There was a jury, and they did return a guilty verdict. On Harvey Joseph Dockstader, Jr., the head of Elite Activity Resurrected. Ulrich stepped into his position while Dockstader was in prison, and continued to do what put Harvey in there.

You might also wish to look up the Talkfusion court case that involved Ulrich personally. He lost.

You're entirely correct.

IF we were to call J.J. Ulrich a murderer, then we would be opening ourselves up to massive legal action.

However, we're not doing any such thing.

We are simply pointing out that information exists on the internet showing that J.J. Ulrich is a serial fraudster, with involvement in the Elite Activity Resurrected (court verified) illegal cash gifting scheme, the ClickPaid scam and the collapsed JustBeenPaid / ProfitClicking / AdClick Xpress HYIP ponzi fraud.

Ulrich was also the self described "CEO" of the collapsed illegal cash gifting scheme known as "Connecting Us All"

In fact, there are probably a large number of people who could think of no better outcome than for JJ Ulrich to go ahead and institute some sort of "massive legal action" against his critics.

Who wouldn't love to be a fly on the courtroom wall to watch the discovery phase of THAT "massive legal action"

I just noticed that he runs a website called meetwithteamelite.com. Anything connecting Jerry (JJ) Ulrich and the word 'elite' sets off alarm bells.
