Quite the contrary. I believe Dicky Moore is higher up in the scam chain than even Russo. I have known about him for sometime but there was not much information out there; until today.

I caused a great deal of trouble for The QLx3 and Credit union band when Jake the Snake was promoting the "secret URL" which enabled QLx3 members to pay regular monthly amounts into Oxford Credit Union and loose their money that way. I posted the "secret url" on my own web sites. I also posted a lot about how I did that on ASA and on WLD but most of what I wrote in those days was dismissed as "insane ramblings" by non qualified medics. I still remember a lot of things about that scam very very clearly.

I found Jake's "secret url" in about 20 minutes by asking a few questions from friends offline and I publisished the fact that nobody needed to join QLx3 to loose money in Credit Union. I did that research because I was convinced it was Mara's stach. It seems that I was wrong in that supposition.

The "acclerator" ponzi scheme managed by Ken Russo is still being pimped out on the ponzi and crime forums like MMG and Talk gold.
