Herbalife near settling class action

I hope more reps step up and they give Herbalife the lambasting they deserve. It is high time these scams be held accountable! 1.5 million of which the vast majority lost their shirts is the tragic reality of these MLMs limping along on the losses of the great masses that pay in to participate in the money losing game. Ackman rocks!

I truly hope the FTC shuts down Herbalife for being an illegal pyramid scheme. Based on the evidence I've seen, I don't see how Herbalife can escape. But as we know, political forces and backroom deals could be made to allow Herbalife to escape being shut down.
