Coffee shop prank goes viral
The film company behind a recent adaption of classic horror flick Carrie have created a stir online, after a video they shot to promote the film went viral.
The company took over a coffee shop in New York City's West Village, rigging the tables, chairs and books up to mobile devices that allowed them to be controlled and moved remotely.
A fake wall was erected and an actor attached to a harness and pulley system to create the illusion he was flying into the air.
A female actress feigned anger at another diner spilling coffee on her laptop, screaming at him before appearing to use her telekinetic powers to throw him against a wall.
The priceless reactions of diners in the store were captured on hidden video cameras placed in the cafe.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing
