration with Jevin in 2016. This could be a great fundraising opportunity for your organization. Referrals are not limited to organizations in the same area or in the same sport. As long as you can provide us with the introduction and contact information, it doesn’t matter if you are a basketball organization in Idaho referring a baseball organization in Mississippi. Just think……if you have 10 other organizations in your district and refer all 10…that is $5,000 paid to you! You would have to sell a lot of candy bars to net $5,000...
    The details:
    · Referrals should be sent via email to sales@jevin.net.
    · To qualify, you must provide the contact name and contact information as well as an introduction via phone or email
    · Only the first person/organization to provide a referral for an organization is eligible for that referral bonus
    · There is NO LIMIT on the number of referrals for an individual/organization
    · The referred organization must start registration before Dec 31, 2016
    Jevin is growing!!!

    Thanks,

    Brian Stracke

SkyView published a letter describing the professional manner that Dan Ptak employed when dealing with them. Ptak, the lying goon, doesn't pay them for weeks and ignores their pleas for help. Then when they go to the police and initiate chargebacks so the kids can play their season, Ptak terrorizes those families who had no choice but to fight to get the money for their kid's league.

With 17 organizations experiencing late and missing payments Jevin is not and has not been financially stable for some time. Now, Dan Ptak has admitted all of Jevin's accounts are frozen. The 16th ($50,000.00 ) and 17th (TBD) groups reporting issues have not been paid a dime. What a load! I guess Brian Stracke can try for a new career as a fiction writer!

St. Petersburg Little League one of several nationwide missing money

ST. PETERSBURG — With each swing of the bat, the Northeast Little League has managed to keep organized youth baseball alive this fall in St. Petersburg.
    Related News/Archive

But president David Vann said a shortage of cash is presenting challenges for the league. One of its ballparks doesn't even have lights in center field because the league can't afford to replace ones that have burned out.
"As we move into the fall, and the days get shorter, it's dangerous," Vann said. "It's just not safe for the older kids to be playing on fields where the lights aren't that good."
The cash shortage is because the Northeast Little League still hasn't received $35,000 in registration fees from a company it hired to collect them before the season started in September, Vann said.
Since writing about the missing fees this month, the Tampa Bay Times has identified at least 11 other sports organizations around the country reporting similar experiences with Jevin, a Texas-based sports-management company used by Northeast.
"(It's) stealing from kids," said Randy Seifert, manager of one of the affected leagues. "That's the worst part."
Those leagues serve players of all ages in states from Utah and Colorado to Texas, Louisiana and Maryland. Representatives of each league say Jevin collected registration fees on their behalf, then either delayed payment or didn't give them their money at all.
Some have turned to local law enforcement agencies. Across the dozen leagues contacted by the Times, including Northeast, the delayed or missing payments add up to at least $250,000.
Seifert, manager of the Centennial Youth Baseball-Softball Association in suburban Denver, said he first noticed in March that his youth baseball program hadn't received nearly $80,000 he said Jevin owed it.
Registration for its spring season started in December, and he said the league didn't receive any payments until mid May, when the company gave it half of what it was owed. The other half finally arrived in late June, he said.
"The fact that this is not my money and I'm responsible for it, that scared the hell out of me," Seifert said.
Seifert said the situation caused the league to delay buying uniforms and equipment, and put it in danger of cutting its season short.
In New Orleans, an adult soccer league did have to shorten its season when it didn't receive $31,000 in registration fees its president said was owed to it in late January.
Graham Bosworth, president of the Southeastern Louisiana Adult Soccer Association, said he first sought Jevin out as a way to simplify registration for his soccer league.
"They had said they could modernize our registration," Bosworth said, "allow us to pay through their portal, so that we wouldn't have to collect cash or checks, which is the way the league was running at the time."
What followed was much more complicated. Bosworth said after multiple attempts to reach the company, Jevin offered to give his league half of the money it had collected. Bosworth and the league filed a police report with police in Allen, Texas, where Jevin is located.
Desperate for the money, Bosworth and members of the league started filing refund claims with their credit card companies. They've since gotten nearly all the $31,000 back.
"It's a really frustrating experience," Bosworth said. "And the fact that this is happening to kids in addition to us, it's the worst part of it."
Dan Ptak, the owner of Jevin, did not return multiple phone calls for comment last week. In a prior interview with the Times, he said the problems with the Northeast Little League began in Utah, where parents of a youth football league began requesting refunds from their credit card companies after their league was missing $45,000. That led to a hold being put on Jevin's account.
Jevin helps sports leagues manage their day-to-day operations, including setting team rosters, creating league schedules and registering players for their sport.
When participants or parents register to play, Jevin collects and processes their fees and takes a percentage before depositing the rest in each league's account. Representatives of several of the leagues reporting issues said their agreements with Jevin say that the registration fees collected will be deposited in their accounts within a set time period, typically 48 hours.
Each of the leagues contacted by the Times said Jevin failed to honor that agreement. Instead, many said the company often paid in chunks every few weeks, even before they experienced longer delays this year.
"We should've been getting payments, but (league officials) didn't make a big deal out of it until they realized the season was starting," said Michael Kline from the Frederick National Little League in Maryland.
Kline said $18,000 in payments to his league were delayed in the spring, and the league is still missing $6,000. It also had an issue with delayed payments in fall 2015, he said. But after complaining and receiving all their money, Kline said league operators felt confident enough to continue using Jevin in 2016. Today, they're less optimistic about that decision.
"We're sort of thinking that we're never going to see that $6,000 again," Kline said.
One league, in Utah, learned its registration fees had been deposited into another league's account, according to a police report obtained by the Times. Ptak denied having done that with Northeast's money in his prior interview with the Times.
In St. Petersburg, Vann said some parents with Northeast Little League have started filing claims with their credit card companies to recover their money.
Vann said he spoke with Ptak last week. He said Ptak accused the Northeast Little League of defrauding Jevin by requesting those refunds — called chargebacks — while the money is locked in Ptak's account. Vann said after weeks of not being paid, something needed to be done.
"He said that since we had done the chargebacks, that he can't pay us," Vann said. "And I said, well we didn't do chargebacks for 60 days, and you didn't pay us either."
Vann said the league still hasn't received any money from Jevin but has gotten about $10,000 through chargebacks and $13,000 through donations from the community.
The league intends to see the rest of the season through, and is hoping to recover all $35,000 owed before it has to make rental payments for its fields in December. Registration for the league's 2017 spring season begins in January, though Vann said he isn't sure if the league will still use Jevin for registration.
    "I can't say," Vann said. "I can't say."

It would seem that the worst move Ptak could make would be to try to take you to civil court. His mounds of dirty laundry would absolutely reek!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!

Management Company Gives Little Leaguers the Run-Around

    by Courtney Cameron October 2016

As the autumn days get shorter in St. Petersburg (Fla.), little leaguers are faced with the spooky prospect of playing out the rest of the season in the dark, if the St. Petersburg Little League can’t get the money together to pay their electric bill. The monthly cost to run the floodlights at the field is around $1,000.

The league has profits from registration and fees wrapped up in a management company called Jevin, which is facing chargebacks from a dozen or so other leagues. The St. Petersburg organization has not seen any sign of the $35,000 owed to them by Jevin.

League president David Vann has tried multiple times to contact employees at Jevin, but hasn’t made much progress. Vann told Channel 8 News that rather than an explanation as to where their money is, he has been provided with a lot of excuses: “Dog died, sorry I’ve been out of town, I’ve been sick.”

The situation has Vann worried for the safety of his kids. “As we move into the end of the season, we’re going to be playing in the dark all the time, which can be more dangerous for bigger kids hitting the ball high in the air,”

Jim Kenrick, soccer dad and coach and manager for the league, is having a hard time wrapping his mind around Jevin’s actions, calling it akin to theft. “It’s hard to believe that people would steal from kids’ futures and their ability to play,” he said.

So far, the St. Petersburg league has scraped by using a GoFundMe account to pay for uniforms and ballfield maintenance, but officials say this is a short-term solution.

    · 2 Years - If you renew your agreement for 2 years, you will receive a 10% discount off of your current Jevin Fees (making your Jevin fees 5.4% per player)
    · 3 Years - If you renew your agreement for 3 years, you will receive a 25% discount off of your current Jevin Fees (making your Jevin fees 4.5% per player)
    · Continue under the current agreement – continue under the existing terms

    Merchant Account Options
We now have three options for you to choose from

    · NEW Direct Daily Distributions – our merchant bank has agreed take over the reconciliation process for Jevin. What that means is that each day, the bank will collect your transactions and distribute the Jevin portion of those fees to Jevin while sending you the balance. In addition, the merchant rate for transactions under this program is 2.9% (additional fees apply). Jevin will invoice you monthly for Jevin fees arising from cash/check payment.
    · Weekly Distributions – our current process with a merchant fee rate of 3.5%. With this plan, all transactions are included so there is no invoicing.
    · Your Own Merchant Account – this option continues to be available to you through either authorize.net, sage, or PayPal Direct gateways. If you use this option, we invoice you monthly.
"Direct Daily Distributions"??? That is priceless! Charities have spent months fighting to get the money they are owed and some have never been paid. That is why Ptak is suggesting groups use the "Direct Daily Distributions" or "Your Own Merchant Account" Since he first wrote this Dan Ptak has been forced to admit that ALL of Jevin's accounts are frozen, meaning payments cannot be accepted or made..... period!

The $50,000.00 that the Garland Soccer board was told was missing due to Corduro probably was money Jevin owed in 2013 that it couldn't pay to sports charities. I have talked to groups that have had late payments for quite some time. But, Corduro had nothing to do with that. David Arciniega, the Garland Soccer president and NTSSA board member, refusing to document that issue in 2013 and stopping the Garland Police from investigating has costs charities tens of thousands in dollars. David Arciniega is dirtier than Ptak and his malfeasance demands he be removed from all soccer activities.

Southeastern Louisiana Adult Soccer had to do chargebacks to get the money Jevin never paid from the spring and got most of that $31,000.00 back due to making those chargebacks. SkyView did chargebacks after waiting 2 months for their money and not seeing a penny of it and now Dan Ptak is sending them threatening letters and accusing them of fraud. Northeast Little League is doing chargebacks as Dan Ptak wouldn't pay them and Ptak has had the nerve to angrily declare he won't pay them since they have started chargebacks. The most recent victims to come forward in Texas I would assume have gone to the police as they indicated and have likely initiated chargebacks as well. Many more leagues were paid late if at all and may be doing chargebacks as well as my investigation and those of media outlets is publicizing.

Jevin is hardly the "ultimate ... software" on the market today!

Press Release: Update on Financial Situation – Northeast Little League

Special Events Press Release: Update on Financial Situation

    Dear NELL Community,
With a few weeks remaining in the Fall season, we wanted to provide you with an update on our financial situation. As we communicated last month, our software vendor Jevin failed to pay us our $40,000 registration fees for the Fall. To date, they still have not paid us a single penny, and we continue to pursue legal action. However, the support from our community has been strong and we feel confident about our future.

In our original email to our Fall families, we asked everyone to call their credit card company and report fraud by Jevin. This would allow each family to receive a refund from their credit card, which would provide each family the ability to pay us directly by check or cash. We learned from other victims of Jevin that this could be an effective strategy since we could control the outcome. To date, roughly 25% of our families have taken this action and we have received about $10,000. We ask that all Fall families who have not initiated this process to do so ASAP. We want to collect as much of the $40,000 as possible.

We have also received over $14,000 from the GoFundMe Page that we established to collect donations. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have been able to pay most critical bills to keep operations running along through the spring season. If you would still like to donate, please visit our donation page at https://www.gofundme.com/2r6vryc.

Finally, our board has identified a replacement software vendor to Jevin. We plan to have this new system online in time for the spring season. When the Fall season concludes, we plan to officially turn off Jevin and communicate to everyone that the Spring registration is ready.

Thank you to everyone for your support!

    David Vann
    President, Northeast Little League

    https://www.datanyze.com/market-shar...ment-software/

Jevin is listed with a .2% market share for recreation management software with 74 customers. That number has plummeted, but Dan Ptak has left up sites for groups that left long ago in a desperate attempt to make it appear he still has customers. Jevin is one of the paper thin slices at the top left of the pie chart. Jevin's real market share is pretty much zero as all of Jevin's accounts are likely still frozen due to tens of thousands in chargebacks (generating tens of thousands in extra fees for Jevin) and because many groups have made formal reports with the authorities about the tens of thousands Jevin still owes them.

Jevin is in complete collapse. It has totally imploded. With all the accounts apparently still frozen, it is likely that payments can't be made or accepted and Jevin is simply unable to do business. Anyone that is still using Jevin to finish out their season best save all of their records, data and schedules in case Jevin doesn't pay its hosting fees as they could lose everything. How is Ptak going to spin these numbers???

I started sending this out today to customers that have not received payment due to them from Jevin. I hope that any other customers owed money be Jevin will also file a formal complaint with the BBB.
The Better Business Bureau has no business profile for Jevin Sports Management Software / Dan Ptak. If the BBB gets a complaint they will generate a listing for Jevin on their website and an appropriate rating. I am sending them the newspaper articles posted online. Would your group be kind enough to consider filing a formal complaint with them?

Re: Jevin Inc. / Dan Ptak / Online Sports Organization Management Software / David Arciniega / Garland Soccer / Chargeba

Yet another scathing article on the devastation caused by Jevin. This league still hasn't seen a dime of the $35,000.00 in registration fees from Jevin:

St. Pete Little League struggling to get by, owed $35,000 | WFLA.com

League president David Vann said Jevin employees have talked to him by phone, but continue to give him the runaround when it comes to explaining where the money is. “Dog died, sorry I’ve been out of town, I’ve been sick. We’ve heard a lot of excuses why they can’t give us the money,” Vann said.....

“It’s hard to believe that people would steal from kids’ futures and their ability to play,” Kenrick added.

News Channel 8 reached out to Jevin but did not hear back.

Vann wasn’t surprised to hear that. “There have been 10 or 15 other leagues that have done charge backs against Jevin so their situation with the credit card company is not really in a good spot,” he said.
How many dogs does this guy have??? Any group still using Jevin has a board that is totally clueless (I have shared the articles with every one I can find) or is totally corrupt and willing to risk the charity's money and see the kids and their families suffer for it.

The chargebacks have been a total nightmare. How many other groups got threatening letters and harassment from Dan Ptak and his attorney goon squad?

    Thanks,
    SVYF Board

Jevin now has an 18th league that is out money. I found their story on a GoFundMe page and confirmed that 2 months later they are still out thousands. The folks running the league are having to fund it out of their own pockets. I gave them the contact information for the police and Dallas Better Business Bureau.

Shockingly, I have had several phone calls from coaches that say the Coaches Meeting letter says that Garland Soccer is still going to use Jevin and risk Garland families' money and the league data. David Arciniega is totally corrupt. I advise all players and coaches to register elsewhere as the money and the kids are clearly not safe.

    NELL Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Northeast Little League is saddened to inform you that we have been the victim of fraud by our league management vendor. The fraud consists of all registration fees paid for the Fall baseball and softball seasons. Despite repeated demands, our vendor has refused to return the money that we need to keep our Organization alive and thriving.
Conversations with other leagues and the St. Petersburg police make clear that we should hold little hope that any funds will be recovered directly from our vendor.
Approximately 60% of our funds are derived from registration fees. NELL is in the rare situation of owning the facilities on 1st Street and we are responsible for all operating expenses related to the facility. Largely because of this fact, this is a potentially catastrophic loss – not just for our ability to fund the day to day operations of our league, but also for the necessary long term maintenance and other improvements we had hoped to make so our kids have a better place to play.
NELL has been able to operate for nearly 60 years not only because of the support of its families but also the support of the local community. It is in this spirit that we ask for any contribution you can make to help us keep the league thriving while we pursue all avenues to collect the money illegally withheld from NELL.
In closing, it is heartbreaking to have to bring this news, but we know the type of community we have and we will persevere through this crisis. Thank you for your support to the kids of NELL.
If you are interested in making a donation to help us keep the league operating, please visit our GoFundMe page at https://www.gofundme.com/2r6vryc. All donations to GoFundMe are tax deductible.
    Kindest Regards,
    NELL Board of Directors

    Help spread the word!

And, still they and many others wait for their money from Jevin / Dan Ptak.

I got another message from a group (#19) that claims Jevin didn't pay them their fall registration fees. I hope the authorities will get this scam shut down before any more charities are hurt. Again, if David Arciniega of Garland Soccer and NTSSA had not lied to the Garland Police and stopped them from investigating in 2013, then maybe these many charities wouldn't have become victims and lost tens of thousands of dollars.
