Thread: Any "Dr Mara" News?

The power of that woman was so unreal that there was a time when I wondered if she had been using subliminal sound to good effect.

This is a subject which I brought up on WLD and I had one very intelligent reply from a member who was convinced it could be used to persuade members of the public to buy.

She was caught out for lying about having a medical degree but she may have had a PhD in psychology. If she had specialised in neuro psychology, she could know just as much or more than some medical doctors.

One of the people that Mara lured onto her "spider's web was the half deaf "dolphin" who is still in one of the forums where Ken Russo and co find their material.

How does anyone know that "Dr Mara" even exists, much less what qualifications, if any, she has ???

One of the things which is hardest for many people to comprehend is that the internet has made it possible for any half smart 17 year old operating from his or her bedroom to be "anybody" he/she likes.

Websites cost next to nothing to run and there are many HYIP supporting webserver owners who will host HYIPs for a cut of the profit, or even for early positions in the HYIP.

HYIP and autosurf scripts are a dime a dozen, even at full price and pirated scripts are the norm, anyway.

Any self respecting "honest admin" who pays for a script would be drummed out of the HYIP Owners' Association in a second.

As for the need to pay "programmers" PTUI !!!

HYIP scripts, by their very nature are easily customized and it's only newbie owners and large scale scams such as AdSurf Daily which need special skills to operate.
Have a look back at virtually every HYIP which has ended up being the "next big thing" and you'll easily identify the time when the owner realized he/she needed help to upgrade the script to handle the volume.

Do a quick Google on "best hyip scripts" and frighten yourself,

I just did as I typed this post and got 55,700 hits in 0.18 seconds.

then add to your pain by Googling "Goldcoders script" then search "autosurf scripts"

That one gets me 190,000 hits
Heck, I can point you to HYIPs with 3 or 4 "owners" who all posted under the same alias on different forums.

All that's required is 10 minutes of organization and BINGO, "pathtoprosperity" can be any one of a 1000 different people from all parts of the world who have the password all posting through the same proxy.

I wouldn't mind betting that your "Dr Mara" is now known as "Honest Albert" or similar and has run/is running 10 more HYIPs since the collapse of Mrs VIP.

I published a copy of the group that were supposed to be unknown to all other than members of GMS cafe.

Are you saying that all the naysayers were wrong about Mara being who she was in the pictures that were sent to me. Others here ihave never suugested the pictures of Vee and Mara in the public domain were not the faces of those two women.

What I'm saying is, we have absolutely no way of knowing for sure, other than the word of "Jake Amadee" that the picture shows who he claims it to be.

I have helped three groups of scam busters and this is the third. I was a TG naysayer, then I endured the flak that everybody endured, who tried to talk out against Vee and Mara on WLD. If this one fails, I will not try again.

If you are a mod here it seems odd that you seem to think that our efforts to bring Vee and that Mara woman to the notice of the authorities seem pointless. VLane clained to be genine business not a money game for those of us who has a PUNT with autosurfs. These women were big time crooks trying to get more than$10-$100 from people who had a PUNT.

Path2prosperity, it is not a criticism of your own contribution to scam busting for LRM to make the observations about Dr. Mara's identity. It appears that a person has been physically present at various rallies and meetings and has identified themselves as Dr. Mara. What we have no proof of is whether that is her real name and whether her supposed business curriculum is true or an invention.

The person who claims to be Dr. Mara is certainly the person that the authorities should be going after, but LRM's point is valid. Do we really know who she is? Has anyone seen her passport? A brief look at the AdSurfDaily history shows us a very cleverly fabricated curriculum of someone who was previously, in reality, a small time fraudster, but it took the US Secret Service to expose his true track record and AdsurfDaily was far better know to the internet public.

Who knows where or who "Dr. Mara" is now, because they definitely haven't caught her.

That is all I wanted to know. I asked because I saw Dolphin's logo in the joint that "okosh" gave us, as a lead as to where Russo was getting his data. I noticed Dolpin so I assume that is where the VLaners congregate.

I used to communicate with Dolphin before she she joined VLane and I did my best to warn her that Vee was like a lamb going to the slaughter. It is hard to believe that thinking people like Dolphin are still up to their necks in the filthy "DrMara" shitte.

P2P, you are really good at finding information and reporting it. It must take a lot of time to trace down and find all the scammers that you have made others aware of, so your efforts will pay off.

I had never heard anything about this Dr. Mara, so I will have to do a little research when time allows.

This story will be big news soon. Dr Mara was one of the notorious VLane owners. I am amazrd that this was not widely promoted by Adland.

I have few vague memories of having had the odd conversation with "Buster" from TG. I had two or three really intelligent replies from my contacts, when I raised the questions of subliminal sound. TG "Buster" may have been one who made some sense but the best reply which I had on that subject came from Dave "Crimebustersnow" who posts on WLD.

I will post all I know about Vee and Mara on the next post which I make in this thread.

Sorry to disappont you but all that I can remember saying about Smirnow in public or private forums is "Knickers to Nickers." I say all I need to say about him in my own publications.

I pointed out the fact that, both women were also limited by their lack of linguistic skills. I do not know if either of them had contacts who understood the Cyrillic alphabet, let alone Arabic, Swahili Chinese, Croatian etc. I said that the only language which could be understood by all VLane members would be prime numbers and the sort of languages used by the fictitious mathematician Ian Malcolm in the BOOK (not the film version) of Jurassic Park.

What remains from GMS and Vlane is now in the hands of legal authorities, historians, professional journalists etc. A few amateurs (like me) find comic relief material from varios sources for my blog and other publications. I found it very amusing to get a "private" communication in my e-mail about a new dubious scheme WHICH WAS NOT TO BE MENTIONED IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM. I posted it here before I made a joke post about the closed circle in my own blog.

You are absolutely right Eddie. I know that it was nothing but a ponzi now.

I told everybody whom I knew, not to join it, when they were gearing up for the launch. It sickened me because they promised long term returns not gambling type "game of chance returns". You have to understand theoretical maths to see into the future of an evolving system for any longer than a few days. After that predictions of the rate of change are about as reliable as the long term weather forecast.

I have "goldkitty's" private e-mail so if you get really hot tips that you want forwarded to her, I will see if she replies. She is lying low but she was inundated with enquiries as to whether I was one of the secret big wigs who was raking in cash and she answered that in public. I was very amused by her reply. I had just set up my new domain with a .co.uk extension rather than the.com one which you know. I put all publications on ice until I had gathered enough information to re launch them. If anybody wants to know the last things she said about me, it is on the .co.uk home page.

When GK comes out of hibernation, she will hurl thunder bolts not fire crackers.

I did my best to warn people before it opened and a few listened. I had a long debate with Stephen on ASA forum about the programme. It was a marathon that went on for around three hours.

I said that the concept of their being able to recruit workable teams over the Internet was a joke and a half as I knew a lot more about recruitment than Vee or Mara. Stephen was incenced and told me that a person with a medical degree and a PhD in psycology like Mara was far better qualified than I was to build teams. I had spent almost all my working life as a recruiment consultant. My psychological training was industrial psychology which was not clinical. I was trained to use "Meredith Belbins Team Roles" testing methods but Stephen swore she was far better equipped than I was to build teams. That debate was public.

I also clashed swords with that twerp "tranlady" or Annie on ASA about her and Vee's ability to handle "stormy" better than any legal authority or proper investigative journalist. My wars with Stephen and Annie were all public, not private and it was splashed all over ASA so some journalist, researcher, historian or legal authority already has information about everything I know.

Goldkitty assured her followers that I had never had anything to do with Vee and Mara and that I was not a scammer, so people sent me news including first pictures of the VLane team for naysayers to view. I published that picture on my own web site so naysayers could comment about them on public forums. I did not spy for anybody. I only have "goldkitty's" email because she got in touch with me asking me to elaborate on a post about Mara which I made on TG.

The only thing that I would be interested to know is whether magiciansmate was ever a member as the person is now a naysayer who publishes on WLD a lot.

Mrs.Vee truly believed in Dr. Mara and sincerely believed she was getting the returns needed to support the program. We used to hear a lot about European Bankers and Swiss Banks!

Patrick and Lynne have covered the matter so well that it seems pointless going over it all again here.

The only thing that I wanted people here to know is that ex Vlaners are still looking for ways to make up their losses and send out e-mails from their "closedcircle" forbidding recipients to publish the news on other forums.

I am sure you did but it is the little bits of BS that spark off memories and get we old timers to make a connection. These two disliked the thought of being mentioned in any modern history books as villians. I think that worried Vee more than Mara.

What is sad about VLane is that so many people believed in the program. They raised the maximum investment to 60K which totally devistated a lot of people financially. I know several people that had their finances ruined.

It is sad. However people need "balls" to get them through tough times. Vee and Mara will laugh their way into the history books and go down in posterity as lovable rogues unless people have the "balls" to see that they are brought to justice. They have already laughed their way to the bank. Are you friends going to help future generations see Vee and Mara as role models for criminal behaviour?

One conversation I had with Buster has resurfaced. He had been doing some DD on me and unearthed some advertising I placed in Wireless World in 1972. I was impressed by that and I probably gave him the highest accolate which I give to anybody for that bit of research. It was a genuine advertisment that I had placed almost 40 years ago.

The guy is not as green as he can be cabbage looking.
