Gifting scam, or a Ponzi posing as a gifting pyramid?
This one wants the victims to send all funds through a central location, in addition to abusing "gifting statements" and conducting tax fraud.

Here's another one, with very much the same earmarks. But unlike the one above, I found what seems to be a record of the admin involved in another gifting scam.
