    "Cash disbursement" scammer

A con man currently calling himself "The Financial Motivator" has been hitting the southeastern United States
with a get rich quick scheme recently. A bit of research into his past shows that he and his family have been
doing this kind of fraud for years. His initials appear to be S. M., with the M most likely standing for Meier.
Besides the telltale phone number, his most common spoor is the "invitation code" SM973.

Before I go further, let me remind readers why the claim of 'cash donations from interested persons' is
    fraudulent.
    http://www.atg.wa.gov/pyramid-schemes
Washington law declares the following practices illegal under the Anti-pyramid Promotional Schemes Act:
    (1) No person may establish, promote, operate, or participate in any pyramid scheme.
    (2) A limitation as to the number of persons who may participate, or the presence of additional conditions affecting
eligibility for the opportunity to receive compensation under the scheme, does not change the identity of the scheme as a
    pyramid scheme.
    (3) It is not a defense under chapter 65, Laws of 2006 that a person, on giving consideration, obtains goods, services, or
intangible property in addition to the right to receive compensation, nor is it a defense to designate the consideration a
gift, donation offering, or other word of similar meaning.

The scammer's newsletter gives this nonsensical "address" to the unsuspecting.

Some of the names this scam has gone under include:

    MCD (Monthly Cash Disbursement)
    ACDG (Anonymous Cash Disbursement Group)
    ARSP (American Retirement Savings Plan)
    CDS (Cash Disbursement Systems)

A number of classified ads with this phone number, and no description of the "business opportunity," appeared
in the 2006 & 2007 issues of Yachting magazine and Motor Boating magazine. They merely told people to
"Stop dreaming about it! start earning enough $ to buy one" with the phone number.

He's pulled down his old videos and put a fresh batch up.
Still comes across as slimier than a slug milkshake though.

In Oct. 2015, he and his shills were pushing a programme named "MAD IBC."
The following inviter codes were observed in connection with his phone number and this scam.

"Chris" of West Palm Beach gave out the code CR9983

"David" of Port St. Lucie gave out the code SE9985

    -------------------------

In June 2015, the email address joinua1today@gmail.com distributed the code UW8737

A slug milkshake! That is a new one. Hilarious!

Pity the link has been removed. Maybe we can see some more examples of this slug's slime.
