Elected official running a "gifting club?"

Hmm. Justbeenblessed.com appears to being run by "Commissioner John Moton" of
314 Clifton Street Camden, AL 36726

He also appears to be holding elected office in Wilcox County there. Conflict of interest, laundering money
for 2010blessings, promoting OneX and a tripler scheme, among others?

What are other people's thoughts about this situation? Has he broken rules governing his office, in addition to securities
violations and possible tax fraud through "gifting" and administrating a website specifically to promote cash gifting?

Perhaps better questions would be "How has he NOT broken rules governing his office, in addition to securities
violations and possible tax fraud through "gifting" and administrating a website specifically to promote cash gifting?"

    and

"to whom does one report someone who has broken rules governing his office, in addition to securities
violations and possible tax fraud through "gifting" and administrating a website specifically to promote cash gifting?"

StopFraud.gov - Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force

    Federal Trade Commission

and the Attorney General's Office in Alabama:

State of Alabama | Office of the Attorney General

Does that help any and maybe also Wilcox County Judge but he may be corrupt also.

I would (assume) that video is fake but of course I am not sure. Here is the location of Form 409 for filing taxes.

Wilcox Cty., AL Commissioner John Moton on ClearWater Solutions - YouTube

    ClearWater Solutions

Does not make him corrupt but in years past there has been a lot of mishandling and kickbacks... I watched 2 others saying about the same thing as John Moton. You decide.

That would be the same Wilcox Cty., AL Commissioner John Moton on YouTube

    While running the
John Moton registered JustBeenBlessed cash gifting site

Complete with phony "cash gifting is legal" information.

Just in case there's any doubt as to ownership/registration of the Cash gifting site:

From The Desk of: Commissioner Moton comes: John Moton/motonjags One24 page

John Moton makes his intentions very clear on the
    Commissioner Moton @motonjags Twitter page

(yep, the same Onex accused of being an alleged ponzi by the prosecutors in the AdSurf Daily / Andy Bowdoin case)

Eh? When was One24 mentioned in the Bowdoin case? I thought that was OneX that was referenced as being a ponzi, LRM.
