This site and it uses

Before users post people real name about programs they are in, they need to ask themselves do this actually person know if a program is a scam or not.

I did google search on my name and it brought me to this site, some user on this site posted my name and numbers on this site, like I'm a scammer, I had know clue that a program that I was a part of was consider a scam and I'm no longer in the program, but the user has tarnish my name which I know nothing about the program, the creator of this site need to watch users of this site who post people names and real information.

I'm asking kindly the creator of this site to remove the thread which my name is apart of on this site, I would like to think we can handle this as business man and in a nice way.

If this was your one and only program(scam) that you were ever part of or pimped then your request to have the relevant post removed is more then reasonable....

If however a bit of digging shows that you are a long term, full time scammer then welcome to your own special thread where your entire scamming history will be posted for all to see....

And Marcus....Take a seat, relax and make yourself comfortable.....
Mom will be along shortly to look at your request.....Or to tear you a new one.....LOL.....

I would not call Marcus a "full time scammer," but he has certainly fallen for a number of schemes and scams.

Bzzt! False. The writer probably ought to take a look at 47 USC 230. In relevant part, it reads: "No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider." In other words, the "scam site owner" is not liable for what others post. Moreover, since this is a federal statute, it preempts any state law to the contrary.
