I've sent an email to him alerting him to the use of his image.

The whole Easy Internet Profit Shop page reads like a Cinderella Story...it even includes a picture of Cinderella in the sales page - which would think would be copyrighted.

There are nice touches like the the specific income testimonials being used that violate the recent FTC
No Safe Harbor Guidelines within their Testimonials & Endorsements guidelines update.
