    Macy's Hallelujah Chorus



    I was priveleged to perform this whole work with the Dallas Symphony as part of the chorus. But, I think Macy's is quite a concert hall!!!

    Although I am not really "religious", Handel's composition has to be the most magnificent choral work ever written in the history of music.

    I have really gotten into the whole flash mob performance entity whether it is dance, music or a combo thereof. I was introduced to it though the T mobil ads, such as the one I posted in the video thread today. I watch them over and over and they always evoke emotions and happiness for me. There is something about the spontaneity in an unexpected place and the reactions of the passerbys..........the joy, the surprise, the shock, the pleasure, the getting into the entire groove of it, many of the passerbys participating and dancing and singing along and just the joy and happiness of it all.
