Just pointing out that, in the time honoured tradition of fraudsters, diversionary tactics appear to be being used to distract attention away from Weinzerl and his schemes.

Her Ladyship mentioned the Twitter account. Before the current juvenile effort there were two other ones that were much worse. The Heather Dobrott Twitter account said I touch myself to pictures of %*^ and %!*#$ (insert the name of two well known scammers.) It got removed immedaitely as it was clearly identity theft.

That slam site is harmful to the clowns whose names are all over it. It just shows how desperate some scammers are to silence legitimate critics. Jerry Weinzierl and his son Aaron Weinzierl look especially scuzzy. Pastors allowing their names to be used for a sickening sight like that is unbelievable.

This insanity will destroy the lives of many people caught in the crossfire. The kids of everyone named on that slamsite will have to live with the aftermath and it won't be pretty.

I read the thread over there and it seems futile frank is really grasping at straws. I do find it interesting that he will not come over here and stand up for himself. So because this person does not have the courage to come here. I can, and I am sure anyone else who has an IQ larger than than their shoe size could only come to the conclusion that futile frank is not being honest.

Why don't we real scambusters throw Frantic Furter a bone. Anyone who reads things carefully will know why I do not comment on certain things. But, I digress. Franky can go to the courthouse in the county where a district case is on the docket and get access to public records. I live in Dallas county and I can go to the dungeon in the courthouse and access any records I want. It is only a dollar a page to purchase copies.

Lots of things are on Westlaw. Bankruptcies and federal case documents can be purcahsed online on PACER for a mere .08 a page.

Ol' weiner boy can easily access more records. Perhaps, Mr. Paranoid can't afford the buck a page nor can he summon the courage to come over here and spar with little ol' Mom here.

I just read it too, and a couple of things puzzle me.

First of all, why is that thread in the MLM forum? Weiner boy's thread has nothing to do with MLM, so it should have been moved right away. But it's still there. And sojustask doesn't care.

Also, she said that the rules don't apply to Heather, because she's banned.

Lenny is banned too, but the threads about him are locked. Why is that? He's no longer a member over there. Those threads should have been unlocked months ago.

If nobody can say anything about Lenny because the threads are locked, then why is the thread about Heather not locked? Sojustask not only encourages people to say bad things about Heather by keeping that thread open, but she also participates as well.

I think it's shameful. She has no interest in being a fair moderator.

Heather did nothing wrong, and she's still being treated like crap over there. She can't even defend herself.

The owner is not my Hubs. RS owns this fine site and I work for him. I was the first onboard and he asked me to admin based on the fine work I did at Scam.com and Quatloos.com. So, our dashing and debonair owner is my good friend RS and I told him we should snag the awesome Hopeful Cynic with all due haste. Hopeful Cynic is an admin here. I asked him to join me as an admin because he had been such an incredible Mod at Scam.com. He has made this place great. He did most of the work to set us up. Now, did that clear things up?

I did not have multiple IDs on Scam.com. I signed on as Soapboxmom2 only when I forgot my password and could not get on and wanted to contact someone for some assistance. I had been automatically logging in forever and when my computer crashed I couldn't for the life of me remember the password I had been using. Soapboxmorn was a scammer coming in through a proxy server and that ID shared IPs with 7 other usernames that were attacking me and photoshopping me in the fatsuit bikini and all that jazz. Soapboxmom.mom was a friend from out of state that was having fun. That person had a dedicated IP. So, anyone that has a rudimentary grasp of checking IPs on the Mod or Admin panel could easily confirm I only posted with 1 ID. George needs to get another Admin and some Mods that have a clue. This isn't exactly rocket science. I have had the same IP for well over 2 years. Cripes!!! Some people are really bad at this stuff.

I didn't jump on you, just kept pointing out that she was no longer a member here, which she isn't. And she is not even an old member in good standing. The owner himself banned and blocked her. She sucked up to him on one hand while she was plunging a knife in his back with the other. He didn't take too kindly to it.

I had asked him to allow her to stay, at least as a member. And despite what most people think, though I have his ear, so to speak, I don't always get my way.

And maybe no one came to the conclusion you speak of because you have never spoke out against people's names or ID's being used in thread titles before.

You don't have to worry about member's being subjected to the criteria you fear. Members won't

What can I call these but delusional rantings. The problems I had with Geroge boiled down to his screwing over the members at scam.com by allowing Len Clements to become a Moderator and then an Administrator when all Lenny wanted to do was harvest the personal information of the members and bring down Scam.com. Lenny called it a cesspool and vowed to get the Scam threads off of the Google search pages.

George and Lenny destroyed the site I loved and had devoted my life to. Now, it is clear no one's information will ever be safe on there. George is only interested in promoting his porn and dating crap. He has blocked so many words and names and removed so many legitimate threads that the site is nothing but a worthless joke. No one can go on there and get any useful information as all the savvy posters are for the most part long gone. I tried to help George, but he can't be bothered with the place and ignores Sojustask too. He and Lenny sent it completely down the toilet and no one with any sense would trust Geroge with their information under any circumstances. He will let any psychotic Scammer have full admin access and who knows that he wouldn't sell folks' information. Any Admin can get complete mailing lists and all sorts of fun things off of the admin panel.

Scam does host lots of pathetic episodes of the Chrissy and Heiny show, however. Poor Heiny is too clueless to figure out he is nothing but the forum jester and the Lady might send him packing at any moment. That is what that site has degenerated into. Hardly an anti-scam site. Mindless banter would about cover it.

Dear Lady,

I happen to know who I am dealing with. I know Frank Furter, if it is who it seems so obvious "it" must be, is facing certain legal challenges and is being watched by various authorities. Weiner boy quit posting on Scam.com. No one including Weiner boy is posting on www.heatherdobrott.com (which may consititue a felony in Texas). We can see Frank is too chicken to come over here. Logic dictates he has good reason to be afraid (something other than my broomstick being back in good working order, perhaps.)

I intend to hassle that sphereless wonder until he faces me on my own turf and admits to the real reason he and what are likely his alternate usernames across the net are so valiantly defending the lowest scum out there. I would bet those 8 IDs that shared IP addresses on Scam.com are in fact Frank Furter as well and responsible for www.heatherdobrott.com. Who else would be stupid enough to make a fool of themselves on the internet???

Let's throw weiner boy another bone. He is really bad at this scambusting stuff. Many cases across the country have things in place that prevent the parties and attorneys from giving out information.

Certain information can be found in certain places. Like I already explained, federal cases, bankruptcies and the related documents can be accessed on PACER for .08 a page. District Court cases can often be accessed online and a docket can be viewed, but one in Texas will have to go to the courthouse to obtain the documents and I have paid 1 dollar a page in the counties near me. County and small claims also have dockets online and Dallas and Collin county have some documents related to that, taxes, deeds, marriages and mortages etc. posted online for free.

When I accessed docs in Dallas County my name didn't show up on a court docket, but in neighboring Collin County when one requests docs the amount paid and the name of the person that accessed them appears on the docket. So, weiner boy to know an outcome of anything had to have:

1. Been present when things were decided
2. Be a close contact of a party
3. He would have had to have purchased records from any cases he talks about.

Check out his story. It certainly isn't option 3!

I will share everything when the time is appropriate and every question will be answered. The real question is why weiner boy won't come over here and post or post on www.heatherdobrott.com? Since, he claims to be so gutsy why is he afriad of me? It couldn't be because the slam site might constitute a felony and I am in contact with numerous authorities, could it?

I know all about documents being deleted. Scammers who wanted to hide the truth got all of my 126 docs removed from Scribd.com. Evolv and related threads plus dozens more disappeared from Scam.com as well. Too bad the scammers can't pull that nonsense here. I am one tough, but fair admin. I will see that problematic material is removed, but I don't cater to scammers.

So, now, little weiner boy, why don't you confess. You are not really worried about me deleting your posts here. You won't respond here because you have a lot to hide, right scammer?
