Mr Scherling has also started a pyramid scheme sales organization known as Le Vel marketing the nonsensical "Thrive" transdermal patch claiming to be the worlds first "Derma Fusion Technology weight loss patch" from the Jonny Profit.com registered to Jonny Profits' alter ego, John Scherling
