I am actually more of a fan of The Eagles, but for comic relief, these guys are fun.

LRM, I love doo wop!!! I have a very eclectic taste in music. From the 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's 80's etc. Old rock and roll, standards, beach/surf, jazz, blues, ballads, pop, and more.
This was my all time fave doo wop

Here is my secret love and passion however......the incredible, the sexy, the beautiful and the talented......Ms. Krall. (we mere mortals are not allowed to speak her first name)

My tastes are extremely varied as well, ALA.
Everything from classic right up until, (but not including) anything by Justin Beiber and "I Whip My Hair" depending on my mood.
I've been a collector of DooWop since, since, since...........well, anyway a bloody long time.
ALAs' post above reminded me I still have the original album which contained this classic:

LRM I have been collecting jazz and the old pop standards by many, many artists for decades. That is my true musical addiction so I understand. Music has always been a very important part of my life since I was a small child.......and the dancing and the romance that goes along with it.
BTW, I even like disco!!! How sick is that??? lmao
Undoubtedly,
which reminds me that when Cream dissolved, Ginger produced a solo album which I duly ran out and bought.
It was right about then I learned there are definite differences between musical, vocal and drumming skills and possessing one is no indication of having ANY ability in the others.
That is a great song, Eric!! Haven't heard it in awhile either. Great tune to dance to. Just makes you want to get up and shake those parts, baby!!! lol
Speaking of moving around and throwing hands in the air, I defy anyone to listen to this clssic from the Spencer Davis Group and remain sitting still:
