Singled you out? How so? I got you confused with another person of the same name, which you rightfully called me on, and I issued an apology about. Then you chose to continue the conversation with other subject matters within the thread's original topic, so it's hardly "singling you out" to make an attempt to answer your questions in a timely fashion, April.

The Iowa document makes it quite clear that the scope of the laws involved go beyond any single state, and into Federal territory, while also establishing that individual states have prosecuted cash gifting from several distinct angles.

And yes, I know quite well what 2010 Blessings' structure is. A series of gifting boards each consisting of 8, 4, 2, and one slots, within which people move towards the center as new accounts join. A single board is a conical pyramid viewed from above and depicted two-dimensionally. The accounts in the 8 positions send a "gift," or in legal parlance a consideration, to the person currently at the center. Upon receipt of the full set of "gifts" or otherwise filling all of the slots in the outer ring of 8, they move upwards to a higher board and enter it at the 8 level, sending out a new "gift" to push someone else further up and expecting in turn to make it to the center time and again to get more "gifts" themselves. One change that 2010 Blessings made from their original structure was that they added a bonus for the person reaching the center of a board, in the form of 2 free positions in the outer 8-person ring, so now they only needed to collect (theft by deception) "gifts" from 6 other people.

If you don't mind, let's keep this thread primarily for useful evidence against the 2010 Blessings members and associates, and discussion with them so they can have their side heard, and leave the idle chatter for elsewhere, all right?

Professor, with all due respect the majority of these guys aren't going to come here to present their side. They are going to come here like Robert Smith and tell you that you need to "eat a dick." The only solution is to report guys like Robert Smith to the KY State's Attorney General. Let's do that. In the meantime we will be civil as long as they are.

The two of you are Americans. Why don't you both print out copies of the whole thread, fill out copies of IRS Form 3949-A (see http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3949a.pdf ) and send them in for processing at the fraud dept. in Fresno? You can mark the following boxes on pretty much all members of the group who were active prior to Dec. 2009: Unsubstantiated Income, Wagering/Gambling, Unreported Income.
For the core members like Jon, (Alan) Glen, and Skeeter, the "Organized Crime" box would seem to be suitable as well, while anyone involved with the JustBeenBlessed.com sub-group within 2010 Blessing could also be a candidate for "Public/Political Corruption" due to leader John Moton promoting it while holding public office, and possibly while running for another term in that public office.

There's a second form that can be used to report members who are accountants, notaries, or otherwise aid people with their taxes (Tommy Hunter, possibly Courtney Johnson, certainly others) which goes to another IRS dept. for special handling.

What kind of twisted thinking is this, Justin? If nobody opened illegal programs because they were illegal, that kind of defeats the idea of committing crimes. One of the whole points of fraudulent schemes is to convince the gullible that black is white and up is down, getting them to do things that they may not have done if the promoter had been honest with them.

Furthermore, as has been said in the past, I am not anti-MLM. Nor am I pro-MLM. Mostly, I ignore MLMs unless they spam me or have an abusive product.

Additionally, you did just claim a $69,900 profit so far this year in a thread that was marked previously as being evidence for the IRS. Better make sure you report that next April in your tax return.

I'm not entirely sure which cash gifting pyramid I first encountered David in. Maybe New Hope, maybe The Miracle Network. I'm absolutely certain he was in the latter, but not so sure about the former. Glen Todd was in that too, and the current scheme being run by the same folks (The Perfect Guardian) is administrated by Linda Burgio, another of 2010 Blessings' members.

Small update regarding Denny Vann.
It seems that his last name is a shortened form of a longer legal surname.

"Denny VanDevier" was answering from the email account kdvdirect@yahoo.com in Dec. 2009, when he was informed that cash gifting was, like chain letters, illegal. Of course, being Denny, he totally blew it off. The scheme in question was 2010 Blessings at the time as well, which places him among the relatively early members in the pyramid.

However, the only postal address I've found tied to that email seems suspect to me.
