Hello, Maybe you saw a thread about fgold, (aka felipe, super felipe) tried to blackmail our honest bussines the second time by accusing us of scam. Because I think the forum is biased, I am offering you a thread were REAL customers can complain if I wouldnt respect the 45 days rule for free shipping.

If you wouldnt receive it, after waiting 45 days after shipping do the follwing:

Wait on my answer, I will have to contact my dropshipper. They will track it first. After a 1-2 days inspection they will refund the money, and I will refund the money too.

Fgold has just stated the obvious about this anonymous "chinese wholesale business"... There's a guy who ordered a cheap product from this shop and has reported the bad quality of the product which has been used "10 times itself on the very first day and that too with mild force......" and now the knife is gone LOL If you wanna a buy some scrap use this site hehehehe

I spoke about the satisfaction of one of your customer which as I know he never bought anything again from Lrapshop.... Alertpay accepts CC's so thats why you keep the low maximum of $20 only right??

You're not giving free shipping and free shipping its ALWAYS BULL$HIT!! ALL sellers call FREE SHIPPING but its always BS because they increase the product price 2 times more than the shipping costs so the product will be always more expensive than the ones you can find in a local SUnday Market

The definition for free shipping is used at 95% of all e-commerce sites. Basically that cost price included, so people are not dispointed when they checkout and see how much it costs. So do not bullshit about the definition of it. Basically its a therm that makes sure people do not have to worry about how much it will cost.

After 500 orders this year, we added some improvements. We now verified our alertpay account and are in the making of verify our okpay account.
Lrapshop improved the design. To streamline our support we installed a ticketsystem for extra responsivenes. Due our high ammount of orders we received the bronze seal at our supplier.
This gives us now also the power to send items to african countries (were we denied to supply earlier) and this insurrenced (45 days after sending).
As you are the more critical guys/ladies arround here, help me with suggest improvements. We keep on improving as we always did.

Some of our concurrents failed to accept alertpay, lrapshop keeps going on.

We only allowed credit cards in the beginning, after we got recharged (and already sended the products to american CC scammers) we stopped accepting credit cards. So it doesnt really change anything for us. What has that even todo with this discussion?
Our security is to prevent alertpay hackers from using our service as "payout". Isnt it withdrawing to CC that isnt working anymore @ alertpay?

YOU brought up being verified with alertpay.YOU brought it into the discussion. I just pointed out scammers are saying alertpay hasn't been accepting credit cards in over a month. I would assume, if you are a legitimate business, you would want to accept credit card purchases. Surely, you are not using the scammers preferred choice of wire transfer only right?

Are you merchant? Do you got 1.5 years exprience with the risk of alertpay? Well I can tell you alertpay isnt really secure against credit card frauds. But alertpay doesnt seem to know their system is weak? you know why? they just recharge us. But you probelly never expierence that 200$ gets recharged, when you sended a product. Products sended, but money gone? You see the picture why we do not accept credit cards? In a article of someone that did do his thesis at cybercrime, they rated, you could buy a stolen credit card for as less as 1$... This makes it pretty easy... isnt it...
But still, if your not happy, we have our 45 days refund policy. And if you arent happy you can always complain at Alertpay. if we scammed, people wouldnt they go to alertpay? ya they would... And alertpay is one of the quickest to "temporaliy suspend" an account. We are accepting alertpay over that year and a half...

Do you know technodiscount shop for e-currencies? they accepted alertpay... and now not anymore... what do you think happened? Scammers got them... and what alertpay do... recharge them without any explanation.

Since that supplier only accepts western union if they buy it from them directly... and they are very respectable... do you see what my target public is? All products listed in that virtual & anonymous drop shipping service have a very low quality and the real value is 50% or less...
Don't buy too much chinese junk and the environment will thank you !
And your concurrents are accepting the most trusted and reputable payment methods and not doubtfull procesors like alertpay. So its you who failed in launching your business in a legal way since you cant manage a legal business neither set up a AML policy...
