Payoneer prepaid MasterCard partnership with scam broker
A few months ago I was contacted by someone from TRADAXA.COM , a forex broker promising very good results . When you open an account with them you can get a Payoneer prepaid Mastercard . they promise you can withdraw the money on your tradaxa account via the Payoneer card.
When I got my card ( with SISMACAPITAL logo , Tradaxa is a subsidiary of SIMACAPITAL) I wanted to withdraw some money. Each withdraw I tried was refused while my account had enough money. I found out on the AMF website that SISMACAPITAL is a blacklisted broker.
I contacted Payoneer support but after 1 month the only answer is " your inquiry is under investigation" .
Either Payoneer / Mastercard is complice of these people or they have been duped and they must pursue the scammers.

I don't think you're going to have much luck tracking down Sisma Capital.
It's website is down and appears to have been down since May, 2014

It is registered to a Moshe Benhamou using a New Zealand address:

While on his moshe-benhamou LinkedIn profile Mr Benhamou himself claims to be resident in Israel:

Re: Payoneer prepaid MasterCard partnership with scam broker
I got all these informations concerning sisma capital but the TRADAXA.COM is still available and through this site you can still get a mastercard prepaid card which means that Payoneer / Mastercard still has a partnership with sisma capital . They must have the name and address of the responsibles and should be able to get pressure on them , unless they don't care about their customers.

Unfortunately, gluc, it seems you are in for a costly lesson in why dealing with the kind of unregulated, HYIP supporting payment processors is unwise.

Payoneer Terms and Conditions
I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one in a TV series, but, based on past watching similar complaints involving other payment processors, it appears you have signed away almost any right to refunds, damages or return of your money and, unless you are prepared to institute and fund what could be a very costly legal process, you appear to have "done your dough" so to speak.
As far as your Mastercard prepaid card goes, your agreement is between Payoneer and you.
Payoneer is the issuer of the card, and, unless Mastercard receives sufficient complaints or realizes its' brand is being negatively associated, or it's terms and conditions are not being complied with, it can do nothing.
Re: Payoneer prepaid MasterCard partnership with scam broker
I agree I have been a bit naive to give my money to that broker , but the fact that there was a partnership with Mastercard made me confident. Look for "tradaxa.com scam " on the web and you will find on forex forum many people complaining about them.
Many people don't want to go any further that's why these kind of people can carry on their business .
Re: Payoneer prepaid MasterCard partnership with scam broker
It is believed there was not any relationship with the real Mastercard. It's revealed in that other thread. They could have very easily made a fake Mastercard,
