    The PACER Mess

    A public concern been raised after Pacer took down big amount of the court documents.

    If Any of you are using PACER, i would recommend in public interests, to install the RECAP browser extension (for FireFox, for Chrome)

    with which you can automatically donate any document you retrieved from PACER to ARCHIVE.org (creators of wayback machine ) for historical preservation and to give free access to the same documents. And you can reduce your expenses too because RECAP will notify you if a document you are trying to retrieve is already available in Internet Archives.

    liberty reserve case is a mess,
    because for each defendant pacer listed it as a separate case, so all docs are duplicated in each case, but
    people retrieve and cache them from different cases.
