Some of the hype and misinformation she is claiming on the main site (various pages):

Most Gifting Activities Fail when you have to cycle, wait on your turn to be the RECEIVER, Loose people interested in the activity because of issues with dishonest people or people who wont share the gifts. Most gifting activities are set up for failure because the money is not there! If you follow this TESTED & PROVEN method of gifting, You will not FAIL this time. This gifting activity is unique because we want you to use our K.I.S.S. (Keep it Simple System) and stick to the guidelines in place to help you succeed. if you STOP the activity STOPS!!

Most people like this gifting format because you receive gifts from everyone you invite, No waiting. You are in control. Each and Every individual is at the head of his or her own group. This is NOT a Pyramid nor Ponzi Scheme. Manage your group at all times, require your Top 5 V.I.P.'S to get the same Pre-Paid Debit Card so Transfers are free BETWEEN members.
Fact: What she describes is a pyramid scheme.

Forced matrix one of the best ways to guarantee success. Why? Because your INVITER is obligated to help you in order for him or her to receive blessings. You can only have 5 referrals on your 1st level, if you keep inviting you will cause Spillover helping grow your Activity faster.
Our forced matrix is 5 x 4 = Each V.I.P. can only have 5 V.I.P.'S under each of them 4 levels deep.

In Today's Struggling Economy It is much Easier to help each other than to get a J.O.B. (Just over Broke)

If you are interested in joining our community, please don't hesitate to fill in the form above. We are available to do phone conferences for those who need to ask questions.

Stick with this plan for many years to come and never worry about money ever again!! Its up to you.

Spend your seeds after you have given your gifts in each level. IMPORTANT - Give gifting statement/Non-solicitation letter with each gift.
    (Print below)

Dishonest members will be BANNED from the community forever! No exceptions. Only invite those you know and TRUST. You will guide them throughout this Activity. You are in control.

Re: Top5VIP - yet another gifting scam

ProfHenryHiggins it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance and read how you have attacked Top5VIP gifting activity. It is people like you that do not want to see others be blessed by those of us who truly want to bless them. 1st of all, gift claims for Top 5 VIP are obtainable and true. If you know 5 people who want to get involved in the activity and they have 5 people they know and trust of their own that need help with finances or whatever and have $20 to participate in this Gifting activity or the hundreds of gifting activities online and offline there is nothing you or anyone else can do about it.

This activity says if they invite 5 V.I.P.'s (Very Important People) in their lives that are struggling or in need of a blessing, those willing participants will each give the person that invited them to the activity $20 each to get started. Those 5 people that got involved of their own free will with no coercion of any kind outside of knowing the possibilities of what this gifting activity yields as longs as they follow the rules of this activity are not committing a crime or scamming anyone. Their gifts are supported by signed gifting statements and non-solicitation letters and given to those they know or make acquaintance with.

Gifting has been around a long time and will be around after you are dead and buried. Top 5 VIP gifting activity is not a pyramid. EVERY INDIVIDUAL creates 5 people under them that's it. So that means EVERY INDIVIDUAL will receive a cash gift from individuals who want to give cash to someone they invited to the activity. If the person joins the activity and invites only 1 person they get their money back, If that same person gives a gift of $20 to their Inviter and does not share the blessings with 5 others they already know this activity is not for them.

What I think, is you got too much time on your hands worrying about the wrong things, downing programs that YOU do not know anything about. If Gifting is not for you, Do not Join! Every Gifting Program you see is not out to hurt others. Maybe in the past some have, but I know that Top 5 VIP is not one of them. You need to focus your attention on people selling & using dope to get money or killing for money or prostituting for it.

GIFTING is a Blessing from those of us who want to help others. You cant stop gifting. I been in gifting for many years and it was a true blessing from those who gave to me in my time of need. You need to get a life and bash the real scammers. I am not one of them. 2010 blessings have thousands of members and you are bashing that activity. Grown people have the right to spend their money anyway they want too. FACT: The IRS says that 1 individual can give another individual up to $13,000 cash money or gifts in a calendar year with out taxes being imposed because the money has already been taxed by w-2 earnings. Find people that are truly out to hurt others and scam others to worry about.

If I do not invite 5 people who willingly want to join this activity I will get zero! If people got into gifting activities blind and did not know why they were giving their money to another person and did not know what the gifting statement & non-solicitation forms were for, then you can call it a scam. I appreciate your concerns about gifting but do not make statements on programs you have not tried yourself.

If you wanted to get into the activity but did not know 5 people to bless so that we could bless those across the world, you would not be a good candidate for this gifting program. We could help those in disasters with our activity whereas we may not be able to help anyone with our current incomes. This world is going through enough right now, People losing SENIORITY after 10 & 15 years on the job having to start over. My only concern with gifting is that I help those that need my help. Do not try to stop my blessings or anyone's for that matter. The only way to get through this physical cliff and natural destruction is to simply HELP EACH OTHER.

No matter what you think of me, I am here to help as many people as I can. I am exercising my Privacy Act. Do not post or list any of my public information online again. I will notify the website owner because I read on the registration that I could not post any of my personal information on this site although you have already done that for me.

What others see on Top5VIP is what I want them to see. I am not hiding from anyone. Who ever wants to talk to me in person can, my number is on the site.

When cash gifters come on REALSCAM.com and make statements like that, it is more proof the majority of cash gifters have absolutely no knowledge of the law/s they are breaking and there's as much smoke and mirrors in their posts as there is in their cash gifting activities.

Tip #1) We have not "posted" your information here, we have simply "REposted" your information here.
The information is from the public domain. It's there because you put it there as part of your participation in illegal cash gifting.

Tip #2) If you're going to exercise your "privacy" make sure you keep it an its' leash. There's nothing worse than a privacy running free unrestrained
