Back on July 9th, 2012, I mentioned this fellow in a sighting listed in

showed evidence captured in Jan. 2012.

Today, March 24, 2013, I caught him still plugging away with claims of "legal cash gifting" via
affinity fraud, cunningly mixing his appeal to victims within discussions of Biblical verses.
