Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
So, i see no one else has noticed that this (scam) business has to cap out as there can not be an indefinite number of 'banners'/'traffic' available and the more people that come in have to thin the alleged product/money out.

I was bit concerned the other day - there was a photo of Simon 'The Pointer', not pointing.

....your forgetting that all BB affiliates live in the BB land of milk and honey. Fake banners and traffic are infinite!

I mentioned it in some of my early postings. Whatever contracts they do have in place will have been quickly exhausted. That is why I always questioned the need for affiliates.
Had a message from someone on the inside yesterday. They are now fully convinced it is a scam as all of the new 'rules' are designed to keep money in the system.

Remember the old 80's comedy duo Hale and Pace? remember when they used to do "The Management"? That's just what the above photo reminds me of......
(Once again, younger readers may need to Google this)
My guess for todays's big announcement is that they have hired a legal firm to pursue negative bloggers - Schillings maybe, or Carter Ruck? They are big players and very expensive.
Or perhaps the old Private Eye favourite; Sue, Grabbitt and Runne?

I suggested this last year sometime. It would have saved all of the costs and incompetence of Terry/David/The man with many names. Funny that they didn't do it - it's almost like BB isn't a legit business or something.
However Chris and Dickshit have proved either their Kahunas or stupidity by appearing at this stage in the game. I must confess i thought they wouldn't show. Must be more desperate for the cash than i thought.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Last year on Scum.com someone said that we were all just losers to scared to invest. He said that we were all waiting for BB to crash so that we could have a party in Joe Shmoe's trailer. Had to laugh at this, as well as at the posts about Poyol flipping burgers for a living. Of course the BB millionaires must be doing well. Has anyone seen the cheap suits on display in these photos? Christ it looks like someone raided Oxfam. I bet the hotel carpark looked like LIDL's carpark if they announced a clearance sale.

The law firm which was owned by the deceased Peter Carter Ruck used to be the best known firm of libel solicitors on both sides of the Atlantic. I visited Peter Carter Ruck's offices once and he wrote one letter for me. That was enough to scare the living daylights out of somebody who claimed that I had mental health issues.
He had a daughter who went to school with somebody who was in the class below me so she would be 73 or 74. I do not know if she followed her father into the legal profession but I do know that messing with that law firm would cost the earth. If BB claim to be using them SBM should be informed as she warned another firm of libel lawers fairly near the Carter Ruck offices that their client (Bogdan Fiedur of Adlandpro) was a porn + ponzi merchant and a proven liar. They dropped the man like a hot cake. RS Links to SBM effectively shutting up another firm of British libel lawyers can be provided, if BB claim that Carter Ruck is defending this group of assholes.
There is no way Peter Carter Ruck's law firm would act for firms like Adlandpro or these idiots at BannersBroker.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
My guess is the scam is obviously disappearing - more it disappears, more meetings to be held, more dances with happy faces and more desperate tries to bring new blood. The only question is will it just disappear or mutate into another scam?

No sign of Simon Stepsys in Bolchester. More on Stepsys here for those interested http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200001/cmhansrd/vo010202/debtext/10202-10.htm
But luckily he has a stand in.
Unfortunately it's taking him a while to get the hang of things.
No Mark it's people you need to point at!

Aaaahh! I just spotted that pic of official UK scammer Simon Stepsys at the top of this page so I suspect he is there.
Simon does not do what Simon Says. Simon said he would not continue his scams.
