Thanks to all RS members who have inflicted damage on the the admin of Scamlandpro. The persona "Bogdan Fiedur" (whoever he/she or they are), thought it would be easy to scare an old English woman and an American housewife. SBM and I are not as green as we are cabage looking and we have many more questions to ask about Scamland.

Who introduced Autosurf Authority, as a voluntary service to clean up the autosurf industry? ASA which was run by Jake Amadee and Todd Heaps was not a voluntary service it was a huge scam. Many were taken in by that announcement on Adlandpro. Was ASA created to clean up the autosurf industry? Many Adlanders believed that it and they invested in Phoenix Surf, as a result of the promotion of ASA on Adlandpro.

The first surf program hawked as a trustworthy autosurf for Adlanders, was Lucky7surf. Well known Adlanders like Linda Harvey built large downlines. I think that Linda was a victim of the person who set up Lucky7surf. The moderator of that scam may not have known what he was getting into when he took up the job and stated that he believed in the findings on ASA. I know Lucky7surf was represented as being a "Christian Business" on Scamland.

The Dumb@$$ scammer is at it again!

The site RealScam.com engages in harboring disgruntled users who then create anonymous accounts on the RealScam site and out of revenge attack members, business owners and individuals accusing them of unproven actions, exposing their full names taken from their place of business or activity. Such unproven accusations cause irreparable damage to the reputation of users who have provided their full names in public places to conduct their business or other social activities.
For example these two members who were identified as Judy Hortin and Sara Gardener Blow have been attacking members of the community they belonged to whom they had disagreements with in the past. Out of revenge two other members of the community (who had no online business for several years) were accused of running scam businesses and one being a crook. Other members have been attacked and without any investigation declared as scammers or fabricated facts have been linked to them.
Judy Hortin has been terminated from social networking site for multiple cases of breaking of community rulesafter which she has started her attacks on the owner and active community members. She has been terminated on Dec 4, 2010 and has registered on the realscam.com on 01-15-2011. There is possibility that her actions could be qualified as cyber-bullying, cyber-stalking and cyber-harassment. The possibility of her breaking of these acts is now being investigated for the sake of filing reports with authorities. Since then she has been for close now to 10 months continually posting message in relation to one social networking site and its members.
We have done a little bit search on Judy Hortin and have found that she might have been part of programs which were later declared illegal.
Here is the link on Yahoo groups where Judy Hortin discusses difficulties in receiving money from autosurf programs. The message indicates that the program has been blacklisted by E-Gold. It appears she didn't do the due diligence and joined a program which at best has been black listed by E-Gold. How many people did Judy refer to this program?

The RealScam.com appears to be represented by Heather Dobrott.
The RealScam.com doesn't offer any protection for individuals who can be targeted by malicious users of their site and doesn't have privacy statement, which at best can be called unprofessional and deceptive.
Belittling, ridiculing, calling names and using offending language is a common behavior on this site including main admin Heather Dobrott.
Site doesn't have information about its place of business and all information about site registration is hidden from the public using service Domains by Proxy, Inc to hide identity of the owner from liability.
Main admin stated that to prosecute her business we would have to be in her jurisdiction and we would not be able to prosecute all the other members who are spread throughout the world, implying that she can say and write whatever she wants and we can't do nothing about it.
She was amused with our immature and futile attempts to cause have any troubles.


We are still asking ourselves who is Heather Dobrott.
After checking discussion board on Heather Dobrott aka soapboxmom found in contempt.. we are learning that she was found in contempt of court on August 4th and ordered to pay $3,000 because of that finding.

Here are the details of the Collin County Court Records and this was in 2007. So the scam-buster breaks the law herself. Now we know where she gets her experience in court matters.

Site RealScam encourages cyber-bullying, cyber-stalking and cyber-harassment by allowing the creation of anonymous accounts and by allowing the users to present of unproven accusations towards individuals of their targeted organization. The RealScam.com turns out to be just unprofessional harassment and bashing site with no verification of facts and indiscriminate attacks at anyone who looks like an easy target.

RealScam instead of contributing to fighting scam encourages cyber-bullying, cyber-stalking and cyber-harassment and perpetuates the problems which it has allegedly attempting to solve.

She has also tried to fund illegal processors and has at one time worked for the notorious Shadow Crew member Patryn. She is still a Patryn apologist. Next we have Okosh. A well known ebay scammer and forum thief. He is also a ponzi participant although he says he has now seen the light. Personally, I doubt it. Patryn himself has recently been welcomed into the forum. Last but not least on my list ( there will be plenty of others) is Egg-on-legs Lynndel Edgington. He scams by having people believe that if they donate to his cause they are helping to save the world from scammers.

On another blog, the blog owner writes. REALSCAM.COM may live up to it's name? - REALTRUTH.ORG This is great and more than I could dream of, I wrote this blog because I got screwed in a purchase deal by one of the members on Real Scam and was then ignored. I tried to contact this real scam and was ignored. If they can have member's that have scammed people in the past and that they are aware of them could they be liable for anything like letting the member hide behind this joke of a website to make themself look credible? Funny...my name is out there as well as my business and I don't see it being reported on any scam site. But then again, I have a real business and it's legit.

WOW! Finally made Bogdan's list. I can't get over the detailed due diligence done by Uncle Festa to come up with his brilliant conclusion. I mean he wrote pages and pages of facts to support his conclusion. Well, it was almost a paragraph. But the content was so in-depth I guess that is all that was needed to convince Bogdan.

So Bogdan, when do I get my award? Is it a trophy or a medal or both? I can't wait to display it. Next thing Bogdan will begin claiming that I own this forum and scam, and have a gazillion IP addresses, and everyone posting here is really me, and no-one else. For goodness' sake, he accepts money from frauds and fraudsters even AFTER he has had the fact pointed out to him.

Unless he could produce "real" proof of the fact he has sought "real" legal advice and has taken steps to ensure compliance with the law/s, he's merely pi****g into the wind.
