Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
BB Facebook Australia has cut and pasted Al Bakers false and misleading vomit. But they have posted it, so the information must be true. Here's a reminder on how Banners Broker operates, cut and pasted from Banners Broker Australia Facebook:
Chris built the computer algorithm that would sell to individuals (Banners Broker affiliates), parcels of that advertising space, which then made money from real ads.
His vision was to create a pool of funding that could increase the amount of ad space bid for – i.e. grab a bigger share of the market, which that broker controlled, and thereby increase revenue.
The front line broker would then be invoiced by Banners Broker and pay them their part of that earned revenue. Banners Broker as part of its operating expenses would then pay its affiliates.
Banners Broker affiliates purchase the product of “advertising inventory,” from Banners Broker, which the front line broker connects to advertisers.
So the product of Banners Broker is: Advertising Impressions.
The end user – the advertiser, who never sees or hears of Banners Broker, gets ad space that hosts his advertising, and visitors to the various websites where that ad is displayed, see that ad.
There’s the product.
Sort of tough to see in a virtual word, but there it is.
Traffic
And there’s one other very little known trick in the system that makes it work.
In any business, traffic is a commodity. Brick and mortar businesses depend on people walking by the shop. Traffic is where the money is. Traffic is why Times Square or other similar places in cities around the world are packed with very high priced advertising space.
Traffic = income.
Well, part of what makes Banners Broker work is that they are also partnered with Internet traffic companies – companies that for a fee, send real live visitors to the websites where the ads are.
So, when an affiliate purchases ad inventory, he also purchases the means to make that ad inventory create revenue – traffic.
The advertiser pays per view – so every time that ad is put on a web page, in front of a visitor, the advertiser pays the advertising company. So, everybody gets what they need and want – real visitors, paying advertisers, a website that makes revenue for it’s owner…
Apart from all the other bullshit - Invoices to front line brokers, partnering with internet traffic companies... who are these external suppliers? oh right, no one knows because THEY DON'T EXIST!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Even the BB facebook 'likes' appear to be lies (surprise, surprise). Less than a week ago, it had 4101 likes (as I pointed out HERE)and today it only has 3401. When I made the earlier comment I was going to say 5401 (or something like that) but when I went to get the exact number it had dropped to the 4101 that I quoted (I was lazy and rounded it to the nearest 100). I had no proof of that, so I didn't raise it at the time.
Buy some likes, anyone?
However, many businesses participate in buying likes, so nothing suss about that. But it's surprising how few comments and likes the numerous facebook pages get for the supposed amount of people following them, and considering how big BB is meant to be. I wonder how many of the 265,000 supposed affiliates are active?
Go and have a look at an Amway facebook page. Amway Australia for example has 10,000 likes, and posts attract likes numbering well over 100 consistently.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
uvioo.com seems to be a another scammy little site used by these "on-line marketeers" I've seen Stokes banging on about it.
They seem to Hijack mainly YouTube vids & places their own Ads over them. If it takes off (I doubt it will) I can't imagine Google letting them get away with it for too long.
How long would it be before you were fed up of you "friends" spamming you with stupid videos trying to make a quick buck?

Well that's an interesting choice of address. It appears quite legitimate, being a unit on a small business park, but it's also the precise address of Durham Energy Specialist, whose website Durham Energy Specialist Ltd. - Consulting Engineers suggests that they're still very much at home there. What's that about then?
Likewise the UK address is listed as home to Allaway Acoustics - could be a virtual office here I suppose, but 5 Carlow Court does appear to belong to Durham Energy - got their name on the door - rather than being a generic address.
How interesting.
BTW apologies if this has all been analysed to death already - there's rather a lot of reading here and I've not been keeping up!

From a post on talkgold.com regarding buying BB panels:
"TO BE CLEAR: Only interested in genuine inventory. No stolen panels. Need proof of origin."
Oxymoron?
Have visions of dodgy guy in dark alley offering panels of dubious origin....

I'm not sure if the above link will work for you (let me know) It's a 48min Scammiar posted to Stoke's facebook group by
Lee Oakey Money Maker Experts | It's impossible not to make money with this business!
Basically although you don't have to recruit he says, then he spends pretty much the entire scaminar giving you strategies
to enable you to aggressively (his word) recruit.
Recruit friends & family as you have credibility with them.
Recruit people you don't know by spamming hundreds of thousands of people. Using a "company" who will do it for you.
The last item is interesting it's a software tool that scours the internet for other internet marketeer types & will as far as I can see will end up with scammers scamming scammers.
Also lots of talk of doubling up & quadrupling & don't take any money out for the usual six months.
Apparently each person they recruit with say a Green package is worth about $250 to these people.
And the good news is Mark Stokes will be a Banners Broker Millionaire by June.
The song he plays at the start of the scaminar might give Abba cause to sue.
Anyway if you have the time it gives you an interesting insight into these guys tactics.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
indeed, these BB 'YAY'sayers are desperate people....
desperate to get you to join
desperate to get you stay
desperate for you to recruit
desperate for you not to touch your money
desperate in their lies and misinformation
desperate at explaining things!
I guess desperate times require desperate measures for as soon as they drop their guard................... and I desperately hope I'm right

How very convenient to now suddenly have changed the story! Now, a non-existant "front line broker" can be held responsible for the lack of advertising, creating the perfect excuse for BB.
Whats worse is that the true beleivers will swallow this lie, hook line and sinker.

The issue is mentioning terrorism and associating it with a paricular religion or ethnicity. I have worked alongside many muslims and they include some of the most lovely people i know. Some of them had family inside the buildings when the planes crashed. I think what Nourjan is saying is yjat it is ok to consider a BB/Terrorist link but not ok to only consider it because a muslim is involved.
For many years now people have suspected that some of these hyips being run by an anonymous admin may have links to terror...Nothing wrong with such thoughts and I have no problem with it...
To suspect a player of links to terror just because they Muslim is not OK and I have a problem with it...

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
With respect to the issues of religion and money laundering, I think valid points have been made now on both sides.
This debate is, however, rather off-topic.
It takes the focus off the illegal activities of BB.
It also dilutes the interest in, and usefullness of this thread to an extent.
It might be a good idea to move on/take any such side issues to PM?
