Absolutely nothing wrong, Pigida is from Kiev originally and the domain was also initially registered to:

    DELTA-X Ltd.
    PO Box 65
    Kiev,Kiev Region,UA 03065

After changing address to US one, they either did not notice the country or it is just not possible to switch the country at registrar.

    Re: Trend Sound Promoter

I have quite a few friends that invested into this trend sound promoter. They have all showed me their checks that theyve recieved for doing what they do, sending emails or whatever. Is this company too iffy to invest in? I dont believe the hype. Easy money doesnt seem real to me. Especially when all you have to do is send so many emails a day at. 40 an email. I have a feeling there is something behind this all thats not good. All these friends are extremely excited because theyve invested 2-9 thousand and are making 400-3000 a month. From all you veterans, what do you think? Legit company trying to get people to invest so they can become a huge company or a scheme where people invest and at one point, the owner cuts everything off, takes the money and lives a good life?

It is a Ponzi and a Pyramid scheme.

There is no way sending an email would be worth 40c and asking money upfront for "work to make money" is a scam giveaway.

As to which agency to complain, I am not sure should it be FTC or SEC.
But I believe it fits perfect under Howey test and makes this opportunity an Investment (a security) for which nobody of them is authorized by SEC.

The "Work" ,you need to do for "earning", involves 3 mouse clicks for something like retrieving one address from their batch and clicking "send".

who cares, if that spam email gets sent or not by their server (probably not:) ) -

But if someone thinks this gesture (requiring you–human for some reason) in today computer-automated world can possibly generate 40 cents profit, needs some adjustments to their logical reasoning, or perhaps they missed some computer literacy classes.

For conversation sake, assuming this won't be your only post as some sort of a veiled attempt to promote this sludge.

    1. Can you tell us about ALL THE FRIENDS? Are they so successful and generous in life that they are just sharing this "opportunity"with you? Or are they sharing it with EVERYONE with a pulse and a wad of cash? See, cause if it was me and I could invest $2,000 to $9,000 and make $400 to $3000 per month (which is sort of an odd injection to a question) here is what I would do. Invest as much money as I could, and then I would turn around and HIRE A FEW PERSONAL ASSISTANTS IN INDIA or SIMILAR LOCATION TO SEND EMAIL FOR ME. I would keep hiring more people to send email, put my feet up and cash checks.

    2. ASSUMING there is an opportunity where the OWNER could start with $2,000 to $9,000 and make $400 to $3000 per month (which is STILL sort of an odd injection to a question), why would they bother involving your friends in this great deal? Is there some reason they would not find a small pool of investors and hire people to send email for them all day?

    3. For the sending emails part of this business, could the owner not rig something up with say a monkey and a banana that is just out of reach? Each time Curious George jumps for the nanner, 10,000,000 emails are sent which is pretty much how it works now.

I am not seeing any reality based scenario where anyone needs anything more than your cash.

Ribshaw, what they call "sending email" is not actually sending email,
it just 3 mouse clicks, and their web site presumably sends something to someone outside your control :) which brings the question: wtf for they need you? :)

The process of "sending emails" you can see at 01:35

The package you "buy" also includes copy protected music of various artists they promote, which you free to re-sell if you ever find someone who want to buy it.

So you see how they trying to avoid being accused of investment scheme ?

You Buy a package with music tracks you can resell, and opportunity to "make money" by some magic gesture of your hand and mouse.

OK, so I was off by 2 monkeys, but they can all jump the same nanner.

I lasted about 3 minutes with the video. Vacuum cleaner over dudes shoulder, baby crying, old man hacking like he has tuberculous, and it looks like this was shot at the supper table. Everything about his video says I will be living with my parents for a looooooooooongggggggggg time.

Am with you in on the WTF part!! Pretty sure there are parts of the world where I could get the emails sent, and have my workers spend the next 14 hours making sneakers and I-Phones. $5 bucks a head, only because of my humanitarian nature. Even for a technical neanderthal like me, this is a joke.

    Re: Trend Sound Promoter

These are all my thoughts exactly. This is exactly why although ive been told to "invest" and although they have shown me the checks theyve recieved, i havent "invested" because its a bunch of garbage. At first i was tempted, but then my common sense helped me out. How do these schemes work though? I personally know a few very good friends that did it, invested a number of thousands, and have made some money already as theyve shown me the checks and i was with them when they cashed them. I tell them its all garbage lies and they say "it might not last forever but if it lasts a year and i make a few thousands from it, ill be happy". They had to get a business license and give their SSN and all their info to have their "promoting business". This doesnt seem very logical to me

Are you familiar with Ponzi schemes ?
To tell you in couple words - New investors supplying the inflow of the money to pay old ones, scheme collapses when there is no enough flow of new investments to satisfy demand of paying old or scammer just runs as soon as he approaches disbalance. Basically, huge majority will loose anyway.

He did that but the monkeys went out on strike and demanded 2 bananas per day....So he fired them all and replaced them with human suckers...

Sadly people all around the world live in conditions just like that or worse, most of them don't steal for a living. He is likely stealing from families just like his, or poorer. And the same is true for my pals in Nigeria. I have a chat going with a lady on my other screen who lost $60,000 or so to a Nigerian Scammer, she will likely be losing her house. It is not lost on me that if I had been born in a ghetto somewhere I might even be the one taking her money. However, most poor people don't run scams on others to better their lot in life.

From an are they telling the truth standpoint in someone's video, the consistency of the message with the surroundings matters. People who talk about money with a sense idolatry yet have conditions that say the otherwise in my opinion are not being honest. People who speak like this often would want to display their "success". Which is why folks like Wade Cook, Robert Allen and others have gone bankrupt numerous times. If someone is flashing wealth, that means little to me, but if someone is talking it from a kitchen table, something doesn't jive.

Overall, I respect and believe a wealth message of working hard, living well below your means, saving, and paying for the occasional luxury with cash. My intent is never to disparage hard working people, no matter their conditions. But as I told Brad Kamanski, people who live like this, are not shooting U-Tube videos about how much money you can make. $7 million in gold found in dead Nevada man's home - U.S. News

To get people interested, the promoter must spread a little money around. If your friend puts in $9,000 for at least three months he can cash his own checks of $3,000 a piece. In the meantime, he tells you and everyone else what a great thing he found, so they all jump in and the cycle repeats. People who "tested the waters" with a little money suddenly become convinced and go big. At some point soon in, the operator must convince people to stop taking money out and roll their profits over. This is easy when they can see their accounts growing bigger by the day on a computer screen. Then it is just a simple matter of math and time until:

The law moves in. Zeek Rewards !! How to get to $3K a month, starting as a free member !

This is exactly how i figured it works. I dont believe in easy money. At least this type of easy. Of course, we all want to become wealthy by clicking 2 buttons and sitting on our butt but is unrealistic. There are people in my church community that are very into this and swear by it. One of the guys that first started this claims he is making 6000 a month in profit now and showed the check to some people i know, getting them all roudied up and excited about it. I guess maybe there is a chance he is making this but i have a hard time believing it. They all say "i dont care if it blows up because i know it will. As long as i can make a few thousand from it before it does, im happy". I guess these schemes work for the people that are first to invest.

First of all you should explain that person that it is not a profit but ill-gotten gains or in some jurisdictions called stolen property / goods.

Second this scam is operating within US, i would also assume some money are hidden in US banks, when this thing will get busted, and there is a big chance it will,
your friend and others can face claw back actions and perhaps being charged too.

For reference can show them what happened to Zeek Rewards net winners and Profitable Sunrise promoters.

Also if members in your church actively recruiting into the scam, they already broke a set of laws, they can only hope nobody will pay attention to them
or this scam disappears quietly without any authorities involved.

Churches are filled with scams like this, Miracle Car comes to mind, but a lot of genius investor type stuff. Ephren Taylor Accused of $11 Million Christian Ponzi Scheme by SEC - ABC News So and So is getting great returns. It may be worth you doing some research and taking it to the church elders in confidence. Let them spread the word, assuming of course they have not also been lulled in.

Maybe for the people that recruit or continually pull out their booty. But only in the same way as someone stealing from the collection plate considers it a second job.

I feel for you, it is a tough spot to be in.

I also have couple of friends that are involved with this scam.

Does anyone know more about this "company"?

My friends have put in $10,000 to get started and have recruited others. They show real checks and all, but it's still a scam, they get "bonuses" for recruiting people and pennies for "emailing". The whole thing is a clear cut scam but people want to believe in easy money.

The worst thing about these scams, is that the recruits they recruit are used to get their own "investment" out and they say "hey we make money, it works!".

I just hope this whole thing falls apart before more of my friends get suckered in...

Also on their main home page they have links to "Best Buy" "Walmart" etc... making it look like they partner with them, but in fact those are just links to main sites with referral ID so taht they get little kickback if you make any purchases...

This link was previously posted by JTMT and after I scrolled through again found it was also posted by LRM. What is Trend Sound Promoter?

So I checked it out and reposted it as if it were my own idea. I'm sneaky like that, watch your work. The whole thing is well worth a read IMO and below are a few things you could try with your friends. Give it a shot and see if there is any validity to the fake email assertions.

5,000,000 people working for minimum wage when they could be sending 475 emails a day for $50,000 a year. Volodimyr Pigida could double their wages and still have $20K a head left over, add the buy-in and recruiting and this ends one way.

They do not actually send out any email.

This one you can try testing yourself. It took us 13 tries, before it worked for us. This method you can check if you have an actual account with Trend Sound Promoter. Before sending out the email, open the source of the page (Ctrl + U). Look for the email address that you are sending out to, it will look something like somename35@hotmail.com. Go to the email provider and see if you can register that email address. Because many of these email address are old and many do not exist, you can register the email address, before sending out the email through Trend Sound Promoter. Register that email address, and go ahead and send the email from Trend Sound Promoter. You will see that Trend Sound Promoter does not output any emails, whatsoever.

They use old, abandoned email addresses.
This step is harder to check. If you have an account, check the source of the website page where you are sending out the email (Ctrl + U). You should be able to see the full email addresses you are sending out to. Now Google it. When I Googled, I found that these email addresses come from a 10-15 year old, list of "harvested" email addresses, which anyone can buy. Harvested, meaning that they were crawled and picked up by bots.

Strange the word CHECK, in this day and age. Return the UPC from 4 packs of tissue, still get a check me thinks.

This could use a little clarification. Years back certain MLM distributors would go to the bank and take out several $100 bills to show off while they were out stalking. When the hunt was finished they would redeposit the money in the bank. So there is that possibility.

    Of course there other possibilities....

Screw showing me the checks. Show me the bank statement showing the check cleared and the money was deposited into the checking account. You can fake checks. Wake up people, and also ask for them to show a copy of their tax return for all the income they claim they have made from any venture. It is called due diligence.
