Words such as “investment”, “doubling”, “ROI”, “compounding”, or “interest”, guarantee in relations to income earned may NOT be used. Affiliates found to be in violation of these terms are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of any products purchased."

You can't use words like this because it would then drag BB into the spotlight of regulators. They don't want that kind of publicity do they?

Shows how ignorant I am that I did not even consider the fact that the time a scheme has actually been running can also be a scam itself.
So when, in your estimation, did the scheme actually start taking in hard cash from "associates", and even more importantly, now that BB are coming onto the radar of government institutions and others like this website, how much time have they got left (in the event that they actually are fraudsters of course!) before they have to make a run / fake a collapse or, if we are very lucky, get arrested for fraud?

Well done SSB. For trying to do something about this scam. Government agencies are notoriously slow off the mark. But that does not mean it is not worth trying. Payol and Phil have made a good dent.
The more people that complain, and the more officials they complain to, the better will be the response. In Ireland we have had some success. Not enough but still plugging away at it. There have been a couple of critical newspaper articles on bb, and radio. More on the way. There is an investigation by the NCA corporate section ongoing.
Just learned that the Garda fraud squad has a file open on it, from complaints received. (Email available to mod if needed). FSA have been contacted, media, Revenue, passport office, mastercard. etc etc.
Dont be discouraged by the response you got from UK FSA. I urge anyone scammed by bb, locked from their accounts, or worried about friends or relatives to do the same as you. Get on your email and phone.

And yes, would love to get my hands on the books, but my guess would be they are kept very secretly, if at all. However, I would put them in the hands of international audit expert such as KPMG, PriceWaterhouseCoopers etc. They could put whole teams of experts on it and really do a fine toothcombe, much more than I could possibly accomplish.

Yeah.....yeah....that could be an issue. Ad Surf Daily had some sort of records....don't know if I'd consider them 'books' in the traditional sense of a real business.

Does anybody on here have any idea if Terry, who was promised a refund on Irish radio, has received his money back yet? I think this might be a good angle to pursue because there is an actual documented case of a request made within the 30 days with supporting evidence captured on podcast.

I beleive Terry was promised he'd receive it in two weeks, two weeks ago.

It could be enough for a consumer protection body to get involved in if the promise is not kept. Plus this is a good challenge to BB. My guess is, that Paul McCarthy would have to put his hand in his own pocket before BB would pay up, but if he is a man of his word, then he should be pressured to do so.

Do any of our Irish connections have any info/ideas on this?

I read your first post with great interest where you told us that you an accountant and a tax guy and so on....
You mentioned it yourself that BB claims to "double your money every 4 weeks"....

Do you honestly think there is any chance at all that BB admin are not fraudsters???????

well my guess is that there is a few months left in them yet. Recently there has been a panic stricken attempt at damage limitation. All their claims of doubling your money in a month, which they have been pushing for 2 years are now banned. Banned now are all their references to "investment". Banned the use of mastercard logo as a badge of legitimacy, New company names invented. etc etc.
But just because the hyena tries to camoflage its ugly head, still we remember it is a hyena. Still they have website problems and "lost documents" to delay payments. still banning and stealing of the money of anyone who complains. Now banning people from selling their panels to try to get out of the mess.
Doing a "world tour" to try to get some new money in, to try keep enough money coming in to pay the top tier. the death throes will last either untill they are closed down by authorities. Or untill the inflow of new members money dries up. For that is the only income flow in bb.

1. Restriction of panel transfers - Notice on the Dashboard

If you buy a package, you can only transfer it to the direct referral. the reason this is there in the first place is for you to help out and aid a person to become an affiliate and to join BB quickly. This enables you to help your affiliates. Also it made it easy for other countries where funding was difficult.

Now you are limited to direct affiliates only. Free accounts CANNOT transfer anything "out" from that account, but can receive into the account from the sponsor.

2. For a LIMITED TIME only we are allowing withdrawals to Payza, EXCEPT for the USA (have other options), or the UK (not useable at this time), India or Pakistan also.

3. Allied Wallet is our partner for funding accounts. At first only the USA had to be on the white list before doing business with Allied Wallet. Which means you need your ID uploaded and approved. Now Canada, Australia and UK have been added, so now those countries need to first

a. attempt a transaction, which will be declined, but you will then be in your system.

b. Call them and ask to be on the whitelist. they will find you, and make sure your ID is approved. BB has given a list to Allied Wallet for approved IDs.

c. You will be put on the white list for all further transaction.

This does slow things down a bit, but we have added more "approvers" to our team, a full rotating staff, around the clock approving ID's. First in line are people who need a BB card, second in line are white list purposes, last on the list is just approval for all other member.

4. Currently a problem with qualifying panels. It has to do with our infrastructure. We are constantly doing improvements to increase our capacity. The positive side is the site is up and running now at a nice speed. The downside is there are side effects. At times some areas are not working smoothly. The qualifying panels area is not working well with one of our upgrades, so we are working on that now.

5. Payouts

BB Cards - Loads are being done every day for a week. That will continue next week, every weekday. So if you have more than one request, these may be loaded on different dates. Estimated date of your Card Load will be listed in your back office -- see detail on your withdrawal log. The Pay Load Date is estimated.
14th is the cutoff date for BB Card before Christmas

Payza - That went out last week, Dec. 8th. We should be caught up with Payza with all old withdrawals. Please be sure your details are correct, correct username. cutoff for Christmas Dec. 5th for STP and Dec. 8th for Payza. We will try to do another one next week - Dec. 20.

STP - Last payday was Dec.6th. Next payday is Dec. 14 by midnight. Cuttof for entering your withdrawal was Dec. 5th.

USA Bank Deposits - Dec. 10th to Dec. 20th we will be sending out all withdrawals put in through last week. New ones will be paid in January. 90% of the list of members is verified. These dates are good for verified members. New, first time USA to bank may not happen in that timeframe.

India Bank Deposit - We are working with external partners. We've had mixed review. We are trying again because of the lack of options for India. Make sure you have updated your information in the Bank area of the back office. If info is not accurate the transaction will not go through and you won't get paid. We will do these next week.

Q&A

Will we see the panels updating over the holidays while BB offices are closed? Yes, Your panels will move over the holidays :)

Business Accounts - we do allow a business to use the system. I remind you that we are putting in the business area soon. Other issues have taken precedence over that. For now, just put in your business info and FEIN#. BB Cards cannot be issued to a business. You still must upload personal IDs and all that, as with personal accounts.

Applying for Card - we are tryign to improve that process. We have put alot of effort into improving this and making it faster.

BB dEbit card withdrawal is marked Paid -- this means that it is in process, click on the detail to see the Pay out date to card.

Auto Rollup - happens when you visit page. Panels over 10 days old will rollup on each visit to the page.

Upgrading, is there an issue? We will look at that to make sure there is no problem.

Transfering panels - you can only transfer to your referral, the referral cannot transfer to you. Only DOWN, not UP. Package or panel can be transferred down again and again, but not back up.

If your account is locked, call support to get this taken care of.

Payza - Payza now does not allow transfer to bank account for Spain, so Spain members may want to think about that.

A lot of questions that were already covered.

BB Tour for India Gala - stay tuned, we will put up a website for dates/times. Second weekend of February, Feb. 8, 9 and 10. In Calcutta (or Kolcutta) (sp). This shoudl be a blast.

Traffic cannot be transferred, only panels or packages.

Holidays -- Dec. 21st - January 2, support will be closed. Office will be closed. Site and panel movement will be going on as usual.

IOW, exactly as has been predicted, Banners Broker are introducing more and more restrictions on members' ability to be "paid"

At the same time, they know each time they make the requirements more onerous and complex, they'll shake of a few more members who will just give up.

NET RESULT: more money remains in the system and less requests for payment are received. Making it appear at least, Banners Broker is solvent.

So.....how exactly would an ID not be approved?
Who is to say scammers won't send pics of nigerian scammers from 419 sites as their ID?
Why would they need more 'approvers'?

Hmmm, decisions decisions... Seriously considering upgrading to the black beauty but really worried about the lack of ID being approved. Obviously I can't see any real money until I receive my card and god knows how long that will take. Referrals getting very impatient with the constant website maintenance! Family using me as a guinea pig and are poised to come in on large panels when proof provided that this is real. I'm genuine and have put money where my mouth is I just hope BB does the same!

  Lee Coxon How can i see it mark? i just take everyones word for it as i have tried to find something that works and really want this to be it! i haven't physically seen anything mark to be fair apart from you and James withdraw money. I've jumped in to this with both feet and hope to god it is what it says it is. There are a lot of sceptics and a lot of negative stuff that I'm trying to ignore but when the website is down constantly when I'm trying to convince referrals it's hard to believe myself sometimes!

I'm ignoring the doubters...my wife included and putting in what I can comfortably afford without putting myself under pressure. Since we have a lot of people who are new to the Ponzi game, I thought I would provide everyone with Ponzi speak from Ponzi admins, shills, pimps and the players.

When the heat is turned up on a Ponzi, the shills and pimps are assigned the immediate task of deflecting and obfuscating any discussion of the program being a Ponzi. When they can't answer the questions with facts, they do it by name-calling, derision to discredit the "naysayer" as much as they possible can, and when all else fails they constantly change the subject. They use comparisons to other major companies as some kind of proof their program is not a Ponzi. They will try to change the subject at every chance they get to get you off-target with your criticism of the program and your facts showing it is a Ponzi. Case in point look at several of the posts of the BB defenders here.

I find it laughable that Balanceview is going to answer all the issues that have been raised here one by one. It wil be the same BS that BB has put out since these issues were first raised. Of course he is going to claim they are facts since either Chris, Raj or David said it. Of course they provide no proof or facts to support what they have said. All we will get is the same ole mantra put out by BB, just wraped in a new wrapper trying to make everyone think it is new.

I loved the claim that BV tried to claim that he cannot be a shill or pimp since he does not have a downline. Sorry BV, but that is just smoke and mirrors. You are here defending BB which makes you a shill. You promote BB on your website and E-mails, which makes you a promoter. Congratulations, you earn the distinct award of being both.
