Soapboxmom's New Fan Club -- Time to Name That Scammer!
I didn't have the site taken down. I sued Tim Darnell and when the judge forced him to engage legal counsel because he was completely incapable of handling himself in court ( I remained pro se and the judge never had any issue with me representing myself for the record,) the site disappeared. Since it was not public that I had sued Darnell, it is logical to assume he took the site down as he had no choice at that desperate hour with trial fast approaching.

Darnell sure knows how to humiliate himself in public!!! If he isn't behind this, boy, is it going to create havoc for him. Wouldn't want his future son-in-law to read this or for Jay Bennett Isagenix millionaire to unceremoniously dump his scammin' butt.
I am proud to say I have hurt the (ahem) business dealings of numerous scammers!

You mean ANOTHER fan club, SBM!!! I visited the blog and left a comment, do you suppose it will be approved?? Not sure how I am so honored to be chosen but we shall see. I really do like that red hat outfit that matches the lawn mower, always been my favorite, now you can add it to your collection on here!

Tim Darnell got sued for that charming site and poof like magic it disappeared. Jack Weinzierl jumped right up and e-mailed wanting to know if the guilty parties were caught. These threads are hilarious reading!!! This is better than Saturday Night Live!!!

This news seems to be getting round the ponzi boards very quickly. I would say that her contributions have virtually wrecked Adlandpro.

This information is from 1996 and about a website that was taken down by the person who started it. I fail to understand why you want to attack a person who has exposed a lot of crime and helped bring down crooks. Thanks for the email but I have seen most of that trash that was posted about Heather. Those pictures from the archived files are certainly of a REAL person and I wonder how they feel about having these pictures posted as slang against another person. Perhaps they have medical problems that causes the overweight. Perhaps they like the way they look.
I had rather see crooks behind bars than slander those who are trying to bring justice and awareness to the never-ending online scams. Since you have my email address, are you one of my friends? If so, perhaps you will let me know through my email address.

That scammer's attack blog is beyond hilarious.
Don Holbrook's rant is sure a load of gas. He was laughed out of court when he sued half of the planet. These sites for legal research??? Hilarious! Please, please file suit so we can more hilarious documents to poke fun at! No doubt whoever is posting this has the spheres to take me on and have their ID made public!

You are right!!! It is GONE!! Now I have to wonder if the total thing was a setup to see how I would react. Did anyone else in RS or elsewhere receive a message calling attention to this blog?? I find this interesting because this makes 2nd time I have been contacted about the past concerning SBM & husband. Come on who ever you are, show your face and answer my question - WHY?

The one which I received certainly was as I have not given anybody the e-mail address to which it was sent for years. It was sent to an address which I reserve for personal friends who do not engage in many online activities. Whoever has this list has been collecting data for years.
