George has a real racket going. He claims:

In reality it should read we cater to scammers. There was a very informative thread on Bella Homes. Many serious concerns were raised and it was quite apparent that deal could harm many desperate homeowners. George per his usual mode of operation removes the thread and then sings Bella's praises and accepts a nice chunk of change to feature ads for this very questionable deal. Luckily, I was able, with the help of a birdy who saw how valuable information was, to archive the thread and post it here and really work to expose that bum deal.

Another glaring example of caving to scammers in the De Rothschild and Jordan Serlin gang. I was repeatedly threatened, but did not remove the thread. I researched and posted volumes of facts and when the threats became obvious attempts at intimidation based on complete lies and nonsense I stood my ground and published the e-mails and attorneys letters because it was the right thing to do.

Now, I am not suggesting that post and threads should never be removed. We run this site responsibly. Death threats would be soft deleted and archived for authorities and not left up as Sojustask elected to do. Personal attacks and garbage threads are always removed here. Any thread that is based on verifiably false statements of fact will be edited or removed as prudent. We will not, however, allow obvious scams and scammers to intimidate us. We will not remove threads and place up advertisements for questionable deals.

George needs to get it through his thick head that he can truly advocate for the public as we do and expose scams or he can make money. He can't do both. So, it is time to quit insulting the intelligence of the surfing public and call Scam what it is. Quatloos.com and Realscam expose scams and are not here for the purpose of making money. Scam should stick with its political forum and discussion forums and call them exactly that and advertise away without trying to deceive readers into thinking it is in any way a forum to expose scams, protect the public or based on a belief in free speech. Scam revolves around the mighty dollar.

Constantly playing games and trying to deceive the members will scare off the savvy and decent people. And, having drama queen liars in charge like Sojustask who do everything they can to cause chaos and problems will just drive more people away. It is hard to keep active posters, especially the well-educated ones who have something worthwhile to contribute, in that atmosphere. Who wants to deal with liars and vindictive people who are obviously on a power trip and have spent their time bad mouthing the owner and complaining publicly about the many problems on the forum. Who wants to watch the next Ohein56 meltdown with obscene terms one needs the Urban Dictionary to understand? Time for Scam to quit scamming the public.

Now, he seems to desire to put his well recognized spamming techniques to work promoting an MLM of which he will be the founder and rep at the apex of the pyramid. Yikes!!!! Strange as it may seem, SBM, I think you've actually given the guy too much credit.

He writes, "Let's start a MLM thing on scam.com where people make money.... Let's do a test run, small money, maybe paypal...$1 or 2".

What in the world could he offer that costs $1 or $2? Hell, shipping would cost more than that. I can think of one MLM that has any product in that range - the cheapest of Send Out Cards. As we know, most MLMs are of the $100/month jungle juice or $8/liter water variety.

No, while he writes "MLM", I think it overwhelmingly likely that he is talking about a simple chain letter. Hence the "software" to move everyone up one place as the suckers get in on the bottom. He would deny it, of course, once he realizes how stupid it is.

One gets the impression Mr Sviat doesn't make the distinction between "MLM the theory" and "MLM as it's done in the real world" and concentrates more on the "multi level" than he does the "marketing"

Spam, spam, green eggs and spam. Last week Chris Doyle got banned for the umpteenth time, as well as Skeptical Al and, believe it or not, Lenny Clements - again!

I missed how all that went down. I had been squabbling with FST36, Lenny Clement's pseudonym on the forum since George banned him following that kerfuffle as moderator. I logged off, went to bed, then noticed all these "banned" signs when I checked in the next day.

So I asked someone that had been logged on the time what was up.

The way this person remembered it was as follows:

Lenny was posting under a different screen name. Started with an F with a couple of numbers too.
Evilzoe was posting and saying how she was trying to improve the MLM forum and that the owner was wanting a change so that new members could gather info about MLM. Lenny posting under his aka started posting how someone had tried to change the forum for the better and just ended up getting fired, canned (whatever words he used to describe his ordeal) this seemed to clue others into knowing this was Lenny. I then noticed mumbles must have made Len****** a members becasue his name appeared down at the bottom of the forum and it showed he had just registered. Then Chris was defending what Lenny was saying because Mumbles was telling Lenny to get lost. Later I noticed these posts deleted and I saw that Len****** did log on again under the Len ****** screen name and it showed he was banned. So I figure Mumbles deleted his aka, made him a member using his real name and that way Mumbles knew when he logged on.

I am not remembering what Chris said, if you had of asked me a couple of days ago I would have remembered.

So basically Lenny forgot who he was logged on as and started his pity party as FST36!

Stephanie Haberman / Sojustask thinks it is really something that folks still post there. Well, obviously no one who has an IQ exceeding normal shoe size takes that place seriously. Someone already tried to do that about a year ago. The scumbags who post anonymously and just get off on personally attacking people, which are most of the posters at least in the MLM/Pyramid scheme forum, threw a giant hissey fit and not only got him fired as an admin, but permanently banned. Just for trying to clean up this board and make it more civil and educational.

Even most of the moderators rejected his attempts to clean up the forum. What does that tell you?

Now, we should give full credit where it is due. Sojustask / Stephanie Haberman stabbed George's pick (Lenny) in the back and did everything she could to sabotage him. Her handling of that disaster really reflected very badly on George Dranichak. Then she continued her habitual bad mouthing of George and the not so subtle put downs about his just being a man.
