Robert Craddock indicted for wire fraud over oil spill fund
Long term observers of the HYIP ponzi fraud scene will doubtless be aware of Robert Craddock, following his attempts to cash in on the demise of both the AdSurf Daily and Zeek Rewards ponzi frauds, both of which he was a very public member, by conning members into believing he could help victims of the schemes to reclaim their money, (for a fee of course)
None of Craddocks' efforts succeeded (of course) other than the fact he was successful in making himself the butt of countless jokes as well as successfully having his a** handed to him by the various courts involved
Those who trusted him and his line of B/S, on the other hand got precisely nothing from his efforts.

The obvious problem with taking a pilot license and passport from a criminal is the assumption that the criminal will obey a law and not fly or go to a foreign country anyway! Unless the license incorporates a device that renders the plane incapable of starting...! The best policy is to keep crooks locked up if there is the slightest risk of flight ( no pun intended) to avoid prosecution...(or in our case, persecution?)!
