What do you make of this guy
Lyndon Farrington|Lyndon Farrington Banners Broker
Note while he claims witnessess he does not namre them or name the officers of BB he claims to have dealt with.
HE does however claim BB Canada and BB International to be the same people and SP to be there only to facilitate the whole operastion

Many companies do a name change, it is legal.
...Not all people associated with SP have a history in Ponzis. Some of the staff at SP were simply clerks and assistants with backgrounds other than Ponzis.
Thats where I felt it lent credibility to SP as if SP were a separate properly run company with normal decent people running it . SP are central to and active in this scam IMO.

Her is another example
I certainly don't defend SP's business association they had with BBI. They promoted the BBI scam
Can you see it gives the impression that BBI a Belize company is the scam and SP a Canadian company is not directly involved in or somehow just acting as an agent for BBI? Thats what got my attention. In fact IMO Raj and Hooker and all ther others in BB Canada later called Stellar Point are intrinsically linked to this scam. They arent just an associated link to BBI who are presented as being "higher up".

How can you claim that I am defending SP as a legit business based on the statement:
"I certainly don't defend SP's business association they had with BBI. They promoted the BBI scam ". By promoting the scam are they not, as you say, directly involved?
I don't see where my statement would give anyone with a working knowledge of the English language the impression that SP was not involved in promoting the BBI scam.

Also, have noticed this piece in his blog:
'...There were about 50 accounts that were not capable of running their own business so I established relatives to run this for them...'
Which I translate to 50 elderly people who he took money from.

Thanks for taking the life out of this thread with your whining and pettiness. Your very annoying.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Thanks to Tony H for highlighting this on Patrick's blog about the Telexfree scam but it applies to all scams and is precisely what I said earlier in this thread.
SEC officials acknowledge investigating the company for some time. They say their methodical approach was needed to gather enough facts that would convince a judge to freeze a company’s financial accounts.
No doubt it takes time to make cases like these. But in the interim, a lot of people continued to send their money to TelexFree.
In some small countries, regulators instead issued earlier public fraud warnings about the company. That’s not the way things work here.
The deliberate approach of state and federal investigators may still pay off, but only if the government can recover millions of dollars and return them to investors. That outcome is far from a sure thing.

This older woman on BB Face book page thinks she is going to help her grandson finish university .....could be the first stage of Alzheimer's disease...if not..she is still dreaming....what a shock she will get once she realize the grandson will be the one the help she will need from....besides she almost described BB as ponzi....all in all, quite pathetic :
Maisie Vandenberg - " Hello everyone, I hope all is well. What a fantastic journey we are all on. We are clearly experiencing some turbulence that we will no doubt pass through. What Chris needs is sales, the more advertising people buy the quicker we will all get paid. I just bought a package for my grandson so when he goes to university he will not have to get a loan, I urge you all to do the same. Is there someone you could buy a package for? The sooner sales go up the sooner the money will go through the system to buy more advertising and the sooner we will all get paid. Here is to Christopher. Hurrah!"

Hm ,it reminds me on a story - A mathematician organized a raffle in which the prize was advertised as an infinity amount of money and of course he sold all the tickets quickly. When the winning ticket was drawn, and the happy winner came to claim his prize, the mathematician explained the mode of payment : - 1 Dollar now,1/2 a Dollar next week,1/3 a Dollar the week after that..........

The good news for Maisie is that if intelligence is inherited, he won't need the university money as he'll be rock bottom of his class.

Ian Driscoll was sacked by Banners Broker in Nov 2012, he was not responsible for the problems that the company ran into,
in fact he has taken legal action against Banners Broker and is pursuing them in the courts for monies due to him. Ian is heading up Flexkom International in the UK and feels that the record should be set straight concerning his integrity and business acumen.
Now, THAT would be a court case worth paying money to go and see.
And, what a great scenario for a sitcom it would make.
