My uncle and I actually fell out for a while over it. I had an interview set up for him to make a statement to the fraud squad. And when Terry Stern got his account unblocked, (After a conversation here on realscam), my uncle just refused to make his statement.
I bought him a computer, showed him how to use it, and just left him with the ability to look at his panels and account. We didnt speak for some weeks after that.
Now he has contacted me, to tell me that last week he had available to withdraw $200. And this week its down to $125. (After nearly 1 year, and $1000 invested). I had a look at it, and could not make HEAD NOR TAIL of it!! So could not advise him. Probably be in negative soon. Think I might have a better chance of him standing up to the plate soon.

Sorry to hear that.
From what I've heard on here about 2.9 if you aren't blogging or recruiting, then there is little (ie no) chance of panel movement. No panel movement will mean subscriptions etc will be removed with no dollars coming in through completed panels to top up his account. Lo and behold, the account goes into negative and with that, any chance of having money to remove will go as well. Of course, the option is to bung in more dollars..... I hope you can persuade him not to part with another penny!
Strikes me that Dixit etc have either been very very stupid with v 2.9 or very very cunning in building in this as an exit strategy. Not made up my mind as to which quite yet, I'm sure more experienced scam-busters will say the latter.
Your uncle sounds as though he's in that downward spiral and he will have lost everything he invested. I hope he does make that complaint. A sad and sorry tale all in all and one that is going to be repeated over and over again.

They've probably gone to an office supply store and bought themselves one of those plastic card printers and are printing "Pre-Paid Card" on a heap of blanks to mail out. They know the faithful will think they are real cards, they believe anything Chris says. Even when it's not Chris.

This still makes me laugh. And its still on several pages!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Just checked my BB account. Still,l all yellow panels are gone.I know of big accounts with 200 or more yellows that also have disappeared. Hahahh and as all true BBlers know the money is in the yellow...
Then there was this message: “You have withdrawn $2,800.00 since your sign-up anniversary. This means that of the $500000 you may withdraw yearly, you have $497,200.00 left..”
That is not true (as to be expected). I have tried to withdrew the 3200 and received 600 after “investing” almost $2000 15 months ago.
But the more interesting thing is, where does the 500.000 annual allowance come from?
500.000 : 12 =41 666,66 according to my maths. They really are generous now. To all my knowledge it was a 10.000 monthly limit.
One really must wonder.

Ah, Harrison, just remembered.....
Had a conversation with an affiliate the other day. He has only joined in the last 4 months. Anyway, he also said that a new pre-paid card was going to be available soon. Where he got this from I don't know and he didn't say. I can only presume it was from his upline. I didn't get any more details out of him than that. Whether it is true or just a rumour to keep people in, I don't know.
Personally, I think Hypanor and Littleroundsman have got it right in their answers to this!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Some of you might remember the Liveline radio show. Brought about by some members of this forum. It was quite hilarious.
1 door to door vacuum cleaner salesman swore on his childrens lives that he invested $2,000. And took out $75,000 in a couple of months. (denied later).
Paul McCarthy stuttering like a rabbit in the headlights. It was the first of the critical media exposures of BB.
During the show, a short section was given to an IT proffessional. (Eddie O'Driscoll), A well known advertising expert, from a reputable company, with 100 employees.
During this section he mentioned "blind network". This was siezed on by BB as an endorsement of their blind network crap. and propogated on their forums.
Unfortunately Eddie did not have enough time in that interview to say what he wanted to say.
But fortunately, the day after the program he did a blog, and we can see that he absolutely was NOT endorsing BB's advertising model.
What is Banners Broker? | DPFOC Ireland Blog
I know Im a bit late with this, but is better to keep the record straight.
PS. I have been it touch with Eddie, and despite his invitation to BB to comment on his analysis, they have not responded.

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
I see the venue for the Niagara gala ( Scotiabank Convention Center) is still not confirming the BB booking on their official webpage.
The SCC did confirm it over the phone to me last week that they had a booking but that all info was to be got through BB and they were giving me a phone number so I thought it was all kosher. I'm wondering now the booking isn't displayed on the SCC website until a deposit is paid? Perhaps it's just a provisional booking?

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Over on Finch's site, Diann has posted this - am trying to find another source for more info, but no luck so far:-
Update from this mornings Leaders Call….
Payza is now live in Bangladesh
news from India – more staff are now being employed to combat the growth in the country
David Hooker reports that Chris has now found the solutions for payouts – this will be implemented as soon as possible for solve payouts issues permanently
I can't help thinking that if they don't pay anyone again, then that solves the payout issues permanently, doesn't it? Job done!

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Of course Chris has found the solution. They run with the money and disappear.
Now they have already run with the money. All that is left is for them to disappear and that will happen very soon.

Well,if affiliates are desperado, shills are even more...prepaid card?....if you ask me this is just one of the last attempt to convince victims that good old BB is back, like future is bright so do invest ,do join,do bloggings...on the other hand, there is a hope that such lies will stop some members to report the scam to the authorities...however,the Rui Salguiero post is post of a desperate...more evidently the end is near, bigger the lies

If you have not yet broken even based on your initial non-investment (lol), then I would say you are out of luck--as are the majority who came on board in the last year or so.
My sponsor actually got angry with me last year when I took out such a "large" amount at once. The purpose was to pay back my seed money. Since then, I have taken out just a bit more.
The reason given was I was not allowing my "business" to grow. What business? This same sponsor NEVER answered my hard questions and still defends BB to this day.
Back to your question, I am not a legal person but am confident that BB's Terms & Conditions are not lawful in many ways. Specifically you should be able to close your account and get a refund. My understanding is that is nearly impossible.
I have heard of individuals getting charge backs honored by their credit card company if a card is used for funding.
Hope this helps.
Mark

Re: Banners Broker HYIP ponzi scam
Hey Guys,
I have just heard that a marriage has broken down becuase of BB. That's sad .. but at the same time ....
A person's sponsor texted him at about 3am in the morning requesting a 3-some from him. He showed me the texts and there is over 12 texts from a woman in BB to her "downline" requesting various sexual favours just after her marriage brokedown recently.
All I know is he isn't happy and is unsure what to do !!
The sponsor is apparently very big in BB and i'm hoping to get more details and hopefully a copy of the text messages ....

Sexual fantasies belong on a different type of forum not this one. Don't post them here please.
