    ClickSure Scam Or Legit

Since ClickSure has come up several times when I've posted about "online opportunity" type products here at RealScam, I thought it would be good to have a thread dedicated to ClickSure.

Here are some of the things I think people should be aware of about ClickSure.

    ClickSure's Conditional Refund Policy

The biggest problem I see (and that other's have mentioned here as well) is that ClickSure doesn't explain what constitutes a "valid reason" - and it's apparently up to them to decide what a valid reason is. That, along with the other required steps, is considered a conditional refund, and that's almost never a good thing.

Your Agreement with ClickSure is govered by Mauritian Law

So if you have a problem with ClickSure, be sure you have an Attorney who specializes in Mauritian Law at hand.

You an contact ClickSure by contacting them through their support ticket system...or writing to China...

If you want to understand more about Mauritius, I would suggest you read this document:
    http://www.secrecyjurisdictions.com/PDF/Mauritius.pdf
The main items to note are the following:
“Mauritius does not maintain company ownership details in official records”
“Mauritius does not require that ownership of companies is put on public record”
“Mauritius does not require that company accounts be available on public record”

IOW, Mauritius documents are licenses to scam!!!
It seems like in this "industry" common sense is not all that common!
