the victims need to recruit even bigger fools than they are.
It appears that the livetowinclub.com website was designed by Rajkumar Kannan, a.k.a. "crazyraj2504"

Investigations regarding Joel's involvement in Zeek Rewards suggest an Ontaio, Canada address, but his contact info
found in connection with this scheme locates him in the vicinity of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Even the Ontario
data shows a number of different addresses.
On the other hand, Finch Jewelers in Lancaster, PA has a record of Joel & Kristen's wedding in July of 2012.
Perhaps he married to gain United States residency?
