Len's flunkies are runnning at the mouth yet again on Scam. I have explained to them numerous times how to research and get the answers to their questions, but alas without us all chipping in for brain transplants it appears completely hopeless.

Public records are often free. If federal court or bankruptcy records are of interest PACER is .08 a page. Court records not there are around a dollar a page for copies (that are not certified) on the county site where the court is located. Tax liens are filed in the county of residence for the person who ain't paying. Property tax records are also on county sites. Many counties have mortgage papers on file. Transcripts cost an arm and a leg, but shouldn't our wildly successful Len Clements, Chris Doyle and Kerry Lee Hein be able to afford to get the facts about any issue they are blathering about???

Would someone please help these hapless hooligans out???? Didn't they get the hint when Broker Jones pulled down his slam pages??? Smart people stick with the facts!!!

What can you expect from people who have no jobs, no lives, no careers, no education and are nothing but complete trolls and utter failures who have nothing else to do with their time but post rubbish on a cesspool like Scam? lol They have no reading or comprehension skills either, they just make up **** as they go along, post a bunch of nonsense rumors and any decent forum on the net would have banned them long ago. What does Soapboxmom a.k.a. Heather Dobrott do in these forums? She’s become as vicious and arrogant as ever, but believe it or not actually found a way to lower her quality even further!! You’ll now find her using terms such as “idiot” , “stupid” , and “******bag” freely like an angry little girl.

Poor Heather Dobrott. Thinking she can lift herself up with her cult of few numbers on her low class forum. That place is filled with the most immature pack of liars to ever dream of making themselves famous on the internet through being cyber bullies.

Soapboxmom ’s ego forum is going to fail, and at her rate she might step over the line a few times and find herself with a couple lawsuits before the walls fall down. Heather Dobrott has a big, BIG, B – I – G mouth and she seems to have extraordinarily difficult abilities to keep it shut when she should.

As for Fastmoney , Doc Bunkum , ” littleroundman ” , and others. They look up to and follow Heather Dobrott. That alone says enough about them and their credibility. John **** and Brian Gogel should start meeting in the old folks park to play chess. It’d be better for their raging hearts. ” littleroundman ” should keep posting on Patrick Pretty’s blog to relieve his desire for internet gratification. At least he doesn’t sound like a complete senile fool when he discusses real topics covered by Patrick.

Now, did my fan club on that site author this or is it the work of Broker Jones? It is in fact quite similiar to the blogs Jones had up in the summer of 2010 before they were removed for violating TOS for several sites. I bet Jones is wishing his scammer friends hadn't gone in and posted that with the mess he is in now.

As far as I can ascertain from my contacts, Oceanside has no broker and there are no trades. The investors should be near panic at this point with nothing on the horizon that could legitimately generate income and pay them. Folks can always Google me and see how the scammers have fared when taking me on!

Yes, this site is dedicated to actively watching Heather Dobrott and the garbage she spews on her sites. In fact, we are here to combat the lies and misinformation she spreads there on a daily basis!

We see that she is threatening legal action and find this hillarious. She obviously doesnt understand that is the whole point of this site!!!

You see, Heather feels it is her duty to post personal information, tax documents, home addresses, family photos, etc of certain people on her website, and when she is asked to remove them, she cries about being a “consumer advocate” and just shedding light on all the “scammers”. Lets be clear, we here at heatherdobrott.com have no problem with her bringing up issue with certain MLMs and other programs. The issue we have is with her absolute downright stalking of certain people by all means necessary.

So again, we will just say that Heather, it is in your hands to end this. If you want to pursue this further by legal means, we say, bring it on! But there is a simple way to avoid this, and you know what it is. Until then, we will continue to post more photos and other Heather Dobrott related materials here for all to enjoy.

   I have always subscribed to the ethic that you don’t dish out what you can’t take. Heather has no right to question this site considering her abrasive measures at Scam Dot Com. The scammer(s) who started www.heatherdobrott.com should be ecstatic. I have filed suit in Texas in order to be able to subpeona service providers here. Next suit will be filed in New Jersey. The company that hosts the site is actually awesome. I spoke to one of the owners for and hour and a half and am really looking forward to the information he will have for me. It will be quite fun to see just who has been paying the hosting fees and who is the named representative that they have been in regular contact with about the site.

It is very interesting that now that the criminal charges were leaked and I have made good on what the scammers requested, they aren't posting. If they did nothing wrong then where are the charmers behind the site? How will they react when several hundred people are put on the witness list and notified about the pending suits? Are they going to come forward before any more innocent people get dragged into this? In Texas non-parties can be deposed and subject to producing relevant discovery.

Nice threat there scammers! It is in my hands and I am going to end it. I will see that anyone that had anything to do with this site faces the consequences and gets all the publicity they deserve. Nothing like some well written press releases to ice the cake and no doubt Craig Malisow is always looking for another juicy article subject!

He will initiate conflicts and then twist them in his favor in an attempt to gain positive attention for himself. He wants, in a nutshell, to be like his victim and when he feels that he does not measure up, his motive is to bring his victim down. I think these articles are fascinating. I believe the handful of scammers who have made false criminal allegations against me and filed false police reports fit this description perfectly.

I think it is obvious that the individual behind www.heatherdobrott.com is extremely disturbed. I would say that person is quite effeminate as the article suggests. Only a total wimp and complete coward would author a site like that. Anyone with an ounce of integrity and any facts would refute what I have said with verifiable documents in a reasonable fashion. This loser knows I have been completely honest and obviously carries a deep personal grudge and likely has serious psychiatric problems.

I am working hard behind the scenes getting subpeonas to ferret out the indentity of my attacker(s). It is high time that those who have any knowledge of these felonious attacks come forward. Many peoples names are on that site. Curious that I am the only one that went to the police and service providers. I would think other people mentioned on that site would be fighting tooth and nail to get an refernce to themselves removed. Very curious indeed!

According to Rodriguez Lopez in his book "Mobbing at work" [6], he defines these people as "bitter, frustrated, envious, jealous or selfish, taking one or several or all of these traits to a greater or lesser degree. They are needed admiration, recognition and prominence, and they want to appear, or appear to rise even when you simply want to hurt another person or void."

According to Maria José Edreira, in "Phenomenology of mobbing",[8] most experts in personality speak psychopathic or antisocial personality (Adams and Crawford [9]), narcissistic personality (Hirigoyen, Wyatt and Hare [10] ) active irrelevant mediocrity (González de Rivera [10]), organizational psychopath (Piñuel and Iñaki Zabala). There is talk of paranoid traits in fact a perverse narcissist is very close to paranoid, are closely related and get along well, but is only part of their personality characteristics. His psychological profile has the following characteristics:

• Lack of empathy: they are unable to take the place of another, focus on themselves but seek support from others. My lovely little fan club is having another meltdown. It can't resist posting. I think those Google results are hilarious. Notice the other results for my name on page 1 of Google. Aren't those a gas? Quite interesting.

There is simply not measurable traffic on their little site. Of course, when a site constitutes a felony one isn't going to post often or risk doing something to expose one's identity. Problem with that is it is quite obvious what the purpose of the site is and who would have reason to be posting that garbage. The fact that I am the only one whose name is mentioned that went to the police and the service provideres says it all.

When I was falsely accused of making death threats and stalking I turned myself in. I notice that isn't happening now. They can keep crying around like the spineless sissies they are, but my posting here is the only reason anyone reads their delusional, psychotic rants.

How do we know this? Well, we find it highly coincidental that Heather Dobrott has been posting about us again on July 2nd over on her scam.com wannabe site and then Doc Bunkum comes over here and posts a comment on the same day. Both, of course, have not posted in months about us on either site.
Of course, we are not surprised in the slightest. If she wants to prove she is not both people she is welcome to. A simple pic of each of you holding up a sign with the following phrases will prove you are in fact two separate people, and not actually one of Heather Dobrott’s apparent multiple personalities.

Yesterday, my fan club had plenty more to say. Looks like sour grapes to me. I have been very busy with my usual scambusting activities. So many scammers, so many public records and just not enough time, you know!

How could you scammers possibly need more pictures? You did post all my hottest shots already. Even with felony criminal charges sitting there, the folks behind the slam site just can't resist posting. The author of that site has wasted their life.

Protecting the public, making reports to the proper enforcement agencies and forwarding public record and court documents to parties in need of the facts is hardly akin to stalking, unless you are a delusional scammer that plays the blame game and is enraged that your shenanigans have been put to a stop by a persistent and spirited volunteer consumer advocate.

When he/shes' only experience of the law and how it really works is confined to faithfully watching episodes of "LA Law" and "Law and Order", he/she probably does fantasize about being able to one day stand up in court and dazzling a judge and jury with his/her legal brilliance.

Certainly, they will now be able to quote exactly and refute those lies so they won't continue to look like the fools from Mean Scammers (reliving junior high) coming to a computer near you.

I have so many new things that I will be able to share soon as well. I will not rest until the scammers that are attacking me are exposed and the public is safe from being defrauded. Minn. man gets 18-year term in Biden email threat

ST. PAUL, Minn. — A Minnesota man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for hacking into his neighbors' wireless network and framing them for distributing child pornography and email threats against Vice President Joe Biden and other officials.
Barry Ardolf, of Blaine, received the sentence Tuesday in federal court in St. Paul.
In a plea agreement in December, the 46-year-old Ardolf admitted using the hacked network to send sexually explicit emails — including one containing child pornography — to his neighbor's co-workers. He also sent threats to Biden and other public officials, signing them with the neighbor's name. He was indicted on the charges in June 2010.
Minnesota Public Radio reported Donald Oswald of the Minneapolis FBI released a statement saying Ardolf's apparent motive was "to ruin the victim's reputation and livelihood."
