Avoid Foreign HR China Job Scam in Beijing, now owned by CEO Rosie Tang aka Rebecca Tang

Fraud Warning to all China job & TEFL Teacher applicants - Foreign HR is now blacklisted.

Most people know Rebecca Tang as the notorious scam artist whose China ESL company got more than 1,000 expat teachers arrested and deported for working without Z visas between 2012-1014. Then she was arrested, pleaded guilty to fraud, skimming, and extortion and because she cooperated with the PSB (giving them her client list) she spent only one year in jail.

After being released in 2016, Rebecca changed her fake Chinglish name to Rosie Tang, cut her long black hair and dyed it brown and started dressing like a librarian instead of like a hooker. She moved her office from Haidian District (Xidan) to Chaoyang and pretended to be someone else until one of ex employees who was cheated out of 60,000 exposed her masquerade,

She recently purchased ownership in Foreign HR which was started by Eric Liu in 2012 and had a fairly decent reputation, something Rebecca/Rosie never hand. But now that Rosie is the CEO she is back to her old bullshit of put teachers to work illegally, selling fake diplomas, and generally lying through her teeth to trick and trap new teachers into coming to China to work for the worst employers possible - those that are not even authorized by the government to teach, nor hire foreign employees.

She was recently arrested again along with Brett Van Ze**er for selling fake documents in a sting operation. More info about Foreign HR and its new CEO Rosie Tang can be found at Reddit.com/r/chinascamcentral, here at scam.com https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?...-etc-BLACKLIST (see page 14) and her photo is posted here with statements of some of her many many victims: China Foreign Teachers Union offers 1,000 rmb Reward For Legal Name Of This Chinese Scam Artist "Rosie" Using 14 Different Alias Names | Open Letter

Please warn your friends and colleagues to avoid FOREIGN HR and all the other companies owned and controlled by Rosie Tang and her gang of foreign "partners" including Eric Winder, David Valley, Derrick Yazwa, and Nikki Pedrag:

    * New World Education

As you can see this is one busy and devious woman. By the time you read this she will sure be creating some new aliases to full us all. That is why it is a good idea to check this link regularly to keep abreast of her criminal exploits http://reddit.com/r/tefl_tips_traps_scams. Stay safe all and remember to warn your friends by sending them this link. Help us keep up with Rebecca's name games by updating this link whenever she starts up a new company or changes here name yet again. Thanks.

Hey Tank... Great post. I thought when Rebecca Tang was arrested in 2015 we would see the last of her. But despite all of this publicity below, the judge only gave her a one year prison sentence even though she pled guilty to "defrauding more than 1,000 foreign teachers" for "more than Y5 million rmb" (exact numbers were not givenn).

We do know that more than 1,200 of her clients were arrested and deported however and she herself collected the reward moneys for turning them in after she was busted and made a deal to cooperate. But now not only is she back to her old ways of swindling expat teachers, she is fishing for her new victims at Reddit where she herself is a moderator at the TEACHERS sub and has her agents and sock puppets lurking on the TEFL and China Job subs as you can see here https://www.reddit.com/r/teaching/co...ent_names_and/.

It seems only a bus or an outraged victim will ever stop her. Surely we cannot count on the Chinese police nor their courts to lock away this menace.

Re: Avoid Foreign HR China Job Scam in Beijing, now owned by CEO Rosie Tang aka Rebecca Tang

This is Eric LIU, Foreign HR's founder and CEO, since 2008 till today, I have never heard of Rebecca Tang or Rosie Tang, my company Foreign HR has been here in China with office in Beijing for about 10 years, and we have never been sold to anybody/any company or had any merge/joint venture with anybody/any company. I don't know this post's author"Seattle" and the first replier "Frankly My Dear" relations and how they knew this so called story about Foreign HR, which I myself has no clue at all, though I have no comments about Rebecca/Rose, since I don't know her. I suggest all of the readers search more sources about Foreign HR, like LinkedIn, Twitter, Chinese Baidu, to get more information about us, so that you can have a real and fair knowledge about Foreign HR.

I also found out that, what the website people have been talking about is ForeignER HR, not Foreign HR, people all make these two names confused. You can take a look at this link:
    https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?...ACKLIST/page15

This author says: "Hi, I have answered a job ad from ForeignHR and I confirm that something is wrong with them. They offered me to start working with a tourist visa and then apply for a working visa after arriving in China. Obviously, I am not going any further. The persone I spoke with calls herself "Rita Tao":
    email:ritatao@foreignerhr.com
    Skype/wechat: xiaode1900"

So its very obvious that the email domain is foreignerhr, not foreignhr.

    Thank you very much.

I believe you guys are mentioning Foreigner HR, not Foreign HR, they are two different companies. Please give a fair post when you wanna share some scam news. Thank you.
